This
Days
Inn
and
the
Super
8
in
Alamogordo
are
both
by
Wyndham.
I
stayed
3
nights
at
Super
8
and
decided
to
stay
at
the
Days
Inn
because
the
rates
online
were
quite
a
bit
lower.
The
rates
were
actually
higher
and
there's
a
$50.00
holding
fee,
per
night.
The
front
desk
person
gave
me
a
price
of
$79.00
for
a
king
and
then
as
I
was
about
to
give
him
my
cc
info,
the
king
was
no
longer
available
but
he
had
2
queens
for
$89.00.
It
was
late,
I
was
tired,
I
agreed.
The
room
for
the
most
part
was
clean,
except
for
the
hairs
on
the
bathroom
walls,
edge
of
tub,
floor
and
toilet.
The
used
soap
from
the
previous
person
was
on
the
edge
of
the
tub.
I
should
have
said
something,
but
I
choose
to
clean
it
up
&
not
worry
about
it.
Long
day,
I
was
tired.
Bed
was
comfortable.
WiFi
is
okay.
Heat/air
system
easy
to
use.
Not
located
on
the
wall.
The
breakfast
area
is
part
of
the
lobby.
EXTREMELY
small
space.
I
don't
do
well
in
confined
spaces,
full
of
ppl,
so
I
got
coffee
and
returned
to
my
room.
I
don't
know
about
options
for
food.
Housekeepers
were
very
friendly.
I
am
moving
into
an
apartment,
which
was
delayed
a
day,
so
I
did
stay
a
2nd
night,
in
the
same
room.
I
was
too
exhausted
to
pack
up
and
return
to
the
Super
8.
Overall,
this
is
not
a
bad
place.
I
have
done
housekeeping
at
hotels
and
sometimes
hairs
get
missed
even
when
the
bathroom
is
very
clean.
Human
error.
I
don't
like
the
$50
cc
holding
fee
and
have
never
seen
this
at
any
hotels
I've
stayed
in.
I
travel
a
lot
and
this
is
a
first.
Also,
the
rate
the
2nd
night
(Thurs)
was
higher,
but
the
girl
said
she
was
giving
me
a
better
rate.
I
didn't
see
the
prices
until
later.
My
fault
for
not
looking
sooner.
That
unnecessary
fee
and
higher
rates
is
what
will
keep
me
from
returning
to
this
Days
Inn.
I'll
stay
at
the
Super
8.
