Nice, reliable dining experience. Many drink and menu options, and a happy hour that makes me happy (9 pm on). Servers were nice and efficient. They are open late.

I ordered a $90 meal with them on 3/27/21- not only did I have to wait 40 minutes after the pick up time I was informed that the manager Carla was not filling orders by the order ticket but by what was ready - so orders after me were being filled and sent out. When I did receive my meal- I informed the waitress that I will be calling if there is anything missing - she told me she didn’t have time to double check my order. I asked for the managers name and went home. The rice with my lemon chicken was so dry and hard it was like rocks!! The extra lemon pepper sauce I paid for was not added and the pasta was DRY! I called Carla and she was apologetic and offered me a gift card- took all my information and still as of today 3/21 Nothing! I took pictures and I will be calling Lisa the district manager!

After taking a walk I decided to stop in and have some ribs. They were super yummy and instead of the coleslaw I order broccoli. The food was hot. The service was fast Jazzlyn was a great server, kind and very attentive. The bus person asked if he could take my some thing out of my way. He was a little two quick on the draw and had to bring me a new water. I would go here again and I would give the server 5 stars…

Waitress was very attentive. Manager passed by our table to make sure we were doing ok. The waitress provided drinks to go when we finished our lunch. Very happy with the service. A+

We came in and waited a bit to even be greeted by any one. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated after that. Jose was a great server with a great sense of humor. The food was good and arrived in a decent amount of time after we ordered. They could use some organization overall, but we had an okay experience.

I am normally a very understanding person and I understand everyone is under staffed...but I sat there for 30 minutes, watched 3 people arrive after me and be severed, had 4 different wait staff walk pasted me while trying to get their attention and still was ignored. This was on a Tuesday night and they weren't even that busy. Ended up leaving after 35 minutes without so much as getting our drink order taken. 0/5 do not recommend.

We just went for a light meal. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Food was great. But the best part was watching the employees interact with each other. It was obvious that they all were friends and genuinely enjoyed each other’s company. There was a lot a smiles and laughter. It felt like being part of a family reunion It was a wonderful lift to our day and fun to be a part of. The staff is all in their 20–30s and we are in our mid 70s. But the ambience was wonderful!!!!

Went in to enjoy some Monday night football. Had some wings and a couple of beers. Wings were good. Not the best but not bad. Beer was cold but place seemed kind of empty. Okay so the Bears were playing the Patriots, not the 2 best teams to watch but still MNF! Bar keep was courteous and attentive, so an otherwise positive experience.

The food was great. My son ordered chicken and I said I wanted the same. So she got me salmon fish. She should have double checked with me. It tasted good even though I didn't order it.

This was once a place I enjoyed, Now they are constantly running out of food. Every time we come here to eat they are OUT OF BURGERS, CHICKEN among other things like Fish for Fish and chips. You all need to keep a better forecast on your food inventory so that doesn't happen. Won't be back for a Long While.

I ordered a drink called Mucho Bahama Mama, and it was so sweet I was unable to drink it. I mentioned it to the server a couple of times. I even asked for extra orange juice trying to help it. The server didn't try to help. I drank less than 1/4th of it, and I still had to pay for it. The server was no help and at least could have taken, offered something else. But no, I was stuck with a horrid drink

Was disappointed today. Shared an appetizer combo. Chips were hard instead of crisp, .everything tasted like they need to change their grease. Waitress was great, but please don't ask if I need change, assume that I do unless I say otherwise. ( we had handed her a $5.00 tip which was more than the 20% that is recommended.

Today we decided to make the trip to Applebee after work as a Server myself I give Jose ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great attitude I couldn’t make up my mind so I ask him to surprise me and the Salmon was delicious as always. His suggestion for a bar drink for my son in law is now his favorite Margarita. Interacting with the costumer makes it a memorable visit definitely going back next Sunday for such great food and service with Jose.

Spinach artichoke dip had no flavor. Had 8oz sirloin, it also had no flavor. Old coffee, DIRTY COFFEE CUPS! You would think as much as you pay for a decent meal, it would at least have a little flavor. And or clean dishes. Sorry Applebee's you've lost my business for a long while. Terrible meal!

Great service but since when do u pay for the birthday stuff guess we all have to get the money we lost because of covid understandable. Great chicken broccoli Alfredo delicious!!

Ordered a cup of soup for nearly $6. There was about 3 spoonfuls of soup in my cup. Less than 4oz. I would have ordered a bowl if it was available. I would have had to order two cups of soup, approximately 6oz of soup for $10-$12 seems ridiculous.

Some of the seating is way too close to other people, I could reach over and grab the food right off their plate if I wanted. Took about 20 minutes to get drinks. Food was tasty though and they were packed. Also my wife's mashed potatoes were cold.

Got seated right away. Drinks came quick and appetizers followed. Our entrees were good but the waiter didn’t check on us as much and forgot to get our refills. Chocolate lava cake is always a treat plus the bill was decent.

There was nothing wrong with our visit at all. I just wouldn’t call it a 5 star experience. The benefit is the location. Just 15 minutes away from White Sands National Park is a blessing when trying to make it an all day event. The other thing is they have excellent happy hour drink options. 4/5.

Really #Applebee's? $6 for a cup of soup that is literally, maybe, HALF full? Surely you can do better than that. Not cool.

First time I've ever eaten at an Applebee's. This restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the AC was in full force. I needed my sweater. Lol. Restroom was very clean. Our waitress was very nice. We got the Bacon Ranch Waffle Fries. Uh-mazing. I got the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes are amazing. My husband got the Bourbon Chicken with Shrimp. He loved it. We were too full for dessert but there is definitely a good selection.

Food was good. They only thing was the air was on so high I couldn't stop shivering. Younger male waiter was very polite and efficient.

Applebee's is always a good standby when you're traveling and get into town too late to find a good local place but this one tops the list. The kids working there actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. Super friendly and taking care of business. And great food.

The Food was Excellent in Taste and Presentation. Our Waiter was awesome as well. The Restaurant itself was freezing...my food came out hot, but it quickly turned cold with whatever air system they have blowing in there. It was 48 degrees outside and just as cold inside...(yes, I kept my jacket on the entire time)...definitely not one of the best "dine in" experiences.
