I wanted to purchase 2 fried chicken legs, they only had 4 in the case with more being made. They would not sell me 2 because you had to purchase 10 or more... I would have to wait for approximately 30 min before I could purchase the 2 I wanted for dinner. Made ZERO sense to me...... Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything and went to their competitor instead.

Highly recommend shopping here for everything!!. Their produce is the freshest. I was going to say just produce and meat but the entire store has so much to offer and the employees are the best! . Their deli and prepared foods are absolutely amazing and I’d rather eat here than any fast food restaurant in town. And their floral shop has the best floral arrangements /balloons in town.

I love shopping at Albertsons , anything you need or you're looking for you can find it .My daughter and i really enjoy, all the choices they have , we love all the organic food they have . I love the fruits , veggies. My favorite of all is the Mango pico de gallo .Only Albertsons sells this .Its the best .They run out quick, so im always checking when they have some . And of course the employees, and service , love them .

In the last year I have met new associates that care about the brand. Specifically I'd like to mention how great the chicken/ deli staff is. I only know a few names..Anna, Christian and Tom at the deli. Excuse me for not knowing the others names but it's the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They all rock

I went to the pharmacy this morning to get a shingles shot. I did not wait very long. All I had to do was fill out a form and 5 mintues later the Pharmacist call me in to get my shot. I am really happy with the Pharmacy.

If you have a service animal your trying to train don't go to Albertson's. My sisters service dog is in training we went to go do socializing in stores we got kicked out cause the dog was barking. I understand that this employee was attempting to protect others from the dog but she (the dog) was in a carrier and she wasn't attacking at this point I feel this employee was just being judgemental towards myself and my sisters service animal. Not every service animal is fully trained when recieved by the person in need of the animal.

My favorite seafood/produce/bakery stop. Nicest folks at the seafood counter. I recommend the Chilean Sea Bass. 👌

I like the produce, meat and cheeses here. The bakery and deli are nice too. It's a little bit higher cost and quality but they have items that aren't found in other local stores.

The Manager Michelle in the liquor department is so very helpful. She is incredibly kind and hardworking! She definitely deserves a raise!

Just to let others know. I went there 1/8/23, I purchased chicken that was marked down. Turns out it was expired but they do not offer a refund for markdowns purchased a day ago. I called on 1/9/23. With no concern to remove the other chickens that could have been bad.

I eat my breakfast here 3 or 4 times a week because they have such well made breakfast biscuits but today it was absolute garbage. I paid 4$ for a slice of unmelted cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of egg, and half slice of bacon. The biscuit was drastically different as if their biscuit chef called out and they went to go grab a can of pills bury biscuits in a can because they would rather serve people actual garbage then not have biscuits for a day idk if that’s what happened just my guess from the serious SERIOUS LACK IN QUALITY, these biscuits don’t even normally come with cheese slice in them but super cheesy eggs so I didn’t really enjoy my slice of unmelted uncooked raw cheese this morning but I’m gonna give them 5 stars anyway because I’m gonna be back tomorrow morning for my breakfast biscuit like usual and I believe that they will do better tomorrow. Everybody can have an off day but the quality today was sooooo poooooorr it needs to be addressed

Always better than their competitors. Kind and courteous service, always able to find an associate when needed, rarely is there ever a line for a real cashier. (I don't do self checkout) Thank you for not replacing them with machines.

We were visiting Cloudcroft and had to make a grocery run for vegan and fluten-free. Pleasantly surprised! ...but no Einkorn flour...

I like going to Albertsons, not only for their meat selection, but their produce selection as well. Additionally, being the recipient of rare Maladies, I truly appreciate their pharmacy for working to obtain rare medications, and to relay any contradictions an already complicated formulary. There are always enough mobility carts, that I'm not left wondering if there will be enough carts to accommodate myself and my wife. Hat's off, 3½ thunbs-up.

By far my favorite grocery store. I wish all the groceries stores could look like this clean open everything faced nicely . It's like the high class area of life. I admire this store

All I really need to say is that they have a Starbucks inside - you're welcome. I do like this store; it is consistently very clean and well-organized; it's very easy to find whatever you may be looking for, including great quality meats, produce, and surprisingly, sushi. They have a deli that serves several options of chicken, and something similar to a buffet style (which serves a variety of wings), in which you select your food items and put them into a take out container to take with you. They also have a decent sized selection of fresh ready to cook meals for both the oven and the microwave, and when in season, they sell generous portions of fresh hatch chilies at an extremely affordable cost. I can't forget to mention the pharmacy, at which even where there is a line, the wait is never very long, as service is swift. Lastly, in regards to the staff, they are always nice and super friendly, but also very polite, proper, and professional. And every single staff member consistently maintains that; I've not come across a single one who doesn't - believe me, I've tried. Suffice to say that this particular Albertson's store produces nothing less than excellence and has definitely earned 5 stars across the board.

I've been shopping here occasionally for the past month and it ended up being my go to grocery store. I love the fact that I can get a bunch of lunch to go items or easy dinner plates. Seating available inside and at it's Starbucks. Only con I've seen that has been consistent is the self checkout machines seem to constantly have issues. I have had the card reader freeze on me on two separate trips. Mild annoyance. I also love the fact they do occasional things like with the green chillies. Roasting them in front of the store I think is very unique as I am not from New Mexico, so I thought that was nice. Other than that the store is also kept up very well inside.

Friendly staff, generally clean and well kept, good options for supplies and food. Plenty of space between isles so people aren't walking on each other or bumping into each other.

While I'm not too keen on the store design/ layout, they did seem to have everything that I was looking for. Decent sized store for the town. Produce appears pretty fresh as well.

Just to be sure, still the best bread around. For those who want decent chocolate and not that smelly Hershey stuff masquerading as such, they have Ritter Sport, Toblerone, Ghirardelli, Lindt, and a whole lot of decent other brands to go with a bit of Cognac and a cigar. (The Cognac and cigar thing is second hand info)

I have been going here for years. It's an amazing mom and pop atmosphere. The employees have worked there forever. The food always come out as good as the times before. They have the best chicken fried steak in town! Thank you for being amazing!

Best Grocery store in alamogordo. Best quality meat , fruit and vegetables. Staff always professional and seem to really enjoy there job.
