At
request
of
my
lawyer
I
had
to
make
a
trip
back
to
fully
leave
the
area
-
2
nights.
At
first
everything
seemed
fine.
The
elevator
had
a
light
septic
smell.
Then
a
missing
HDMI
cable
on
the
second
tv
in
the
room.
I
goto
shower
and
the
water
was
luke
warm.
We
thought
the
toilet
was
continuously
running,
but
it
sounded
like
running
water
all
night.
This
continued
for
our
2
night
stay.
We
checked
out
early
in
the
morning,
I
got
my
receipt.
A
$250
dollar
charge
and
a
clean
air
charge.
When
I
asked
the
desk
he
told
me
the
manager
put
it
on
our
last
day.
I
asked
him
to
check
the
room
and
he
shrugged
it
off.
We
got
to
Texas
and
I
decided
to
call.
Very
rude
and
kept
cutting
me
off.
She
accused
us
of
smoking
pot
in
the
room.
First,
my
husband
and
I
have
med
cards.
Second,
we
did
not
smoke
pot
in
the
room
or
on
your
property.
Third,
I
have
a
aggressive
form
of
cancer
and
it
allows
me
to
eat.
Fourth,
I
did
not
know
you
all
have
a
medical
degree
because
three
doctors
put
me
on
it.
Five,
the
pot
smell
was
transfer
from
clothing.
Six,
how
about
moving
your
cigarette
smoking
area
away
from
the
front
door.
You
provide
the
cig
disposal
container
and
benches
for
people
to
smoke
cigarettes
by
the
main
entrance.
Some
people
get
nauseated
by
the
cigarette
smell.
Seven,
maybe
you
should
have
called
the
police
on
us.
They
could
have
searched
everything
including
the
vehicle,
and
they
would
have
found
nothing.
Eight,
if
you
are
staying
because
of
a
hot
tub,
please
call
and
verify
if
it
is
up
and
running.
It
was
drained
while
we
were
there.
You
want
to
charge
me
for
a
clean
air
issue,
how
about
fixing
the
sewage
smell.
How
many
fecal
cells
did
I
breathe
in?
Nothing
worse
than
that
raw
sewage
smell.
So
for
future
customers...better
watch
out
what
you
smell
like
because
they
will
charge
you,
they
will
not
tell
you
they
did
it,
and
get
belligerent
about
it
if
questioned.
I
will
not
be
judged
or
apologize
for
my
medical
requirements
by
non
medical
personnel.
After
10
years
of
utilizing
Marriott,
I
shut
my
rewards
down,
and
will
never
stay
again
at
a
Marriott
brand.
Pros:
the
breakfast
lady
was
nice
and
always
told
us
good
morning.
The
room
was
clean,
and
housekeepers
were
nice,
and
the
maintenance
guys
also
friendly.
