Being a backpacker for the past three years and a person who have been staying at places alone this particular stay was the most creepiest one. We checked in at 1pm. The room's lighting was really bad, we kept hearing noise from the washroom several times but we ignored it for the time being but when my friend went to the washroom at 11pm there was a playing card and a packet which was definitely not there when we used the washroom before. So we had to contact the property manager for some assistance because we both were freaked out. A housekeeping supervisor came at 12 in the midnight to check the place and told us that it might have fallen from the above floor and didn't even have the courtesy to clean it up. Ambience of the property is really good and the Guy at the reception was friendly apart from that it was totally a bad experience.

No hot water supply, AC not working, TV remote not working, no floor mats in front of bath room, nobody at reception to hand over the keys during check-out. Overall poor management.

Overall good stay, until and unless you need something form the house keeping staff. Understaffed and room maintenance is very poor. The good things are privacy and location, out of city calm and easy access to town if you have your own vehicle.

Average...Not that much clean and matress spring was damaged so felt uncomfortable. Parking area made my vehicle puncture. Big potholes in parking area is a hazard and its not maintained. Please ensure the safety of atleast people coming in. Rest all were okkey for me. Comparing to the price thats all. I got it for 800Rs after offer.

Affordable and the best place to stay with your family at Aluva. Not exactly in the proper city but if you value your privacy then this is the exact place you are looking for

One of the calm and quite place in aluva for accommodation. Spacious parking but the out skirt of the town.
