The poor mall is half empty. We went to Pizza 9 that evening but arrived early and took a walk around the entire mall. It's sad how many spaces are vacant and how many stores we once enjoyed are now gone.

I just don't understand what happened?! It was such a neat place many years ago. Pet stores, arcade....not sure if it's the evolution of online shopping, or something else. The eateries are great.

The small was very small but we were able to find what we needed at very good prices they did have a good selection of items.

Needs more shops. Has not even the bare minimum, but what we do have is ok

There are many smaller shops near the main mall place. It's nice and you can eat there to. It's a good place to shop and even grab a bite.

Not the nicest "mall " I've been too, but malls, especially strip malls have gone by the way side in recent years. The selection of stores this mall has is okay, and the quality of each is decent. What you expect.

Wish they had more store options inside bakers can be choosers , they do have good food in there and clean restrooms this place is very well kept

Went to smileys, like the good but the people that run it are rude, paid 11 bucks for a to go box and they are making remarks about what you can take and what you can't. I spend 11 bucks to go I expect to get whatever I damn will please.

Very nice place, clean great atmosphere. We ate at one of their restaurants. I had a Navajo taco. It was not very good. The chips and guacamole was excellent

Mall needs a major up grade to draw in more business.

I went looking for a drill and drill bits. The Attendant was very helpful and explained the differences of price. He steered me in the right direction.

A sad food court, surrounded by shuttered stores. Even the two shops that are open we're closed while the lone employee got some of the food court noodles. There's a bookstore that everyone needs to patronize so they don't go under. Throw a quarter in the race car kid ride, but not the carousel - the carousel just eats quarters. Big Lots and Hobby Lobby are right next door, and they're a known entity. My family all want to move to Alamogordo, but it's sure not because of the "mall."

Actually go to Ross's or Marshall's, love both stores they have wonderful clearance items

Melrose, no customer service since they were too busy on thier phones. Only allowed one person in dressing rooms at a time, although there were others empty.

Looked into renting a space in this mall. No guarantee that everything works, oh, and my business is swords and knives. Well, I was told can't sell swords. Say what? Half the business I can't sell. Well, no rented space from me in a mall that really needs more foot traffic. Nice that there are some big top stores, but this is a small community and should help to accommodate small local businesses as well.

Ross and Marshall’s are so far the best stores there. They have some places to eat. The mall is big and free parking. They have good access brand new built.

Considering the small size of Alamogordo, the mall has a good selection of stores with very polite and helpful staff.

It's not really a mall but a giant food court and used books and shelves of them covered the back half and closed stores through majority of it with tables in the middle for the people eating right in the center.

Kind of dated and very small for a shopping mall but there's a decent selection of stores and restaurants if you're just looking to do a bit of shopping.

I think the mall needs some more work mostly because the mall is a bit small. Other reasons is because you guys never do new events.

Went to Marshalls and Ross for some new pants. Unfortunately not a great selection so left with nothing. Not a complaint just a typical experience of living in a smaller town.

Alamogordo's White Sands Mall has added a lot of new stores. We like Marshall's, Ross's, Big Lots and all the regulars. Very modern mall. Thanks

Marshall's to die for!!!! Alot more selection for XL or large women's sizes and dresses. Plus selection of women's shoes is nothing as dull as Ross. Sorry but Marshall's wins this round.

Just finished Shopping. I had my taste bubs set on an Italian sub. And yes they fixed my sub perfectly and my husband tried the stack and jack. He loved every bit. Thank you ladies

This mall…definitely needs some work. The stores inside have horrible presentation. Chinex is litterally a hole in the wall-looks as if they axed the wall down and said “this will do” yuck! The mall has various things in the walkway for kids to play, making this mall feel more like a kids playground than a shopping area. Books revisited clutters the entire area (litterally books shelves down the entire hall!) seems super cluttered and unprofessional. Whoever runs the mall needs to fix this issue and de clutter the walkway. If they fixed a few of the presentation issues I don’t think it’d be as bad of a mall. None the less this mall needs work.

The mall doesn't have anything good anymore in the way of stores. I went to get my hair cut at Change hair salon. Some of the girls there used to work at JC Penney salon before they closed. Suzanne who cuts my hair there is very good.

I go to the White Sands Mall to remember my childhood back when this mall was cool 35 years ago. It's not so cool now, but I'm old and I don't care about cool. I care about cheap books and all-you-can-eat Chinese food! And this mall has it! Woooooo!

The food court is good (especially Smiley Buffet is 10/10), the rest of the mall though is mostly a bunch of identical discount stores like Ross, Marshall's, Melrose, etc. I wish they'd get more variety of stores and maybe hold community events to liven up the mall.
