Very lovely stay there! The front desk lady, Krista, was very accommodating and helpful! After a long drive and having booking issues with another hotel, her helping us was a relief and truly made our day. Not only were the staff great, but the room was lovely as well! Very clean, organized, and all essential needs were met!

Awesome place. There's a kitchen in the room, place to do laundry on site, the staff is super helpful and kind. Actually canceled a stay somewhere else and so happy of that choice. the room was booked same day within an hour and the housekeeper made sure the room was ready for us. Thank you to Krista who clearly cares and shows it! If you have an extended stay this is the place. We appreciate it and will be back!

The reason why my stay was excellent was because of the staff. This staff met my every needs with their attention to detail and relentless customer service. My room was very comfortable and eased the stress of being away from home for so long. This was my 3rd hotel while staying in Alamogordo. This was by far the best combination of comfort and customer service. The amenities offered were very accessible and clean. The housekeeping staff were happy to help whenever I interacted with them. All in all The Suburban Extended Stay Hotel is in my opinion the best hotel in Alamogordo, NM.

Direct TV and nice beds and got a full size fridge. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and are very pleasant. Got a window that can open and let the cool breeze through. The stove was filthy when I first came to the hotel two weeks ago but the housekeeper immediately came and cleaned it up. There is a slight leak in the faucet in the kitchen but it is being fixed soon. Wifi is slow during congested times but works well most of the time. Overall it has been an enjoyable experience.

Booked this room thru Choice. The young lady called and verified what I wanted and said it was ready. It was about 9:30 pm when I pulled in. She greeted me with big smile and said welcome. She had everything ready so check in was a breeze. Then walked me to my room. The room was very nice very clean. It had a kitchenette. The shower was excellent good water pressure and hot. The bed was a cloud to sleep on. Next morning the young lady whom checked me out was also very nice and accommodating. The outside was very nice and clean also. I highly recommend this place. I will return if and when I return to your area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Room was clean and accessible as requested. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfortable. The fridge was fantastic. The utensils were a nice touch. Not having a coffee maker was a distraction but not a blemish on the room or the hotel. The bathroom was clean but the shower pressure was kind of low but the shower worked good enough and the water got hot. The only thing that I didn't like was the size and resolution of the TV. I will definitely stay at the Suburban Inn again when I visit Alamogordo, NM.

Decent room. Pretty clean. Biggest downside for us was that although they accept pets, there is absolutely nowhere to walk them to 'do their business'. And although we specifically asked for a downstairs room to make it easier for our small dog, they stuck us upstairs.

I've stayed here twice this year and will probably spend many more nights here. The staff here are pretty top notch. They are very forth coming and helpful, especially Vickie at the front desk. The rooms are always clean, the location in the town is right in the center and right on the main road. The only downside is that there always seems to be someone smoking in the breezeway.

The gentleman that worked in the front desk check-in area is so kind! The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Too much crammed in a tiny space. No coffee maker, noisy as hell and the worst shower I've ever experienced.

By far the best overall value in Southern New Mexico. The staff is amazing. Rooms are super clean and they all include fully furnished full size kitchens. It feels more like living here than just staying here. There is actually a lot to explore in and around Alamogordo. Highly recommend.

So far so good. The kitchenette is convenient so you don't have to go out to eat.

Have stayed several times in Alamogordo and will stay in June for conference always very nice stay

I've had two issues with this location. October 23, 2023 I made a reservation handicap room, down stairs. They didn't have one. I ended up in an upstairs room. Took, because I didn't want to look any further. About a week before this reservation, I made one for a ♿️ handicapped room. There was one available. Gave all my information and credit card number, etc. I came in on the 3rd of November and discovered my room was up stairs. Have a hard time going up stairs due to a bad knee. Got into the room only to find out it was a smoking room. I found another place and left. Went to Super 8, hotel.
