The hotel was easily accessible. My restroom had hair all over the shower and the floor of the shower appeared to never have been clean. It had a dk grey color, like from dirty feet. On the last day of my stay I woke up at 4 AM To get ready and there was no water available in the hotel. I asked for a refund for my last day (since I had to shower elsewhere). The attendee stated that he was not authorized to give refunds. The manager, Victor, refused to offer a refund and charged me full price. Breakfast was missing many items and some items were completely out of stock. I recommend the Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn down the street. I would never stay here again. **UPDATE** The hotel manager (Victor) responded to my review stating he, Victor, will "look into the entirety of my post", yet HE is the one who denied hotel guests a refund on our last day and billed my card in full. If Victor would have done his job in the first place and acted ethically, the long list of negative reviews wouldn't continue to accumulate.

Rooms are clean and bed was almost awesome. This property is well maintained and uneventful. The town is peaceful unlike the county of Bernalillo and Sandoval county, land of mixed nuts. Must b the water downstream from Los Alamos. 🤔👍✌

Pillow top mattress is great. Continental breakfast has waffles, cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, condiments, juice machine. Very clean. Helpful staff and the price is worth it.

This place was cool, we have a Wyndham timeshare so it was easy to get a room, my only complaint is that its a little dated, they could update it more, make it more modern but the rooms are a great size

Upon arrival the front desk staff was in the back eating, while we waited 15min to check in. She said the pool was open, however, as you see in the pictures that pool is disgusting and isnt even filled all the way. One of the beds in our room had dirt on it and the toilet paper in the bathroom had someone's pubic hair on it. The safety lock on the top of the door was broke, like someone had broken into the room before. During breakfast time one of the front staff workers kept talking about 'white people' (she is Latino). The conversation was uncomfortably to the point another couple, who were white, got up and left after making a comment about racism. The same front staff member started coughing and wasn't covering her mouth, we then got up and left. We do not need COVID or anyother disease. We will never return to this place again.

After reading the reviews, we decided to stay at the Days Inn. We are glad that we did! We found this to be a very nice hotel. The beds have new pillow top mattresses and are super comfortable! We appreciated the clean and soft towels, sheets, blanket and bedspread. The room itself was also very clean! The staff members were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast provided. When we were leaving on the last day the girl at the desk even made another pot of coffee so my husband could fill up his Yeti for the trip ahead! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quite, rooms. The AC/heater always works and the shower heads function correctly(sometimes) Exhaust fans have yet to ever be serviced in restrooms? A deposit(50$ if you use your card, 100.00 if you use U.S. Currency[cash]) will be added to the total cost of the room and refunded the next day which for the price(just short of 92.00 for a King single) add 30 and you can stay at literally any major chain hotel in town with no deposit. Check out is at 11 which you won't forget because after 8:30 am housekeeping will continuously try to enter your room regardless of if your in bed still, in the shower, getting ready, bushing your teeth, or packing for your departure even if you inform front dest that you will self checkout at 10:45am

This Days Inn and the Super 8 in Alamogordo are both by Wyndham. I stayed 3 nights at Super 8 and decided to stay at the Days Inn because the rates online were quite a bit lower. The rates were actually higher and there's a $50.00 holding fee, per night. The front desk person gave me a price of $79.00 for a king and then as I was about to give him my cc info, the king was no longer available but he had 2 queens for $89.00. It was late, I was tired, I agreed. The room for the most part was clean, except for the hairs on the bathroom walls, edge of tub, floor and toilet. The used soap from the previous person was on the edge of the tub. I should have said something, but I choose to clean it up & not worry about it. Long day, I was tired. Bed was comfortable. WiFi is okay. Heat/air system easy to use. Not located on the wall. The breakfast area is part of the lobby. EXTREMELY small space. I don't do well in confined spaces, full of ppl, so I got coffee and returned to my room. I don't know about options for food. Housekeepers were very friendly. I am moving into an apartment, which was delayed a day, so I did stay a 2nd night, in the same room. I was too exhausted to pack up and return to the Super 8. Overall, this is not a bad place. I have done housekeeping at hotels and sometimes hairs get missed even when the bathroom is very clean. Human error. I don't like the $50 cc holding fee and have never seen this at any hotels I've stayed in. I travel a lot and this is a first. Also, the rate the 2nd night (Thurs) was higher, but the girl said she was giving me a better rate. I didn't see the prices until later. My fault for not looking sooner. That unnecessary fee and higher rates is what will keep me from returning to this Days Inn. I'll stay at the Super 8.

