    The worst customer service I ever experienced. I bought a salwar material for Rs 3650 and the fabric is of very low quality. I informed them and sent them the pictures as they requested but post that no response. Once they get the payment then they are least bothered about the customers. UNETHICAL.

    Totally disappointed with their online order service. I would rate them with negative score. It took months to get the product and finally when I received it, product was damaged. I raised the issue same day and many times afterwards too. But none of the customer service people were helpful. They do not even bother to follow up. Then one time a lady said they despatched a replacement. Later on when I tried to follow up they changed the entire story. They asked me to sent the damaged product back, which I was happy to do if they cover the expense. Then they completely refused for replacement or a refund. This is absolutely nonsense! I have been chasing this for almost a month now. My time, effort and money were wasted. My experience was horrible and I will never ever buy anything from this store again. It was hard for me to manage these conversations from London and for my mother from India. Very bad service.

    This is to share a very bad experience with Iha. I had ordered a dress worth Rs1600+100 on may 17 and till this moment there is no update of the product. Very very poor customer service. No reply for messages sent. No address on the product ordered. What should I do now. They keep on posting 3-4 videos a day in their page. Consider this as a request, first be punctual in delivering orders and then go for new product launch. To other customers who are waiting to purchase, please it's a BIG NO!!

    Zero stars are not possible, hence providing one star. Worst customer care service. Very poor website management. Sending courier via Indian post after I paid extra for delivery. The salwar material was a much duller colour than seen on the webpage. No returns. I had actually tried cancelling multiple times when the shop told me they hadn't shipped my product. Even that was refused by the seller. Very poor experience. A number of other online stores have much better service

    Please don't buy anything from these people. My daughter has purchased one item from them. Few days later they called and told that, the item is a damaged one. I demanded refund. Reluctantly they agreed. But it has been almost 2 months. The amount is not credited. They are not attending the calls as well. Very bad customer service. Really disgusting.

    This is the most worst online boutique I ever seen. I did the payment for one kurthi on last June 23rd. Order number 225129. 50 days completed after payment still they can’t promise when I will get the item. They are not ready to cancel the order and return my money too. Even their customercare also horrible. If you can’t deliver the ordered item on time, don’t do 6-7 products advertisements daily. Your boutique not deserving even one star but there is no option for zero star.

    Worst customer service. Dont ever think of buying from them. They will speak nicely before placing the order, but after they receive the payment, their staff behave very rude to customers. Orders are delayed by more than 2 month and still their staff asking for more time to dispatch. When we ask for the refund, they are telling it is against their policy. Very Pathetic customer service!!!

    I just want to give them a rating of zero. Their customer service is very very poor. Due to the damage of the cloth one order got cancelled. But they are not refunding the amount. I had to call them repeatedly. But not responding. Very much dissatisfied. Horrible

    🥵😡Very poor customer service. Good designs but bad staff's response. I wasted time.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Specially don't visit if the shop is going to close within 2 hours. The staffs are busy to finish their works only. Location, interior and materials are good. But the rate is double than other shop. You will visit only one time if you have self esteem. Still if you want, only go in the mornings, because afternoon the staffs are tired, and evenings they are busy to finish their works and leave. I went twice and experienced the same. I won't go again and won't suggest to anyone. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    No star nothing I want to give. Such a bad experience with this shop. I ordered 2 sarees and paid more than 5000. And they sent different colours and the cloud don't like it. Okay! I called many many many times and said unnecessary excuses, I called again and ended the call and Called again and was busy. Now no one Is answering the call. I live outside of India and order items in the middle of the night and Early morning around 3 am -2 am time zone here. I waited till the shop opened to call somebody and answer me. All my expectations were gone. I will never ever order and support and recommend someone to this shop. Buy from a small shop and they will respect your needs and answer you. I ordered a few items from small shops as well and they did a great job and were extremely happy for them. If anyone needs proof let me know. I have clear evidence. If you don't know your customer's needs and styles please don't sell your products online. Learn how to deal with customers' problems first rather not making money. Your taking profit of someones tears and sweat and those people will not success in future. Things will be back to someday!!! And giving 1 star is at least you sent 2 sarees!!

    These people are taking customers for granted. Return/replacement policy for them is 24 hours only!!!! Even if the tag and the bill is available. It seems they are from another universe. In their old shop, we used to purchase regular and they had a very customer friendly policy. As popularity increased, customer values went downhill. Standard policy all over the world is 7 days minimum. So anybody purchasing from here, please make sure you don’t have to return it as they will not take it back. And to return and replace is within 24 hours is practically impossible. Hope IHA understand the customers wellness and keep people who can understand customers rather than ignorant store managers.

