We visited this place for lunch, and they were short staffed, waited for about 10-12 mins to be seated. We asked them if they had any vegetarian food in the menu before getting seated, and they said Yes. While taking the order after asking multiple questions, we learned that all their food was premixed with oyster sauce, which does not make it vegetarian. The staff were not really responsive. It was very hard to have them to talk. Not a suitable restaurant for vegetarian/vegan people.

This place is AWESOME!!! The servers are very good and attentive. I believe the young man's name is Michael, and I can't recall the young lady's name. Michael is right on target when it comes to serving a gluten-free meal. Just let him know and he will take excellent care of you. Everything I've eaten there has been very tasty. You have to give them a try, you won't regret it.

Wonderful exotic food. Yellow curry is for flavor not fire. Great lunch menu.

I got gluten free sushi from here last year. My server was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and was able to help me and got me sushi without gluten. It was wonderful. Today, I tried to order sushi. The "owner" answered, said they don't have gluten free because they use rice. I told him rice doesn't have gluten and asked to speak with someone else because he obviously didn't know what gluten is. He got extremely rude with me and said there was absolutely no one else available to speak with me and take my order. Then he hung up on me. Absolutely horrible. I will tell EVERYONE that he refused to let me speak with someone else for assistance and hung up on me.

Although the food was excellent, we will never eat here again. We ordered "high-end entrees and wine, with a sushi appetizer. Our waiter went for the wine and returned to inform us this wine was nolonger available. There was a second white wine on the menu ($18.90) we settled for that. When our check was presented the wine was $38.00. I went to the hostess (who spoke excellent English) and pointed out the error. She explained the menu was not up to date and the price doubled. I explained I was not paying for wine if that was the case. She brought the owner into the conversation. He said the same BS, and I said I wasn't paying. Result: We did not pay for thewine wine no tip and a talk with every table on the way out the door.

The panang curry was nice and spicy. I have gone back for their soups and sampled some of their rolls. The food is good. The service hasn't been good. My last time for a while was today when I couldn't get a tea refill even when I was the only customer in the restaurant. I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated with only two occupied tables. It will be a while before I go back.

Our carry out order had 2 errors, causing us to be charged more than what we had ordered, so we called to let them know about the errors. The woman on the phone immediately got very snippy and aggressive with me about come bring the food back if you want a refund. I was very polite on the phone, having worked as a food server myself in the past, so I was shocked how quickly she jumped to rudeness over their error. Also, I was surprised they would make us return our entire meal in order to get a refund when we had already waited for that food to be cooked. They weren't accommodating or courteous. We decided to keep our food, pay the extra money, and will no longer be returning in the future.

Really yummy vegetarian friendly Asian food! The owner is very friendly and caters to your needs perfectly no matter how you customize it! They have good vegetarian and vegan options and any dish could be customized to your needs.

We ordered pad Thai, the holloman roll, the red dragon roll, a salmon roll and a spicy tuna roll. Very disappointed. The pad Thai was super bland, it tasted like peanuts over plain noodles. The holloman roll and the red dragon roll had this disgusting sweet sauce over the entire roll which made it fall apart and made it impossible to taste anything else. The last two rolls were normal and tasty. Every was far too expensive. We paid $65 before tip. Unfortunately the food was too awful to ever consider going back

The waiter was super friendly and apologized for the wait even tho it wasn’t that long. Food is good and filling.

The food was great considering it’s in such a small town. Portion size is huge. They got really busy and had less staff but overall our server was very nice and the food came out to be great.

SERVICE WAS SUPERB!!! FOOD WAS AMAZING! I enjoyed the food immensely! The food was 10+... not one person in our group was unhappy. Everyone was very happy with the food and just cluld not stop earing! And do not get me started on the service.... Toni our waitress, not only was she pretty (lol) she was super nice, soooo pleasant! Loved her! and if I'm ever in New Mexico again I'd visit there again not just because of the food but definitely because of the service!!!

