Based on Google reviews we went to A4 hospital valasaravakkam branch, but what I felt is really bad experience over there. 1. Appointment : There is no proper planning on appointment , generally appointment was made to visit doctor on timing. but in A4 if you get appointment for 6 clk you can able to see Doctor @ 8 or 9 only. Simply you have to wait till doctor arrive to hospital. Just making patient to wait outside and showcasing hospital in busy manner. 2. Treatment : My wife suffering from fever during pregnancy. so I took her for treatment. They asked for appointment but we don't have because we went on emergency. then they asked to wait .we where waiting for 3 Hrs, later they telling doctor won't take treatment for fever you can leave 😠. During pregnancy we totally dependent on your hospital, in any situation you should provide treatment,. If normal person we can manage by taking some fever tablet, but during pregnancy doctor should advise because two life is suffering but completely ignored us. Only Money 🤑 motive no patient care.

Worst service. Visited them for my 1st checkup once my pregnancy got confirmed. Waited for more than 3 hrs but they didn't make arrangements to meet Dr. Aruna but some other doctor for writing my medical history and then again another doctor for counseling. There the nurses gave different patient file instead of my file whose name was similar to mine. The 2nd Doctor also didn't verify that but started her counseling. Totally disappointed with their very first service and just left the hospital. The receptionist nurses were so lethargic to answer any basic questions and even about the doctor arriving time. Zero rating would be better. Pls don't believe the fake reviews given.

Maternity Experience: We had our first daughter by Normal delivery at A4 hospital, Valasaravakkam. The Doctors here will try utmost best to do Normal delivery at every possible situation. The nurses and ward staffs taken extremely good care and they were very polite & friendly. I will 100% recommend A4 hospital Valasaravakkam for Maternity care. Our Special Thanks to Dr.Swetha for her positive and professional approach. Concern: The NICU (incubator) facility is not available here, so incase of emergency they'll recommend to other Hospitals. So parents should investigate Other NICU facility care based on their cost or other concerns prior to the delivery. I am recommending A4 hospital to inform every parents about unavailability of NICU prior or improve the facilities here. Regards, Ajithkumar

We did checkup in xx😈xx hospital where checkup happens only via phone calls and they never explain about the scan and blood report details clearly and nurses behave like rowdies😈 and in the last month (39th week) of my wife's pregnancy we heard about A4 hospital were they give clear cut explanation about 🤰pregnancy and all the details, we had great experience and friendly atmosphere there. Nithya 🥰 mam is very friendly and she tried her best to give normal delivery and my wife delivered the baby normally and ganga 😀mam's counseling about labour helped us to know what the procedure is all about in the labour ward also all the staffs and nurses behaved politely and in a friendly manner. Overall we had a great experience here. THANK YOU so much A4hospital 👨‍🍼👼👩‍🍼

You should be prepared to wait 4+ hours to see the doctor with your scan reports (we went there around 2pm afternoon and departed 7pm). They don't even care about your pregnant wife waiting for such so long time without eating anything. And the worst thing is sometimes you don't even get any chairs to sit, Just imagine standing with your pregnant wife like that. I asked about this to the doctor (not Aruna doctor), she simply replied "I don't aware about that, my shift just started now", which means our scan was done during one shift and seeing the doctor from the next shift. One more thing is, in our reports doctor Aruna name was mentioned but we only saw for the first 2 visits, after that, every visit we were assigned to see a new doctor. Because of that I felt missing the continuity of the checkups. Note: Their treatment is good but I only have problem with their process. This is really one of my worst experiences with a PRIVATE hospital. After this incident we decided to proceed with a different hospital (SM Hospital KK Nagar) where our experiences was so good, we waited only max 30 mins to the SAME doctor Anitha.

