Good food and Good service We went here unexpected at morning I feel very good, so we come evening. I never seen a restaurant like that, because any type of food is available.

Too bad, I think the chef didn't know the basics of cooking... All dishes are preparing with the balance food remains,seems non-standard, no taste, even their munu items preparing without any basic ideas. Today unfortunately I ordered some of food items for the dinner through sweggy. I am not sure that might need to go nearby hospital for FOOD POISON.. 😔

Waste of money, Price very high, Quantity is very low. Don't try this hotel.

Nice restaurant 👌 hygiene, comfortable, parking, bakery etc. Delicious food 😋 well cleaned dining table and area, friendly behavior from staff. People who are traveling National Highway it's a good choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Restaurant is situated road side of Highway so easy access to the restaurant and good parking 👍.

Pathetic experience. Came in very hungry for lunch with family, left the place frustrated and very annoyed. Ordered for fish biryani, received "prawn biryani", tasteless and worstly prepared. Zero rating for service and food.

The restaurant has good food and also good ambience maintained with the surrounding areas. As the restaurant lies right by the side of the national highway, it provides good food especially for travellers. The restaurant also has their own bakery which is also maintained well.

Waiter really dint know about food items and recipe... I ordered sea food and he served lake fish..after asking 3 And 4 times he waiter denied and told the served fish is sea fish. After confirming at cash counter he said no it's lake fish. I dint even finish my food due to the taste. i request him to cancel/ charges me less for fish , he said he cannot remove or cancel the same. I suggest don't go in this restaurant. Really bad experience.

I really cannot understand what kind of restaurant is this...we ordered Thali meals which came with improperly cooked rice and some curries that were 1 teaspoon each... No staff was available to hear our concerns. Finally we left the place without completing the food...but... a bill came promptly of Rs260+GST...for 2 persons 🥴🥴🥴 We did not wait to question about the bills since it was not worth spending our precious time with such looters🥸🥸🥸... we have much much better things to do in life👍 Salaaaam to the aramnana guys...

As we came for trip we visited this restaurant after seeing through reviews we thought it was great but food is so so and snaks salt rsted cashew was not at all good it's look like old left off cashew was rosted.

It's fine to have lunch with family there. I never recommend it for dinner nights because they don't have a calming touch in their interior works. And food I think i give 4.5/10 . It's my pov guys I don't know whether you like the place or not so just go there and experience yourself 😊

Pathetic experience. I bought 6 porotta and one beef fry. Date 21/02/2023 time around 3.30 pm. The beef Fry is literally like eating row meet. There is no taste and no salt at all. Please friends dont take food form this restaurant.

Food was good. The glasses provided were not clean. We didn't use the glasses for drinking water. The cleanliness can be improved. It will be good if there is a seperate dining area only for families.

Today I bought two Beef Biryani @ 150/ea from the Hotel. What a pathetic food, meat & rice not Cooked properly. I feel the rice was yesterday's balance Kindly avoid this type hotels from your planned list..

Worst hotel i ever had in my life, food is ok but the attitude of the staff is not good.means they are making fake bills. Yesterday i had my lunch at this hotel and i got a bill of RS 1080 for two person but on my mind i have ordered 600-700 range food as an avg hotel. Doubtfully i checked the bill before making payment, for some items they have entered double, i have ordered half alfahm but in the bill they make full i question that to the waiter he told me its tax. He understood i catch his fraud suddenly switched the plate. If the waiter wants money lot of other jobs is there like burgler. Friends if you are going with family or gruop of friends please check the bill properly, this kind of fraudsters will be there, and they will keep bill on their hand for editing after the customers leave the hotel without bill. The owner of the hotel may not be aware about this.

Good ambience but relatively poor taste for dishes + unreasonable prices + bringing wrong dishes instead of what we ordered.

Food is good, but the service is a bit biased. Waiters/owners focus upon customers who appear wealthy or upper class. Maybe for the sake of greater tip, but this is not a good practice in the restaurant business.

I ordered for take away for dinner, the menus are AL Fam Manthi, Egg fried rice, Chilli Gobi dry. First two dishes are excellent 👍🏻 but instead of chilli Gobi dry I received chill Gobi gravy, taste was good but I'm not satisfied that the dish received was not i ordered. It was a weekend that restaurant was fully occupied by the customers and we waited for 1 hour to get the order.

Its always been a pleasure to dine from this place. I generally travel from Trivandrum to Alleppey during weekends and its become a ritual that I order lunch on my way back.Staff is quite cordial regardless of being a busy place with orders ticking every minute but what keeps me going back time and again is their perseverence,customer centricity and their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer....Last but cwrtwinly not the least food is upmarket and lives up to your taste buds...Congratulations Folks....

Chicken pottitherichathu was too good.. Kizhi porotta ( both chicken and pothu was good) but could've been better.. gave three stars for the atmosphere due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance,especially wash rooms ..
