Most of the time its correct. Most of the staff are great. But there are two employees in particular that look like they have the whole entire world on their back and mumble at you. Itll kill your mood.

They messed up mu order size and when I told them they were sweet and apologized but they didn’t offer to replace it. I felt bad because I didn’t want them to throw it away or asked them to. Next time i’ll double check because I ordered a tall and got charged for a trenta.

Seems that management improved the quality of this establishment, such as employee ethics. The present employee's words are very pleasant, unlike the slanderous and careless words said from an employee at the end of August 2021.

Very Friendly Staff, makes you feel at home. This Starbucks is in a store, so it has no drive thru, but that is to be expected. It has limited seating but very comfortable and also to be expected when it is inside a grocery store. Drinks and coffee are consistent with brand. The staff is what make the difference. Friendly, helpful, and once you have been there a few times, they get to know you and your orders, and they are always eager to serve. Great job guys!

94 degrees today and no cold brew available. :-/ Had to get a hot Carmel macchiato and it was the worst I ever had ended up tossing it out. Even had to pull over and make sure I wasn’t given something else. Not to mention the app was down so didn’t even get the reward points. Why is it so difficult to keep Sbux in Alamogordo, NM stocked is it too far for the supply chain to reach, they are always out of something. Never had this problem in OR or NV. And why is the pistachio latte seasonal here in Alamogordo, NM of all places where they are grown and supplied continuously and is a point of tourism here. Better to avoid the frustration and just quit Sbux.

Amazing! Haven't been disppointed yet. I have tried the salted caramel mocha frappé & my aunt tried the Halloween witch one, chia seeds. My regular is the caramel white mocha, hot.

Caitie and Paris are the best! The greet me every day by name, know my favorite order, and make sure I’m happy every-time I leave. Those girls are the best!

They are always out of multiple items. They refused to make any food. Also wouldn't honor a free birthday drink from the app.

The person who took my order was named sierra and my drinks sucked I got a vanilla bean frappe and she just ruined it.

5 drinks made perfectly. Friendly service. Only comaint is our order was 28.xx and she didn't have 21.xx to give back when paying with a 50.00. Which I find super hatf to believe considering their prices are so high as well as the cash flow but perhaps it's true which is also ridiculous. Keep enough cash on hand. Especially after Christmas when everyone is treating themselves with their Christmas money.

They always get my order right and most of the staff members are friendly. It needs to be cleaned though. The tables are often dirty, the floors by the bathroom are filthy and the trash can in the bathroom is always overflowing. Otherwise, I love the products and will keep coming back.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the coffee area, a bug landed on me when i picked up my drink. Dirty everywhere. The manager, Mimi, doesn’t care if the shop is dirty and there’s bugs. Do better “Starbucks”

Just love everything about Starbucks , i really love we have two locations here in Alamogordo , N.M.
