We lived there at at first we did love it but we kept getting notices saying to tell our guest to turn their music down. Mind you it was during covid and I was 7 months pregnant only company we had was my mom. And she never played her music loud nor did we . We lived on the last row by the Main Street and always heard cars playing music loud and it wasn’t us . Also the trailers fall apart basically from the second you move in. They are deadly hot our pnm bill was around 216$ every month during the summer because we had to run so many fans to keep it cool. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not move in unless you want to not even feel at home for something your paying for

Stayed 1 week at White Sands Manufactured Home and RV Community at $248 after discount with FHU. The office staff was super helpful and friendly! This is an approximately 400 site older community with the mobile homes separated from the RV’s. All streets are paved (many huge speed bumps) but the RV sites are level and gravel. 30 amps are separated from the 50 amps and the 30 amps have trees and site walls. Many of the mobile homes appear to be older and not well cared for. The complimentary WiFi is provided by TDS Telecom and is capped at 5 down and 1 up. Our speeds were half of that. AT&T and Verizon were much faster. The RV section was a mixture of workers, full-timers and travelers. No patio, only a few picnic table and no fire rings were provided in the 50-amp area. It looks like no pull thru in the 50-amp area, only in the 30-amp area. The laundry and office areas were well cared for. Surprisingly, the park and this area of the city was quiet after dark, except for occasional lonesome train whistle and punk with the loud music coming from their vehicle. Speeders appear to be the biggest problem during the day within the park. Alamogordo provides all the services and stores of a 30K population city but as I drove around it appeared run-down and depressed. Some lawns had “pride of ownership” but many, sadly did not. Cable TV was $70 per month via the office. I received 21 channels of OTA. Most channels were weak and pixelated. Appr. 6 were fine.

Rebecca at the front and staff is very sweet and friendly! Large spots easy back in! You did hear a faint train in the early morning hours. I thought it gave it more of a small town feel! I really enjoy living here. They have great activities for all ages and a wonderful friendly staff! Nice areas for relaxing, board games and puzzles, a pool table, a clean swimming pool, a playground, laundromat, and two dog runs! Great place for RV’s and families. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance technicians are very friendly and willing to do what they can to make this a great place to live!

Parked there while on contract: working in area. Great place, clean easy parking : drive through for 30 amp. Good hook ups at all sites, level, sheltered from wind, shade trees, clean free bathroom and showers. Management very helpful in all aspects , available and professional. Would highly recommend this place. It was a wonderful place to call home while I was working in town. Dog friendly, dog run area, neighbors were friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about how good this place is. Hope it doesn’t get crowded now that I told you about it😊 Excellent location in town.

I have lived at White Sands Community for at least 12 years and love it here. I have never had any issues, a very nice place to live. I recommend it to everyone. Rebecca the property manager takes care of any issues that may arise very professionally and in a timely fashion. Thank you for a great community to live in.

I lived there for over a year, loved the unit I was in, all the staff was amazing. Great price, quiet, super fast on repairs. Really truly would suggest this community to anyone that asks.

After moving back from California and going to live full time in an RV we stayed at White Sands Community and loved it. The place has everything you need and the lady's in the office are all very nice and professional. We can't wait to come back in late July after our travels and live there again.

This trailer park and RV Park are nice. There is a club house, pool, laundry, playground, tennis and basket ball courts. The RV sites were shady and clean looking lots. This is the place I would want to park my Travel trailer, either long term or if visiting the area.

I was recently a tenant there. Within the last year management has gone bad. We told the managers that we needed blinds for one whole year and our toilet needed to be fixed because it was falling in. We also were charged for things we shouldn’t have been charged for.

It's a bit narrow, and I didn't give the password to the toilet in time.
