My most sincere apologies. This review was for Super8 in Albuquerque. The only problem was the check-in. Four tries for a room. Your hotel is one of the nicest for the price. Poor housekeeping, bath not clean, water faucet not working properly, small tv with no brightness almost dark, safety door latch not laching. Drawers with no knobs, No ice machine on first or 3rd floor.

Great king bed. Room with up to date furnishings. Refrig worked great. Great tub and shower. HVAC was great too. Nice breakfast. Could use hot sauage and eggs but had hot waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, enough to fill you up. 3rd time visiting and will come here again and again. Nice hosts. Keep it up! ~The W's from PHX area.

An older, budget priced facility, smaller rooms, but clean. Friendly staff. Limited but adequate breakfast. Good parking.

This was an unacceptable stop. Rooms unclean. Tried three different rooms and all were not fit to stay in. Told I get a refund and still waiting. Hugely disappointed as I stayed at Wyndham locations throughout my trip except for this one. So extremely disappointed.

Got in real late, early morning hubby taking a shower water is not draining when he gets out I call front desk he brings me a plunger, that does not work, I call front desk again he comes back up, I tell him it’s not draining and we need to shower, he states the people from room 112 just checked out you can shower in there, I told him the shower is not clean give me chemicals and I’ll clean it, he says we don’t have chemicals, I’m not taking a shower while it’s dirty, can’t you give a discount on the room since I can’t bathe, he states no it’s like eating food and then wanting a refund, no sir that’s not the same this tub don’t drain, he says just leave and you all are not welcome at this motel again, really where’s the manager, he’s not here, we left, I checked the reviews and a month ago in the same room 113 a gentleman states the tub won’t drain why is it not fixed, ugh lesson learned. I’ve worked 10 years in a Wyndham motel and never treated people this way, very poor customer service.

I had a car emergency forcing me to stay in Alamagordo at the last minute. The super 8 staff were SUPER GREAT. They were just so kind and helpful and understanding of my situation. The motel itself is simple/basic but comfortable, cosy, and extremely affordable. I would absolutely recommend it.

Had a friend staying there. The room was nice and clean. Service seemed good also. I would stay there.

We stayed one night at this hotel in Alamogordo. We have no complaints although the faucet in the bathroom was a little funky. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We would stay there again.

Rooms were good but for some reason we got a nice room for a 3 night stay and all we really got was a room. They never ever cleaned it at all, when we were checking out the Manager said they were telling everyone @ check-in that they wouldn't be able to clean the rooms, but I checked in with my Wife and they never said a word about, it same manager checked us in. Ice machine was broken so we ended up spending 💰 on ice from the store. Very nice town, but I'll never ever stay at this hotel again 😞

The room is very small but for the price it is great for just one night. I gave it a 3 cos’ of the shower & breakfast This morning however; was a different story. I still would give the room a 5 for the money but… Morning shower using a funky shower-head was interesting. There were no mats or bars & it was slippery for me. My feet were dirty from the floors! Then I went for breakfast only to find the attendant asleep & no coffee or waffle mix. There were no boiled eggs a few small bagels, bread, cereal & oatmeal packets. Someone else woke the attendant up to ask about the waffle mix & he stated the nozzle was broken & fell back asleep! Guests starting complaining about breakfast & asking for a discount. The attendant brought the waffle batter & stated someone had placed it in the wrong place. He was not happy!!!

I installed carpet here didn't stay in a room. However the owners are very good people, and really easy to work for!! If I was to need a room though this would be my first choice!!!

Was denied my service animal! We ended up having to sleep on the side of the road on one of the coldest nights got down to 15!!! Which only made my condition even worse the day before Christmas eve!! Not sure if the guy gave me the correct name, but he said his name was Victor at the front desk said my trained service dog isn't a real service animal, even when I could provide the documentation from my Doctor and the ADA he didn't care. Caused so much unneeded stress and worry. Definitely don't stay here if you have a service animal, you will be chastise.

