Quiet hotel with spacious lobby and key card locks on the doors. Comfortable beds and adequate electrical outlets for laptop and chargers. Free bagged breakfast (because of COVID), with menu choices. Very helpful front desk staff. Very reasonable room rate for a hotel of this quality.

Very impressed with the front desk's assistance! Spacious and clean room, comfortable king bed also. Dog friendly, and great parking. Very well taken care of older hotel. Can't beat their prices!

Very nice hotel. Common areas are beautiful and so was the room. Spacious room, great accessibility and cleanliness all over. The breakfast was too bad. Not Much selection available.

Service was almost nil. Asked for new towels 3 times in 3 day stay never got them. Fire alarm goes off every night about 1130pm for no apparent reason. Very outdated and old motel. Internet wireless is not reliable foe business uses. Employees are loud in the hallways and are very unprofessional when conducting business. Was only motel with rooms for the weekend and I see why.

We were passing through & needed a place to spend the night. The night manager was friendly & helped us get a better deal as rooms were higher than we wanted to pay due to baseball tournaments in the area. Room was very basic & rough around the edges, but it served our needs. Hotel looks like at one time it was a lovely place…it has good bones, but needs money put into it to make it grand again. Breakfast was ok, with items to reheat or make a waffle. Breakfast hostess was very nice & kept things well stocked.

Amber at the front desk was so polite and accommodating to our needs! Top tier customer service. Our room was clean as was the the pool. Beautiful interior decorations. Great value for what we paid.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Walking through the doors, we were greeted by a pleasant smell and a friendly face. Our room was clean, breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable. They have done a great job maintaining the building!

My husband commented on how shiny the floors were when we entered. This was a very nice and reasonable place to stay overnight since we were coming back from South Dakota still en route home in Wisconsin. There is a restaurant attached to this hotel, where they had a ample continental breakfast available for guests. There is a beautiful looking pool at this facility but we were not prepared to use the pool. We would definitely stay at this Ramada again and it's good to know we have another place to stay when we're traveling I-90. This Ramada is located off of I-90 and I-35 at Exit 12. It was convenient to get to and not difficult to get back on to the interstates. The service was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Everything was great. Except the shower was half broken, and there were other people's hair in it. Otherwise everything else was real nice! Great breakfast selection, really liked the little bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner and the fact everytime you wanted coffee it was a fresh brew machine in the lobby. With a hot water choice!

The rooms were nasty the blanket had blood spots on them the beds were uncomfortable and very small. It's looks so nice when u walk in they have granite flooring and beautiful decor then yer like u could have stuck some of that cash into the rooms cause those suck. They used to have a hot tub and just covered it with a board. Unimpressed.....

No hot tub. The first room they checked is into was dirty, the fridge didn't work, broken glass bottle on the floor. (Room 242) Staff moved us to a nice clean room and the rest of our stay was nice minus no hot tub. (Room 220)

Room somewhat updated...but it was clean!! Walked by the pool and it was really nice and very clean restaurants next door so you can walk to get something to eat. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful!! Oue room was next to the elevator but you could not hear it at all.

The room I stayed in was small but large enough and comfortable for one person. Two people would have felt cramped. The bed was a little too firm for me but still comfortable enough. I did hear the person next door a little bit, but otherwise quiet. Good value for the money.

Very clean! Good size rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options. Their hot tub is permanently closed. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and lots of kids were having fun.

Stopped on a whim on my journey north. Easy to find, huge parking lot, handicap accessible, lots of restaurants, services, shopping near by. I loved the hardwood floor in my room. Absolutely loved it. Little touches like a thermostat, separate coffee area, massage shower head with temperature showing, etc were nice, too. They forgot to ask me about breakfast at check in, so I didn't get breakfast which was a bummer. I felt that took away from the value of the room. Nice big pool, small fitness center, big lobby, vending & ice in lobby. Room was right at $100 with taxes and fees. That seemed fair except for the breakfast mishap.

A little tricky getting here due to road construction...but well marked and drove right in. Friendly staff. I love the room...no carpet. The office chair isn't covered with material so can be sanitized easily! The lobby was very pristine, and even the flowers out front still are looking quite nice!

The hotel is SUPER clean, quiet, and very nice. The staff is extremely friendly too. Our car broke down on a Sunday (when no one is open to fix it). The guy at the front desk gave us a discount, told us what restaurants were within walking distance, and they are letting us do a late check out because we can't get the car fixed until the afternoon. They recently remodeled the interior of the hotel and it is super nice! Lovely pool area as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Julie at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Three of us came in at the same time to check-in as she was assisting two other guests. She got all if us checked in quickly. The room was newly remodeled and the beds very comfortable. We were disappointed there wasn't a hot tub, but that wasn't a huge deal. The only reason for this rating to not be a 5 is because the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up eating on the road. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The place is old and a bit rundown. I did love the floors in the lobby and hallways on the main floor though. Upset that the pool was closed.

The front desk clerk & other hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating. The pool & hot tub has been closed for awhile now and watching the news, the reasoning is very understandable. The previous review was very misleading and deceiving by a guest who was apparently disgruntled and had no idea what she was talking about. No one has died from the suspected cases of legionaries disease. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet. One was hospitalized and released and the other is recovering from what the local news has reported.

Just checked in to 3 rooms with a group on Sept. 7. Was told the pool would be open on our dates and confirmed this with web sight. Warning IT IS Closed! This was most important on our trip!! Will not be recommending this or any of these hotels again... They also put us as far to the back as possible... parking lot empty

Definitely needs a true remodel (metal kleenex box in bathroom and decor in general....had ten command hooks in shower... not sure what those were for) but it was a fine place to stay overnight and with pets.

Stayed 9/30-10/4 while our semi was broke down and getting serviced at Volvo. The hotel looks old from the outside but the rooms and facilities are very nicely appointed and very clean. We must say Tola the evening and weekend desk professional went above and beyond to make our stay even better. All staff was very friendly and accommodating but Tola was amazing. Thanks to all.
