I had a $33 order and I had a $14 order. The 14 dollar order was dry and it was disgusting. It was old chicken. The $33 order they took forever making it. I saw them trying to give my hamburger to somebody else. I heard the person at drive-thru. Please don't give my hamburger to somebody else. I ordered a papa meal which should have gotten french fries. I ordered cheese curds that was supposed to be on the side not part of the combo. So it's supposed to have cheese, curds and fries along with the hamburger and the six piece chicken tenders. It took forever and it looked like they were confused and then when I was trying to talk to this manager she was kind of rude because she didn't know what was going on either. But whatever. I'm going to call in the morning and complain to the manager I'm going to return the three-piece chicken meal

All I heard from the time we walked in was a douchy manager yelling. I could hear him from the restroom! He barked orders and belittled his staff. That alone has lost my business. Those poor staff members. They deserve better!

Honestly, we've been there in the past and the food was what we expected. This last time though, I think they were under staffed. We had to wait in the drive threw for several min, they were only taking one person's order at a time, and honestly their prices aren't that good.

Food has gone WAY down hill. Service was great. Gentlemen at the window was very helpful and polite. Restaurant itself could use a little revamp. Comes across a little dreary and dirty.

Been here twice. Burgers taste better than most fast food. They made both burgers plain when I only wanted one plain. They dont have the full menu which I guess is understandable considering it's a combination restaurant. If you try to order a gallon of rootbeer, it's on the menu, they'll give you bags that dont come close to adding up to a gallon, corporate or the franchise owner really needs to make sure this site gets them or just take it off the menu

Yall food wise it's an a&w, but these people forgot to give me something, which costs 10 dollars, I went back to go get it, I arrived around 25 minutes before close, and the drive thru was already shut down. I went up to the window just to be like hey could I get that thing? And for 10 minutes they walked around just ignoring, finally one girl opens the door and Says that they threw it out , said sorry then closed the door. I just left. It's just frustrating

Clean and uplifting atmosphere. The workers all had smiles and kind toned responses helped with the menu I couldn't read thank you

We have been several times, the food is mediocre. We’ve only had good service one time.
