The worst customer service they have. I needed to cancel an appointment because there was sudden death in my family and we had to rush and I gave a call because i didn't wanted to leave them on a hook. They were like you can never ever make an appointment again. I explained my situation and the receptionist was like you can never become a patient over here. That's ridiculous!

My dental coverage rolled over in june 30th and did not tell me I was not covered anymore, fast forward to today they called me and the Receptionist told me "youre insurance is showing as inactive" which is a blatant lie And canceled all my appointments. They did not elaborate. I had to call my insurnace to double check i still had insurance which they told me after the 30th they stopped accepting my insurance. Never have i been more terrified in my life. DONT LIE TO YOU'RE PATIENT'S! Get a new receptionist.

I've had no problems there. Any issues the dentist fixes it. The staff are nice, the hygienist is phenomenal! The receptionist is nice. Depends on how you talk to people. If you're going to be mean they will give it right back. If your are nice and respectful you will receive the same response. They take medicaid dental. The place needs to be updated that's the only thing that's keeping it from 5 stars but the service is great! I have severe anxiety when I get work done the dentist is very patient with me and makes sure I do not have any attacks. And the same with his staff. Sometimes calling to ask a question can be a pain in the butt, but keep calling the receptionist does pick up, it's only one girl at the desk. So be mindful of that.

Dr. Indzonka has been my dentist for several years. He's fantastic, knowledgeable, and has years of experience that allows him to seek alternatives to otherwise very expensive procedures. I've never had an issue with any of my procedures over the years, and I've had quite a few. Don't think twice if you're considering him, you won't be disappointed.

I have been calling and leaving messages for the past three weeks regarding dental services that I’m waiting an approval on and all I keep getting is their voicemail. Is this office closed shut down or what? A quick return call of acknowledgment would be helpful.

I have had a denture from other doctors, yet this doctor is the best. He mad a perfect shaped fit nice denture for me. I can eat and talk with my confidence. He might be a quite doc but surely best skillful doctor I ever met. He save my life in a healthier way. Thx Doc!!!. You are the best of best!!!!