Doctor: Aishwarya We are glad that we met her for our pregnancy care and it was very blissful experience in each phase. Most importantly as expected and promised it was a Normal delivery and thank you all for that. No other words to describe how thankful we are. Nurses: Ganga, one of the best and helping Doctor/nurse helped till the end of delivery with full support both physically and morally was something every women needs. Special thanks to the lactation counseling. Preetha, anandi, and many others who were on duty for our labour were very kind and humble towards us. Support was extremely great and not just stopped with delivery of baby but still continuing for our parenting. House keeping: next to doctors and nurses they were more like a mother to us in taking care throughout the time in hospital. Can't express more than this. Facilities: Hospital infrastructure was very clean and tidy and very adaptive to anyone to feel like home. Very easy accessible from anywhere around.

I would like to share my experience from beginning to end in short. Initially everything was good but the ending was not so fair. I had bad experience with scanning doctor and delivery process. During my delivery pain I was struggled with trainee doctors. There is no delivery assisting team and doctor. Struggled for normal delivery as I am a yoga Varma prof. Dr. I felt bad to visit this hospital for delivery.

With much pleasure... I had delivered my baby girl at A4 hospital on nov17. Dr. Nithya shyam is my gyne. She is delivered my baby at 37weeks due to my hyper eclampsia through Induced vaginal labour. Thankyou so much to the all nurses and staff who did my labour pain so easy and manageable. The nurses are very dedicated and responsible. Special thanks to the physiotherapist Dr. Dhanya who is the reason for my 'Normal delivery'. At last Thankyou to the whole team.

A4 is not just a hospital which looks at people as patients but extensively takes very good care when it comes each n every person in personal. They take care of each n every patient in a very special way such that we become a family more than anything. I had my own experience when it comes to labour pain. At the very last moment due to increasing contraction I asked to go for C section, but inspite of that they resisted and went for normal. Now I am a very happy mother 🥰🥰 Special thanks to Dr. Aruna ashok who can make miracles and wonders with her hand even at the very last moment. And the sisters who co-operate and took very good care of me Ganga sister, Ilakiya sister, girija sister, preetha sister, Priyadharshini sister, Bharathi sister. And never forgot to mention the housekeeping staffs who showed equal care Rakkama and others. It would have been a nightmare without them. Overall this is the best hospitality one can give for. I would like to convey my sincere thanks and Gratitude by writing this review. On 12th of Jul 2022 I have admitted my Wife for delivery. On 13th of Jul 2022 my wife gave birth to a Girl Child through Normal Delivery. I'm very much thankful to Dr. Aruna Ashok who take care of my wife and baby throughout the pregnancy Journey. Special Thanks to Dr. Swetha for her postivity and encourages given during the Maternity. She was so patient and awaited alot to make delivery -Normal Vaginal Birth. And During the delivery all the team assembled in the Labour room for Happy delivery. Kudos to Dr. Lavanya for taking our baby. During the Labour Pain the staff's have supported very well by providing the Birthing Ball and making my wife to do all exercises and continuously motivating. Special Thanks to Sister Ganga, Sr. Elakiya, Sr. Preetha in the Labour ward. We would like to thank Duty Doctors present in the Venue during entire course, In case of any emergency just give them a call everything rest is assured. On 12th Jul 2022 Dr. Praveena who Induced pain is called as Lucky charm in the Hospital because If she Induce the pain then it is sure shot normal Delivery if the patient is co-operating 😂😂. I would recommend Dr. Aruna and Dr. Swetha because I have meet only those two doctors but all other Doctors working in the Hospital are MD in O&G. Last but not the least the sailer of the ship the reception staff's because they are the once who are making the show to run without any flaws. I thank all the staff in the reception and House Keeping. Point for Improvement: 1. A4 is grown it is time to expand our capacity in Valasaravakkam / Virugambakkam / Vadapalani / Porur itself instead of Moving to other Location. (Just my thoughts) 2. I totally agree we need diagnose each patient which is a time consuming process. But still I request your extended support to look any option in terms of reduce the waiting time. Overall Experince was very nice. I strongly recommend this Hospital for Normal Delivery. They are ready to support for Normal Delivery. One of the advanced hospitals in Chennai for cesarean delivery in terms of OT facility and Experienced Doctors, specially Dr Thamarai Ram. Go with this hospital without a second thought. However a few house nurses' competency should be improved.

