Great place for great frozen treats. On our weekend trip to Cherry picking at La Luz, White sands, stopped at this frozen place to take a break and experienced great delights. Will definitely try again

Oh-em-gee! It's so thick and creamy - so delicious! Forget the diet. Come here. We got the Mango Dango with pistachio (choice of nuts), Fudge Brownie with Chocolate ice cream (instead of vanilla), Adobe Mud, and Starberry Shortcake Sundae (my fav).

I was visiting my son in New Mexico for Christmas and after dinner, we went here to get dessert. We stood in line for a while. They must of be short on help. Which is understandable since it was Christmas time. Everyone was working as hard as they could to get orders out. We did leave before we were able to order. I'm sure it would have been delicious. 😋

Employees are friendly and fast. Some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Definitely recommend

The only thing I’ve had here are drinks or frozen custard… can’t go wrong there 🫣 they’re a little pricey but damn they are good.

Went there twice in one day with the family. First time got a vanilla shake, watermelon smoothie, mango smoothie. All great except the mango smoothie, tasted a bit like frozen Tang. Second time vanilla shake, strawberry shake, chocolate shake and a couple of caliches. Shakes on point and caliches were a bit too sweet for out taste, but pretty good.

Good sandwiches but they gave me the wrong one. I wanted the one with bacon. The mint caliche was delicious. We came at 11:20am on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy at all. The employee seemed friendly but also looked overwhelmed. It’s ok. Maybe he was new. We all are new in a job at some point in our lives. 😅

The service was prompt. They didn’t have the nutrition break down for their menu. It’s reasonable priced. The slaw dog was very flavorful.

This was our first time here. We each ordered a hot dog and banana split. The hot dog was so freaking good and the banana split is awesome! We will definitely give you our business. 💙

Great flavors in their custards. The street can be a bit loud but and this seems to be a hangout for hot-rodders.

Delicious! Great service. You can sample the Green Chili Sundae, which I did. Worth a try! They don't skimp on additions...so good!

Great menu, delicious hot dogs, friendly staff. From Saturday night to Wednesday drastic difference in serving of chocolate hot fudge sundae. Saturday was heaping good, today I received 1/2 of the amount. This has happened before. Need consistency in training and monitoring of serving. I paid way too much for what little product I received today.

I feel like this place goes above and beyond to fulfill great customer service. The ice cream was great. My wife loves ice cream. I'm not a huge fan, but I really liked this place. The toppings are great and plenty. I had the Gizmo , two thumbs-up. On the way out, I saw they serve food. We will be back to explore the menu. Thank you to the kind and respectful staff.

After a hot day at the White Sands National monument, drove to this place to get some dessert. They had a whole variety of frozen custards and we tried as many as 5 different kinds. Tasty stuff!

Wishing for one in Albuquerque! It's the best custard. The frozen custard is made of high quality ingredients and they have lots of different toppings to choose from. They have outdoor seating, or you can eat in your car. You order at the walkup window, or use the drive thru. The drive thru has two large menus, but I find it hard to read. If they're busy, plan on the drive thru taking half an hour, only taking one customer order, at a time. Food is great, worth the wait!

Love the ice cream here. Every time we drive thru Alamogordo we stop there. Plenty of choices to satisfy your ice cream cravings!

We stopped here after going to White Sands NP and it was such a good decision! Very awesome ice cream. They have what’s called a Caliche which is sort of like a milk shake with toppings in it. They were fantastic! I had the Adobe Mud. We also tasted some of the green chili sundae and it was surprisingly pretty good! They don’t have tables to sit at but they do have benches. There is no “inside” you just order at a window and either take it to go or sit outside. Highly recommend them! They do also have food - we didn’t get any though.

Visited multiple times, staff is always friendly and food/ice cream always great. Our pup loves their pupcones as well!

Asked for no pecans in my Nana berry custard because I have mild nut allergies and didn’t realize until after we left that they made it with the pecans anyways. Glad I’m not deathly allergic :/. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Caliche's is phenomenal! Their custard is like no other! The staff is so friendly, patient and accommodating. We tried the new strawberry shortcake Caliche so good! But the brownie is my all-time fav! You really can't go wrong. The food is good too. The hotdog special is a really good value. I recommend upgrading your drink to the limeade you won't be disappointed.

This place is a must try! Great stop once you are done with the mountains. Gives me Andys Custards vibes. Their cream was thick and creamy. Strawberry was not too sweet. I think about this order sometimes even though I am hundreds of miles away.