Excellent, high-quality Asian cuisine. I especially enjoyed the Japanese and Thai food, though every dish is worthy of recommendation! The restaurant felt very traditional but welcoming, and there was plenty to choose from. Service is a bit slow, but only due to understaffing, and our server was very kind and helpful. While it may be slow at busier hours, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for traditional Asian food!

We are traveling. This was a great find. Sushi is delicious and fresh. Drunken noodles are amazing. We definitely ordered to much so we had leftovers. But still amazing! Server was helpful and attentive. Must try this restaurant!

Great sushi, good drinks and service. Pricier than most places in town, but the fresh quality of food and the flavor full dishes are well worth every penny. If you're looking to entertain a date or get good food with your friends, I recommend here.

I’m very disappointed in this business. I have been there multiple times in the past and they have always been kind about subbing fish out for something vegetarian in my favorite rolls. This last time they outright refused. It’s not difficult to leave out salmon and add cucumber or tofu. It was the only place in town that I could get good vegetarian sushi up until now, they even hosted the local vegetarian group for an event a few years back. If a business doesn’t allow substitutions then it needs to be stated in the menus. Maybe I just caught the staff on a bad day but the dining area was quite empty . We just left to go somewhere else .

First time going there while passing through Alamogordo. The food was delicious and service was great. We tried a couple of sushi rolls, fantastic! Also fried rice, seaweed salad and a few other items. Everything was delicious.We will definitely go back to eat there when in Alamogordo

This is one of our favorite places to eat. It's a little expensive, but when we can afford to eat out we like to come here. The Thai Tea is amazing, and I order the Pad Thai every time. The service is amazing (although it can be a bit slow around mealtime rushes).

This place was great! Had the Holloman roll, it was top notch. Micheal was awesome and we will be back soon! Price is very fair. Go to any decent place like this and you will pay the same or more.

Just wow! Incredible service (ask for Michael) and awesome food. Had the sushi and it was great. (Holloman roll is deep fried) the pad see ewe is a different sauce then I am used to but I will say that it is definitely good.

I have No idea how this place came by a 4.1 rating!!! The most inept waiter I have encountered in a very long time. He was almost comically bad. Tom ka soup was thin, watery and flavorless. We had to add several packages of soy sauce to make it have any flavor. The chicken pieces were huge and tough. Pad ginger smelled good and had overall ok flavor, but everything was cut too big and the beef had a slightly odd flavor. Also, they brought 2 plates for the two of us, but the rice was on one of the plates, which meant that we had to split it all right away. No serving spoon on the dish with the food, and when I asked for one, I was told "we don't have serving spoons" . The only redeeming virtue: at least it wasn't very expensive.

We really liked all the food we were served. The drunken noodles were super flavorful and the chicken tom yum soup was so tasty. Even though busy our server was attentive and competent. Definitely worth the trip!

Disappointing. The wait staff were excellent. Attentive and quick during their busy rush. The food was disappointing. The pad Thai was super greasy and lacked flavor. The extra vegetables I orders for an up charge were red and green peppers. One tiny floret of broccoli and one snap pea was included. No carrots and no bean sprouts. The bean sprouts were mentioned on the menu.

Got two orders of pad thai one with chicken and one with beef. I got like 3 pieces of beef in mine. I paid 30 DOLLARS!! honestly just go to Rocket and get MORE food for less then 20$ the portions are sssoooo small as well. You could also go to Blake's and get MORE food for WAAYY less. If your looking for an expensive meal that is super mediocre and Luke warm at best and super small portions, eat here. But I would definitely recommend just going to rocket buffet or even bamboo garden

Pad thai was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Overall the food was acceptable only if you have low standards. Wait staff were not wearing masks (or wearing it under their nose for show) even though there’s a state mandate. Go somewhere the people care.

Great friendly service; ordered Hibachi chicken & shrimp and pad Thai. The hibachi was not as savory as I hoped it would be, I will not order hibachi from here again but the pad Thai was excellent. I decided on the 4 star rating due to the quality and taste of my hibachi dish.

Our miso soup was served almost warm. The won tons and dumplings were not piping hot but were good just the same. The squid salad was good. The sushi was good. The chicken and shrimp hibachi was good.