We had recently delivered with girl baby. Why 3 stars on my review — room no 106 is worst . The bed mechanism is not working - reclining(up and down automatic) not functioning. In fact the mechanism motor under the bed was not found. It was taken to repair . My wife with C section operated was struggling in that bed for 2 days and finally 3rd day after a small fight hospital changed the room . Apart from this no other issues . Concern is when we pay nearly a lakh rupees for the facility and medicals, there should be proper infrastructure. Small advice to upcoming parents - pls check the infra before you get admitted

Dr.Shwetha - Kudos to her positivity, from making me hear my baby's heartbeat till delivery she has given me so much of courage and positivity which was needed for me at that time. Dr Padmashree - Thank you for the excellent service during my delivery time and helping me to give birth naturally and guiding me post delivery care. Labour ward nurses: Sister ganga - i don't know what would have i have done without you sister, the last minute encouragement i will never forget in my life, Sister preetha - u took care of me n my baby so well, when u took her to breastfeed n skin to skin contact it was my magical moments, special thanks to sister priyadarshini and Priscilla for taking care of my baby well throughout the nights. You take a lot of time in meeting the patients! There are unnecessary procedures you have set before meeting the doctor. To check BP and weight one place post that need to wait for an hour to assess our symptoms which is 100% unnecessary post that we need to wait at least 1 hour to meet the doctor. Without a scan we need to spend at least 3 hours. Please understand that everyone are having their own commitments. Reduce your procedures and meet the patients quick. Please don’t tell that you are taking time to understand patients’ issue.

My journey with A4 Hospital was so smooth, the doctors are professional and friendly. All my visits with Doctor Swetha was very pleasant and their nurses and staffs are well trained and knowledgeable, providing at most care for the patients 24/7. It was a very pleasurable experience to have our first baby delivered here at A4 Hospital. The entire staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the time we were in the hospital. Excellent medical care, excellent ambience, huge care for patient from the time of admission to discharge huge care for patient diet. Our sincere thanks from bottom of heart to Dr.Nithya shyam. Best thing about A4 hospital is they wait for normal delivery and doesn't rush to go with C-section.

Though doctors are good. Staffs/nurses are bad in their service. Too much waiting time which would consume the whole day. I came 10.30 a.m and till 3.30 I am just waiting waiting waiting without any information on my time slot. I am waiting still now without lunch and noon tablets. This shows their team corrdination and staffs care on the patients. Service is not good. Treatment is good. Edit: They are not following the procedure formalities. They lost my RI witness card which very important for the trust on their service.

Our Baby delivery is done in A4 Hospital Valasaravakkam. Entire hospital crew including support staff have taken good care for the mother and baby. Gratitude to each and everyone! Visiting Nithya mam for consultation was the best decision ever we made as a couple. We came to know about this amazing A4 hospital only through her. Nithya mam is sure our 'lucky charm; my pregnancy journey went on positively and smoothly with her remarkable guidance and immense support from A4 team. Nithya Mam and the maternity team at A4 understands our mindset and motivates us positively for a peaceful and stress-free pregnancy journey. They supported very well in every step and I wouldn't forget my delivery experience as each person from their team was there throughout, helping me deliver my baby naturally. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nithya mam, support staff, ward nurses, labour team, duty doctors, and every other sister and medical staff who supported me unconditionally. Normal delivery was possible for me only because of their professional expertise, timely guidance, and selfless support.

The Staff in Metro Pharmacy attached to this hospital lacks compassion and humane attitude. As my child was continuously vomiting, I went to their pharmacy early at 7 am to buy Pan-D tablets. The tablet costs ₹25 for two tablets. In a rush , I went with credit card, had ₹500 note in my vallet and didn’t have small cash like ₹25. But the staff at pharmacy said they will accept only small cash and bill value beyond ₹100 only they accept credit/debt cards. He also refused to accept UPI payment via QR code and said that receiving payment through UPI will attract tax for him. He asked me to pay only by cash. Who will come to pharmacy at 7 am to buy Pan-D tablets unless there is an imminent need to stop vomiting?. The guy lacks that empathy and asked me to bring cash. I had to rush back home again, get cash and then come to collect the tablets. But he refused to give bill for two tablets and for ₹25. Tax authorities should take these incidents in to cognizant and ensure these hospitals and pharmacies pay tax to the government and doesn’t indulge in to tax evasion.

