Check your orders.. they will religiously not give you your ordered food. A new one today... no sauce on any burger! I'm going to drive to the other location in town, this one gets worse and worse each visit.

Went through drive thru and and my order was not correct. I called and told the manager and she said they would make it right. I went back the next day, the ticket on the burger box was correct but the burger was not.

Armando is such a good worker. He is always there when you need him. He spilt a milk shake all over my new Jordans and deep cleaned them on the spot. He served my food on a gold plater. I told him I wanted an whopper and he ran to Burger King and bought me a whopper meal with large fries. He had a red carpet and announcer ready when I left and begged me to stay. A outstanding worker

Dont use the app. We ordered breakfast from app to save time due to an apppintment. Only our third time using the app. Checked in. Called after almost 10 minutes, no answer. 3 times no answer. Never got food, but got charged for it. Finally got thru in the afternoon and the manager argued with me saying she came out. NO mcdonalds employees came out while I was parked at spot 3, right by their door. Argumentative manager, poor customer service, and what I consider to be theft of either my food or money. Very unpleasant experience at this location.

Asked for No cheese, had cheese on hamburger. Hair was in the spicy chicken sandwich. It was gross! Rest of the meals were wasted due to the hair. Bought the Family Bundle. Was told the order would be replaced. Drove back and only two items were replaced. It ruined dinner for everyone when the hair was pulled out of the sandwich.

We had an excellent family time.. the food great. And the ice cream delicious

Yes, we gave McDonald's a five star. We've ate at some dine-in places lately that were absolutely awful. McDonald's always quality always fresh services, always smiley and helpful and all the ice cream machines work.

Didn't like the associate complaining about me spilling drops from my drink. Soda dispenser was jammed, and she was worried I dirtied freshly mopped floors.

The food was good except I ordered 2b not 2. I got a regular number 2 and I said no onions as I am allergic. I found onions on it after I bit into one. My throat swelled up so bad I had to go to the hospital. I'm doing ok now bit I won't order there again they can't get the simplest things right.

For a small town this McDonald's was popping at lunch! Friendliest curbside pick up experience I've had to date, offered us ketchup and told us what was in the bag. Good job yall

McDonald's is my go to place and I am finally getting used to the order screen that the have. My Quarter pounder cheese burger and fries was delicious. Recommend to family and friends.

This was a very clean well run McDonalds. Danny in the dining room as well as young man who has lived a lot of places( sorry cannot recall your name)were very helpful and attentive and this place was the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in. $0.31 for BBQ sauce??? How cheap is the management? How many millions are being raked in and you have to charge for a tiny packet of BBQ sauce??? And you don't find out till your getting your food!

Nice clean building on the outside. I went through the drive-thru. Friendly staff and speedy service. Food was excellent.

The people were very busy and still very nice. I hadn't been there except for the drive thru, when I went inside, I was surprised at how pretty and how clean it was.

By far the best McDonalds I have been to!! Food was great and came out fast. The play house for the kids was awsome to to point we almost spent 2 hrs for the kids to play while we ate the food. The staff was awsome and they really take pride in the quality of service and keeping the place clean!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I had 20 minutes until my next flight so I ordered 2 drinks a coke and a coffee, well that was to much for those people to handle they made me wait for my drinks instead of just getting them when I ordered. Those people are all on slow setting, so so slow. So after waiting for 20 minutes my plane was boarding so I just went up and said I need to get my drinks so she got my soda, but she came back a few minutes later and said she had to make more coffee, I said no I can't wait just give me another soda. These people have no concern or concept of time! They don't care if you need your order in a timely manner . I would fire every one of them!!!! Never again will I buy anything there. If I could have given this a zero or a -star I would have, a one star was way to good for this place.

Probably my worst experience at a McDonald's. The server got my order wrong. She was NOT friendly, or knowledgeable. And my sausage and egg mcmuffins were not very good. The muffins were barely warm. NOT toasted! The muffins seemed more like store bought muffins than McDonalds muffins. They just didn't taste right.

Ordered the big cinnamon roll for first time and who ever placed in the box threw it in upside down making it not even worth eating. Was on the way to the airport had no fork and I was driving. A big no no. Called the complaint number 2xs and left a brief description of what happened & no one bothered to call. We arrived home yesterday and I called the store # and the manager Daisy was awesome and is replacing the cinnamon roll 😁 I appreciate you Daisy. The experience might have been not good but the manager made up for that.

Hands down the best McDonald’s I have been to. The nicest staff at any McDonald’s I’ve experienced! The food was made good and well. (; as I sat in the dining room I heard the crew be very verbal with eachother working as a good team. Things I like to see as a costumer. Goodjob everyone!

The service was quick but the girl seemed very confused when I handed her exact change. We have been sick to our stomachs for almost 24hrs after eating it. I will not go back. Food was definitely off.

This store is well-decorated, clean and decent. Food is at regular quality as other McDonalds.

Sometimes they get the order right, sometimes they don't. Very busy location and the traffic backed into the main street through the town is pretty annoying. I do love the concept of green chili on Burgers though.

Even using mobile app, managed to drive away missing 2 pies and a french fry. Food tastes like Mickey Dees should, just unfortunate that despite huge advances in technology and great strides in convenience, there are still breakdowns in the process.

Had a very rude cashier, it's not the first time. She was rude when I asked her for my receipt. I did pay w my card so I always expect it. Have had issues w her in the pass w the same issue. The workers there have no clue how to use the redeem their McDonald's points. You can't order more than one item. The people taking out the food for the customer are now just learning how to use their own system that been around for over a year. I was charged 15,000 points for one item that's only 3500. If the Mickey D is near Burger King, go to the one that is near Tularosa.

My daughter was scheduled for two different interviews to be employed with this McDonald’s both times when she showed up they rescheduled and told her different stores of why she had to come in… what’s the point of having an appointment to have an interview if they can’t even do their job

Had a double something with cheese. Never had such a disgusting tasting burger!! Could taste the fat it was fried in and felt like throwing up for next hour. Don't know what they did but put me off mac d for a while
