Dear
Management,
The
service
center
efficiently
operates
only
because
of
two
crucial
staffs...
1.
Mr.
Sathish
Kumar
2.
Mr.
Nirmal
&
Team
Without
them,
this
service
center
is
merely
useless.
These
two
staffs
work
extra
hours
in
fixing
the
mess
created
by
the
manager
and
other
untrained
staffs.
Advise
to
Management:
1.
Please
answer
the
phone
first.
No
one
answers
my
call
despite
reaching
the
center
multiple
times
for
service
appointment.
I
spoke
to
your
management
staff
(Lady
Manager)
about
this
only
to
be
ignored.
Despite
of
multiple
requests,
There
are
no
status
updates
to
customer
either
leaving
people
in
jeopardy.
She
was
rude
and
doesnt
help
the
customers
at
all
wasting
everyone's
time.
2.
There
are
no
cashless
insurance
facility
available.
In
the
event
of
accident,
Customer
has
to
pay
first
to
get
the
parts
replaced
and
claim
with
insurance
on
their
own.
Why
can't
you
offer
cashless
claims?
3.
Huge
delay
in
parts
order
and
processing.
I
waited
for
15
days
to
get
a
brake
lever
for
my
Classic
350
BS6.
Despite
the
parts
manufactured
locally
in
chennai
why
would
it
take
huge
time?
4.
Service
workmanship
needs
improvement.
Train
your
staffs
better
to
fix
everything
in
the
first
attempt
itself.
My
bike
was
left
unattended
for
15
days
in
your
service
center.
There
was
absolutely
no
support
from
your
lady
manager.
Thanks
to
Mr.Sathish
Kumar
and
Mr.
Nirmal
who
intervened
and
helped
the
job
to
completion.
The
bike
would
never
got
delivered
otherwise.
Hope
you
would
take
corrective
actions.