I had my normal delivery at A4 hospital,valasaravakkam.I had a great experience over there.At first we consulted Dr.Aruna Ashokan mam she was kind and polite she explained each and everything well.Doctors and nurse are very kind and they took care of me well. Dr.Swetha and Dr.Padmasree made my complicated delivery to normal delivery.A special thanks to Ganga sister who encouraged me for normal delivery she helped me throughout my delivery without her its impossible for me to deliver my baby.Thanks to all nurses who took care of me and my baby well.Housekeeping staffs who maintained clean environment and made me to take sit bath twice a day. My pregnancy is like unbelievable to happening journey.. I had thyroid from very long time also, I had ovarian cyst in 2020 due to which I had irregularity in all the things.Getting pregnant was unimaginable for me. I visited A4 hospital which was near my home randomly on a day. That day changed my fate. Dr. Aruna suggested to go for ovarian cystectomy where else, when I got second opinion, Other doctors suggested medicines and not to go for surgery. But my instinct felt in side of suggestion of Dr.Aruna. It was a very minor surgery which I took in 2020 in A4. Later all my period circles were regular and I was feeling normal. In 2021, I got pregnant. From pregnancy to delivery, I consulted Dr.Aruna. I beleived her like anything.I had issues like hyper vomitting, lower placenta and so on. Every thing was taken care and the journey was made easier one and only by Dr. Aruna, her supporting doctors, nurses and team. Delivery Day: I was induced for pain on 24 November 2022 night and on 25 November 2022 at the morning I was broken. I didnt have the confidence to bear the pain and undergo for normal delivery. By 8.00 am in the morning, Dr.Aruna came for a visit to my room, I holded her hand and cried that she should be there during my delivery and told her even if other doctors and pregnancy assist team is there also, she should come. I thought that she is the one I could believe. So I was not able to trust any body else. She told that she'll come. Later around 11 am my water broke and I started to shout for c-section. Then with the complete assist and help of A4 team, I tried for normal delivery. Dr.Aiswarya was there with me. Excatly during my delivery time Dr.Aruna came and was there. At around 1.53 PM I gave birth to a girl baby. While trying to push my baby out I peed on a nursing staff in the labour ward but she didnt even showed any angriness to me. Apart from paying money, "a doctor hearing her patient" and making things possible in her busy schedule is remarkable. It was nearly an year, I was not able to give my review for this long time due to my situations. But still I remember and feel grateful for the A4 team to make my normal delivery a possible one! I forgot all the nursing staff names, I really apologize for that. Rajeswari madam in the admin team is also one among the supportive person in A4. From "She, getting pregnant is difficult" to "She is a mom of 1year old" is made possible only by Aruna Mam and her team. In my life Aruna mam is one among a beautiful soul to remember for life time🥰