I was involved in a domestic abuse situation and asked the manager tania to call the cops for me. She insisted on standing there with the man who hit me and defend him. She then called the cops on me because I was yelling for help and caused a scene. He got taken away in handcuffs and a restraining order was filed. But do not depend on help from this company’s manager because she is more supportive of women beaters than the victim.

Stayed at this place while passing through. Decently priced for a clean, safe little hotel. The room was small but not claustrophobic, and super cute. My bed had a banner that said 'hello sunshine' which I wasn't expecting and found it as a cute touch. Nice shower and decent sized tub but I didn't have any hot water!! Which was my only gripe with the place.. They had an actual waffle iron I got to enjoy for breakfast among side a generally large breakfast option. More than other hotels. And there were several take out and restaurants near by and some even in walking distance. All in all would stay here again if it was passhing through

I 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking a good place to stay. The lady that checked us in last night was so friendly. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The towels were softest towels i've ever used and the bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean. Not big breakfast selection, but waffles were good. They also had cereals, bread, and oatmeal.

Checking in was quick and easy. Front desk clerk was so nice. Room and restroom are very clean, bed linens looked and smelled clean, looked new to me, typical basic room set up but comfortable. Only suggestion is more plugs for devices. 😁 but won’t stop me from staying again. I am hard to please when it comes to where I stay and for the price in this growing little town it is perfect. Highly recommend it. See you next time Days Inn.

The room was clean and the beds were so nice. Although small the breakfast was perfectly sufficient. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, butter, cream cheese, waffle maker, etc. The coffee was so good. There’s no elevator but you shouldn’t expect that for the cost. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was for the water pressure. The sink is too high and the shower too low. I’d stay here again.

Hey this was a nice place to stay. We have been traveling NM and enjoying to state and its beauty. I booked this room online so wasn’t sure what to expect. When we pulled up we were a little apprehensive but the guest service lady let us check the room first. We were very pleased with what we found. Room was clean, nice carpet, fresh paint and then large panoramic of White Sands is a beautiful finishing touch to the room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Enjoyable stay. Very quick drive to White Sands and located near a lot of chain restaurants. Really appreciated having sleds and wax to borrow for sand sledding.

All the lamp shades in the room have a plastic wrap around it that say “remove before using.”Our room was dusty but everything else was clean. Beds were comfy.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker which many hotels no longer provide. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicer Days Inns I stayed at. They were pretty full and staff was friendly. Towels were a bit dirty but we had them changed. Great town near White Sands

No stars for me!! Absolute terrible place to stay. The front desk lady was so rude, and I was nothing but kind to her. My dad left his new charger plugged into the wall in our room after we stayed, and we went back to get it and she told us we can’t get it because we already checked out. I though she was nice, but she flipped as soon we checked out. What an mean person! I don’t understand why she was so rude to us. This company has gone out the door for me and my family. They lost our business forever. I really hope this review will reach them and she will no longer work there because she can’t get away with treating people like this.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place was absolutely terrible, the shower water is cold as heck, cold breakfast, and yet you pay a lot for the room. The manager/front desk lady was horrible. She was soo rude and will lie through her teeth to get more money out of you. I had a visitor, and they charged me even though she wasn’t staying and I made that clear to her. She is so unprofessional and will lie to make herself look good. The maid service staff was extremely rude as well. Do NOT stay here, they have no amenities, and no customer service skills. They make it as if you, as the guest, owe them respect. I will NEVER stay at another days inn because of this manager here.
