Nice ambiance, especially for non local. Various of choices, a lot of surprises dishes. When think it’s over after dessert, no still lots more like chocolates, home made cookies . It’s really fun.

What a beautifully cooked meal as part of an Alberobello tour experience. Course after course of succulent and fresh produce served in a secret garden whilst being serenaded by musicians. Truly exceptional experience and food

Such a cute cosy restaurant inside an actual trullo. Service was amazing! They brought in some appetizers on the house and it was soooo delicious! We had their steak and it was mouthwatering. I liked everything about this place! Highly recommend it

The cavernous atmosphere is great (if a little to brightly lit), the pastas we had were both delicious. We would definitely return!

Waitress and service in general makes our dinner experience unbearable. We almost walked out twice. Food is good not great. Female server has a huge attitude and nobody else will take your order but her. Tons of servers walking around but had to wait almost 30 minutes for her only to take the order and such an attitude. The ambiance is like they are the only restaurant and town and we have no other choice.

Pretty tasty foodies but not the best taste though it's reasonably priced!I do like the underground cave cosy ambience with their attractive mural painting "fresco" on their background wall.

Beware of the portion of the appetizer platter, we can’t even remember how many dishes we get. We were so full after the dinner. The food is delicious and the price is very reasonable.

Great authentic food from puglia. We had the mixed starters- casa nova- and they were fun and delicious. Don’t miss the olive gnocchi and mushroom fricelli. Steak was cooked to perfection. They also have very particular olive oil 👌🏾 if you know you know Place is in an underground massive space. Seems like a bunker from medieval times. It’s fabulous

🚨Scam Attempts🚨 Stay away from this restaurant! The waiter served us three extra dishes that we didn't order and then tried to make us pay for them! Total scam attempt. Luckily they backed off when we pay. The carbonara pasta tasted like scrambled eggs with no cheese at all - so bland and disappointing. The waiter also brought us bottled water when we asked for tap water. I know mistakes happen but the combination of unordered food, bad food, and shady tactics show a real problem with how this restaurant trains and monitors their servers. They're clearly trying to trick customers into paying more. Save your money and avoid this place! There are much better restaurants that won't scam you and will actually serve you good food. I won't be back.

Beautiful set up. Based in an old olive oil mill, this cute restaurant has some of most tastiest pasta. Great vegetarian options and an array of wine. Staff are extremely friendly and it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

My guesthouse host strongly recommended @ristorantecasanova_alberobello for dinner, and it indeed seemed to be a celebrated local spot. I really liked the internal design which very much matched the town it is in. They serve traditional local cuisine, which is curiously different from the usual Italian food I’ve had in other regions and cities. They definitely have more of a farm to table vibe with the down to earth ingredients used. Very simple cooking and straightforward seasoning but still strong in flavor.

I loved it! The service was amazing, the food incredible and the place so unique. I even ordered another second dish to try it and took away half. They get busy, so you better book before and go calmly. Everything was perfect.

The food was okay but service is horrible and has a very bad smell in restaurant. We waited for food for 1 hour which is not acceptable.

Delicious food in a lovely setting. Staff were helpful, and considering the quality of the food the prices were reasonable. For the four of us it was probably the best holiday meal.
