Local Farm fresh options straight from their garden out back. It was really a great garden with lots of vibrant growing produce, flowers, fruit, greens, and even hops. I could really tell the salad was fresh and grown with care. Good service and a nice atmosphere to boot.

Excellent food. All made of site. Very pleasant owners/staff. Highly recommended. Easy to find in the downtown yet very close to the Trans Canada

Lovely, fun space great menu with fresh ingredients. The outdoor dining area and garden give it real charm. Good value for money, tasty and original food and really nice service. 👌

Really great atmosphere and my goodness, is the tomato soup amazing or what! Stopped over as I'm doing research in the area and thoroughly appreciated the food and coffee. Bringing it down a star for two reasons: one is that there is no internet (it's great for disconnecting but problematic for students), and two is how much hotter it was inside than out? The temperature difference made myself and my research assistant uncomfortable. Enjoyed the people watching in the spot by the window, everybody seems really friendly.

The food here was delicious. Good portion and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I got the Kim Chi Grilled Cheese... It was good but I'd probably get a regular grilled cheese next time.

My girlfriend and I wanted to try something different. The lady owner was very nice. We enjoyed everything we had ordered. Our last stop before driving to PEI.

The Black Duck is my home away from home. Great albeit addictive mochas, lovely decor, beautiful garden and one of the few places that has the same local procurement ethics as I do. You can sometimes even watch your salad come out of the greenhouse before it lands on your plate A heart warming spot ❤️
