This is a great hotel.... Very easy to find, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great facilities and great price!

I was with my daughters to see We The Kingdom at the Freeborn County Fair. We met Carrie Boyer working the front desk at check in and she was absolutely delightful. She answered all of our questions about parking and navigating the Fair and was there to find out how we fared when we got back. Wonderful service! Breakfast was great! We'll be back!

Nice location near the boarder. Surrounding area had an Applebees, McDonald's, Caribou and Hyvee. Stores include Harley Davidson, Harbor Freight and a couple of others. Less then 20 minutes from Diamond Jo’s casino. Receptionist was very polite and friendly. The lobby was quite small. We did like the vending machines near the elevator. The room was overall good sized as well as the bathroom. We were not big fans of the tub / shower combo and would’ve liked to see something a bit nicer. The TV was very outdated and super small pillows on the bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. I was expecting it to be a dive based on the rate I paid but it was a very good facility.

Very clean, wonderful staff at the desk. Full breakfast, very convenient, right off freeway. Applebees one block away, so no need to drive.

My family stopped here after 12 hours of driving, and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean, the people were friendly, and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. I would absolutely stay here again.

The front desk staff when we got there were very friendly! I had called to ask about restaurants and the girl who answered said there were none! Apparently that was not true. The room we were put in was a handicapped room and was big but we couldn't shower without water getting everywhere. Don't know why we we put in a handicapped room. Breakfast was cramped and the breakfast person coughed all over everything. Coffee was awful! Room was clean and 1 staff member was good, May want to skip this exit.

Comfortable bed with tiny pillows. We had our own but smallest pillows I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Clean environment and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was delicious with good variety. Great location off the interstate. 10/10 recommend.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had lots of variety and had options to make your own breakfast sandwiches. They also have gluten free options which helped. The beds and pillows were comfy, the TV stopped working but the staff were on it and had it running back in minutes. Also they are right off the interstate so a great nd quiet place for a quick rest. Overall I recommend this hotel for anyone passing through looking for a nice warm place to stay.

I was traveling back home late with my kids. We decided to stop and get some rest here. Staff was very friend (night and morning). Rooms immaculate. Service was great!

Got here late at night and felt like the area and parking lot was very safe. We had friendly service and clean rooms. We only stopped for a night while on a long road-trip so we were just looking for clean rooms and free breakfast. Would recommend!

Friendly staff. Clean remodeled room. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Pet friendly. Just a little loud from the interstate and guests upstairs. Great place, the reviews aren't fake.

All the lighting is bright white cool, it feels like an office space ! I'm doing everything in the dark b/c the lighting is so bad. Lithe than that, it's typical roadside hotel! Everyone was nice, sheets are nice cotton and clean.

Easily accessible from the freeway (right off the offramp). People here are friendly. Getting a room, checking in, having needs met (extra towels or whatnot) and overall just having a comfortable stay seems to be relatively simple here. Breakfast was actually really nice here. Friendly staff making sure the food is fresh and answers any questions you may have. Overall, it was a good stay. Not spectacular, but it's not a luxury hotel, so...expect clean, safe and better than average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, and the friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I was so impressed with the staff at this hotel that I just had to come on and give them a favorable review. They are kind, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming! This includes the front desk, the cleaning staff, the construction workers that are doing incredible updates, and the kitchen staff. The hotel is also very clean! Thank you for making our hockey weekend one to remember! You ROCK!

Hands down the friendliest people ever Carrie deserves a raise or promotion she is amazing! Clean hotel, decent breakfast but the people are why you stay here they are great.

Great location off the interstate with a lot of nearby businesses to choose from and the motel is nice and clean. I'd give them a 10-star if Google would allow it.

Friendly lady at check in, clean & quite sleeping room along with a walk in shower. The breakfast had many food options which exceeded most hotel food. We were on our way back home from a month of traveling & this was the best hotel we stayed at. 👍👍

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last couple of years. They deserve 10 stars. Property & rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Will not stay anywhere else while in the area!

We had to unexpectedly pull off the road during an ice storm and was so thankful a room was available! The front desk staff working on Friday, December 16th was so welcoming! The hotel smelled fresh and was pristine. Our bed was comfortable and the fan in the room was perfect white noise. I really appreciate the effort it takes to do hotel hospitality right and this place is expert level. Highly recommend this hotel!

Probably the nicest hotel I've ever been in. the girls at the counter were extremely friendly, the price was fair, and the room was extremely clean. I couldn't ask for better service. If you're in the Albert lea area and need a hotel, this should be your first choice. Please don't change you guys are awesome!

All around good deal! Good nightly rate, room has a fridge and microwave, big pool, hot breakfast with waffles and eggs and sausage and biscuits with gravy and a bunch of other things.

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was awesome. If they recommend pizza from Jake's Pizza definitely get the pizza.

Our overall stay was fine. Being Platinum BW members, we have seen our fair share of other BW and BW Plus hotels. Considering that, I had high expectations from this hotel. But I was kinda disappointed. Firstly, we had to change our assigned room since there were a lot of insects on the wall and on the floor, which creeped out my kid. Secondly, the rooms are outdated and need a serious refresh. Faucets, bathtubs, curtains, all were showing their age. The breakfast and the wonderful front desk staff was a highlight of our stay. Very nice food with just the right amount of variety! Thank you! I'd recommend the management to consider an upgrade of the facilities.

Our room was clean and maintained. The wifi quality was terrible so we opted to use our phones. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of food options.

Very helpful attendant upon arrival and an ok breakfast. Thought I heard planes running every half hour at night? Biggest complaint is that the sink is in the room and not separate...not ideal nor private.

Awesome hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. Every person that works there was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Overnight clerk was just beautiful. She made check in easy and fast. The room was clean. Beds were not as comfortable but service and pricing was great.