I would like to thank Dr Aruna mam, Dr Swetha mam, Dr Saradha mam for providing immense support during our pregnancy journey. The positivity provided by all doctors and nurses (Malar, Hari Priya, Roopa, Alex, Daina,Divya and Renuka) when we admitted in hospital expecting preterm was highly commendable that helped us to extend two more months to deliver our baby healthy without any NICU support. We approached A4 hospitals exactly an year ago (Sep 2022) after an year of our marriage, and a couple of unsuccessful earlier attempts in conception we finally landed there through one of our known references. We still remember the day we had our first visit with the founder (Aruna Mam) she promised us that within my Wife’s next birthday (Nov 2023) she will get our baby delivered and she stood by her promise, We are on cloud nine now, we welcomed our bundle of joy last month (Aug 2023) a baby angel a new addition to our family), Our happiness knew no bounds. Special mention ( Doctor Ashwin ) always guided and advised us on our baby’s growth on each and every stage of scans during pregnancy. Initial phases of our treatment it was Aruna Mam and Doctor Sharmila and during the last phases it was Aishwarya Mam, she stood like a pillar of support to my wife . She encouraged her, motivated her and gave her a morale boost whenever she was feeling low during her last trimester. Last but not the least all the supporting staff Members from Mr Saravanan (Manager), Gomathi (Sister), Saranya (Sister), Divya (Sister) to the help desk staffs all played their part exceptionally well. I am highly delighted to share my views for A4 hospital and Maternity centre. They are dealing with numerious patients in a well systematic manner . Dr Aruna mam is an Excellent Doctor . She is very simple and superb Human being. Very Friendly approach with smiling face. She will give sufficient time to each patient and studies the patient & disease meticulously. We can freely interact with the doctor abt our worries.Its really very Hard to find such non commercial Doctors in this era. Staff behavior is also really impressive especially sister kalpana and Viji priya they r polite in nature and such a helpful staff in all the ways.

I strongly recommend a4 hospital for normal delivery. I Went there for my 1st delivery and I received a great care. My special thanks to Dr. Padmasri Mam Dr. Swetha Mam Dr. Sandhya Mam(physio) who supported me a lot during my delivery. I also wants to thank all the nurses for their extraordinary support. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. ArunaAshok Mam for having great doctors team.

I had normal delivery in A4 hospital valasaravakkam. I am blessed with twin boys. I would say special thanks to Dr.swetha,Dr.padmashree ,Dr. Aruna and all the nurse. They are give always positive energy and treat like a friendly.During this long journey I became good friends with Kalpana sister and few other staff members who were very supportive and were approachable at all times.

I have attended 2dnd trimester birthing class,it was very knowledgeable and helpful to understand the importance of health care, mental health and physical health.Really appreciated the service provided by the hospital to bring awareness to new mom's especially. I'm happy with the guidelines provided by the dietician and physiotherapist.

A4 hospital is the best one for maternity. I have lost my hope for normal delivery but the nurses Ganga, Elakiya,Preetha and Anci were motivatinga me continuously for 5 hours . They also helped me to do rocking exercise sit-ups finally normal delivery was possible with all their support. Birthing class was very useful for delivery.Hearty thanks to all the nurses and doctors who has supported us through out the process.

We were taken care by the Dr.Aishwarya mam from starting month of pregnancy till delivery and they tried there best for the normal delivery but the baby haven't rotated his head after trying for around 24 hours we went for cesarean.I just saw the effort they tried to make it as normal delivery it was really awesome efforts from doctors and nurse who were with my wife from starting of the delivery pain to make it normal .even though it was cesarean I am happy with the hospital. I will recommend A4 hospital to my friends . Special Thanks to Ganga sister.

Staff's behaviour was excellent. They know how to take care of patients. Doctor Aruna is exceptional and advise/suggests as a family member like a well wisher. I had a great experience delivering my baby at A4. I had my first baby through normal delivery which everyone in my family thought would be so difficult as I had thyroid. But the doctors and especially with the help of physiotherapist Dr. Dhanya they made it easy and possible. Dr. Dhanya made me so comfortable and believe in myself to go through normal delivery. She was with me throughout the process and teaching techniques to deliver the baby fast and easy. And was assisting me even on lactation. Even after the delivery the service was excellent and they still clarify all my doubts after a week's time from my discharge. I'm so glad that I chose A4 for my delivery.

Very effective, successful IVF treatment. Good antenatal care. Dr Aruna Ashok is best in IVF annd also nice and kind and also supportive team. The journey through PIH and diabetes was cakewalk due to everyone at A4, the best maternity hospital. Also, thanks to referring to best NICU of Chennai at Sooriya Hospital, Dr Deepa Hariharan. we are confident after seeing how other 1000s of premature babies are having perfectly normal life after treatment at Sooriya.