    Worst service ever. The item booked on April 4th has not been received till May 16th. Do not order especially for any special occasion you will never gonna wear. They will ensure in their video will despatch before particular date, do not trust them. I tried to call them 34 times but they picked up only three times. After booking, their behavior is very bad. Once booked, there is no cancellation. I have never met a store that behaves in such an irresponsible manner.I will never recommend this store to anyone. When he did not pick up the call about this, I sent constant messages on WhatsApp. As of this moment I have not received any reply.I will not recommend this store to anyone. I am making sure that none of my family members, friends or relatives are buying anything from you. No one deserves to have such a bad experience. 1st July 2023 update.: Believing their word, the product booked on April 4 has not been received today even on July 1. Not only that, we don't get it when we call, we don't get a clear answer when we call. Even if we don't get the product on time due to their fault, they don't give us a refund. I will never refer this establishment to anyone. I was treated very badly. Those who are looking to become their customers should also look at their Google page. The fact that I looked at it too late caused me to have a bad experience.

    Very worst experience ever, After getting money, there is no responsibility in providing the dress ordered. They are just bluffing to provide the order within 14 days. Don't come into a conclusion that you will get it by then, they will say n number of reason, liers. They don't have basic courtesy to attain customer trust in continuing business as well. So don't go for them, in your life again.. It been two months since we ordered the dress, still we are hearing their bluffing, will dispatch, dispatched, dispatching person has not come... I hope I will get this in my next anniversary, as calendar has more dates don't know when we will receive the same

    Literally, I am not a person who digs out the faults in something and muckrake everywhere. But when I gone through the reviews of IHA, I also felt to share my experience with. I have visited many of the boutiques but IHA was the worst experience that I ever had. Fairly, the team have odious customer service. They have some regular affluent customers and they only tries to impress them. They are not at all patient enough to hear us. We have a plenty of boutiques and designers in Kerala that are down to earth and can freely approach. Don't waste your valuable time and money.

    Very pathetic experience. Place order in April have not received my product till now. Customer care is extremely bad. Neither they respond to email nor WhatsApp message. Everyday they post new designs. They never pick calls. Very Very bad experience. Strongly recommend not to buy from this shop. You will loose your money. I keep buying but never had this kind of an experience all other online boutiques deliver well on time

    I like your products and ordered few. But unfortunately, as a company who sells products online, you should have a return policy as well. If there is any size related issue and customer would like to exchange it with the correct size, your team has denied that and the way they responded was also very unprofessional. I think, you should focus on the customer experience also if you really wants to go to the next level.With your team's behaviour,i will not recommend this to anyone. Worst experience .Can't even give 1 rating

    Very bad service. While placing an order, they said like 10 days to dispatch. Made an order on June 13th including the shipment charges. Checked after 2 weeks, still showing shipment booked, nothing else. Finally got through the customer care number and then they are saying I will receive my order only after July 2nd week. Very bad customer care service

    Very bad experience from iha design As the staff didn't mentioned about their return policy and they were compelling to choose the sarees. Saree purchase cheythu vittil vannapol parents enu ottum colour ishttayila they asked me to change the colour when i called the iha design team they said that there is no return once the goods have been purchased and they are saying their staffs always say that their is no return. Avide oral polum return ila enn paranjitila avaru bill cheyan ulla thiruthi anu undayath like enik lehanga section kude ponam ayirunu apol they were saying evide bill cheythitu pokam like that, ivaru product nokumo onumilathe return ila enn parayunu how is it possible the amount of saree is nearly 4500. Very bad experience from their side. Very bad I just travelled from ekm to purchase from them

    Very bad experience, I have ordered 2 salwars worth 5000 and some damages on both products. But the customer care is not responding in a proper way. Very bad customer service. I would say a big no for the online purchase. Very very veryy bad. They are not picking the calls no message reply and all. 👎👎👎

    Heavily over priced collections.very low quality.after 2 months of purchase the clothes become rubbish.dont know how come they can price the items in such a skyrocket level. Not at all a customer friendly environment their in alappuzha shop.the staffs look under pressure from there higher staffs or MD.The customer dose not feel any freedom there.once only i went there with my family...will not go there again. They have an attitude that they r unique and they only have all those designs.useless and money wasting shop

    Jyothi is a fantastic staff. She helped a lot with our shopping. She is really kind and was happy to take out the dresses from the cupboard without I'll feeling. Also the shop has got lots of variety collections.enjoyed it