A budget friendly place to stay. The staffs was great and helpful. They will even give you sledge if you are visiting White Sands.

Last minute booking, best decision ever! Owner is super knowledgeable, told us where to go, and what to be prepared for during our visit to White Sands. Even gave us sleds to borrow to go down the White Sands hills! He suggested Pistachio land, that was a great little extra stop too. Everything was clean and quiet, would recommend!

Lots of choices for hotels in this town, but this is always my first choice. It's a bit older with updates in rooms. Prices are average. Rooms are very clean. Employees friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is good. The breakfast area is a bit crowded and could have a bit more spacing between tables. Overall, my favorite hotel in Alamogordo in my price range.

Wow, very nice and clean clean clean, and I am a stickler. Look up at the ceiling in the shower: NO mold. Everything spotless, bed very comfortable. Only $10 for the pets & location is great for walking my dog. Washer & dryer! Both worked great, were only 1.50 each, & the dryer had a long enough cycle that my clothes were dry before it finished. VERY NICE. Extremely friendly staff. I love this place & would definitely stay here again.

The whole place was very clean! We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the room. The bed was a little firm but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The clerk that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The room smelled like my favorite smell, the smell of nothing. Good job to the person in charge of this hotel.

Stay here! Friendly service and room was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. All amenities in the room and breakfast better than most places.

Hallways are a little dated but the room was great. The service was good and a nice, standard selection for self serve breakfast.

Room rates very reasonable. The staff that I deal with the two days I was here was excellent very polite willing to help. It's located right next to the fairgrounds where we stayed for our daughter's basketball tournament surrounded by beautiful mountains and fantastic views.

Overall, a pretty good hotel. We stayed because of the pet policy. The room was clean and came with a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was quite tiny and the fan was very loud. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff was polite and helpful.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, but mattress was very uncomfortable. Bed was too close to the wall on one side that getting out required to slide down to the food end and leave the bed this way. The sound of the swamp cooler resembled a freight train going right through the room. We have stayed in Windhams before but this stay was disappointing and lightyears away from the Windham we know.

Room is clean, free parking and the breakfast was good for the price. The front desk man, Viktor, was SO friendly and helpful. He recommended attractions and lent us two sleighs for the White Sands Museum. This is my first time writing a review for a hotel because the comfort that the staff and the cleanliness brought me made it worth it.

A great hotel with trucker parking. This place saved our butts as we were rving and made a change and needed a place to park our RV and we stayed at the hotel. The trucker parking was perfect for parking our RV while we took our truck to go to White Sands. They have a light continental breakfast with a waffle maker. It's like an older style and design that has been given updates to all the impor updates.

Very impressed! Outstanding customer service, and very clean rooms. I was thinking cereal when they metioned breakfast, well they had a very good variety including waffles and bagels. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was so nice and welcoming! Floors were a bit dirty, but overall the stay and the breakfast was perfect. If we have a chance to come to this cute town again, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel.

Stayed here on a spur of the moment trip to White Sands. The guy who check me in was very very friendly and told me all about the national park and other nearby attractions. The room was clean and the motel was quiet. Couldn't ask for more. It's also just a short distance from White Sands.

Outstanding customer service, comfortable beds, had pretty good cable options. Breakfast was standard continental with variety of choices. My only issue was that the room felt musty. For someone with allergies to mold, this would be an issue (it was for me), but would be ok for anyone otherwise.

Clean and quiet. Amenities decent - coffee quality could be a bit better and drink machine not working, exterior grounds could be kept up better - but that's pretty minor. Price a bit high, but hey, what isn't today? Location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and hospital. Staff very accommodating and kind. I'll stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Great little hotel, especially the breakfast with the waffle machine. Room was fine, wished the bathtub had a stopper in it so that I could take a bath. For being a small hotel, it's understandable why they don't have an elevator, but for guests with a lot of things, it was a bit of a hassle going up and down on the outside stairs with my belongings. All in all, a great hotel with fair prices if you're looking for a good place to stay.
