I use to go to McDonalds all the time, I have never seen it the way it is now. I got 2 ice teas and a burrito this morning and the burrito was ice cold in the middle. Disgusting. I stopped buying anything I wanted cheese on when you raised a processed slice of cheese to 99 cents. The people working in this store have 1 speed, turtle! I was there at 6:06 and their clothes look like they had been worn for a month without washing and the same with the greasy hair. It turns my stomach to think they are handling my food. I was the only one in line and it took forever to get my cold burrito. I will not be patronizing McDonalds anymore!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe meal. I sent the sandwich back because there was barely a pinch of lettuce on the sandwich. I deleted the McDonald's app on my phone cause I work hard for my money, and don't take it lightly to being screwed out of food. They charge enough for it! Hire people that will give you the proper portion your supposed to get for sandwiches.

It seems like they make the food as messy as possible when you go thru the drive thru. Always to much ketchup to eat if your driving. Take a bite and half of it ends up in your lap or your shirt

Hand soap dispenser in women's bathroom was empty. Upon informing cashier, received indifferent response and did not observe an employee addressing the issue while we waited for food. Time of day 2p, Sunday.

So we’ve been eating McDonalds for 30 years. Today we decided to try the Big Mac Bundle. 20 nuggets come with that. We requested four bbq sauces, for 20 nuggets. Side note: if you order a 10 pack of nuggets, you’re allowed 2. We were told that we could have 3 bbq sauces (for 20 nuggets) and that we would need to pay for the fourth. 😳 We were told by the lady at the window and the manager that that’s the way corporate wants it and that we would need to contact corporate. Ridiculous! They just lost a loyal set of customers, forever.

Order correct. Food hot. Lettuce etc fresh. Polite staff. Drive thru

It was honestly disappointing, forgetful employees, dirty floors/bathroom. Mediocre food.

This is the best place to go to get some work done (or to run away from the family for a bit)! The Wi-Fi works great, there are outlets I can plug my laptop into, unlimited refills on drinks, and comfy seating. If you visit after 4 or so, you get a little more drama with the teenagers, but there's nothing crazy that I've ever seen go on here before. In the mornings, you get the older crowd hanging out with their buddies and drinking coffee. The staff are very friendly here and the service is great!

Went through drive-thru but still had to go back in they forgot my 15 sugar packets other than that it was good morning food. The lady that heaped me was very humble and understanding thanks for your service young lady.

Same quality you expect of McDonald's. If you're going in, order at the kiosk and be sure to heed the sticker that says to choose "to go." They won't bring your food to you but it's a short wait and lots of neat seating options (quite modern design).

Closed their dining room over an hour early even though it's supposed to be open until 12p. One worker came out to get something/ have a smoke break? And when asked, claimed they were short staffed even though 5 employees were visible. Disappointing.

The service was amazing. The drive thru was busy. My complicated order was perfect. I paid a real compliment to the chef. She was genuinely appreciative i said something. Keep up the good work.

I've done the curbside twice in a month once in Austin and once in Albert lea and had to go in both times to get my food. Did it to see how it worked, not impressed at all.

Struggle with simple things like applying adequate heat to a hamburger patty. When you make them aware you’ve been served an inferior cold quarter pounder it’s greeted with a major attitude. I’ll remind the owner of this franchise of something, your the one who opened a McDonalds here and invited the public to come in and eat, if your not up for it any longer pass the baton. Your staff just isn’t interested.

Rude and unpleasant staff. Order took 20 minutes and it was the wrong order. Service staff needs to find work elsewhere! No smiles, complaining about hours, slow!

Its fast food, what do you expect. The people very friendly and place is moderately clean.
