I have been getting eyelash extensions for years, and have just moved into the area. I tried Paradis hoping to make this my local eyelash place, but the quality of the lashes and service was terrible. They called me in the morning of the appointment to ask me to come in earlier than my scheduled time only to have me wait 20 minutes (very confusing). After only getting 1/4 of the way through the treatment, the eyelash therapist changed half way through to another therapist, who sighed and huffed her way through the rest of the treatment, clearly very put out that she had to complete my lashes. I had requested a full set, and was happy to pay whatever a full set of glam lashes cost, but they only applied very few lashes to each eye, which STAND OUT HORIZONTALLY from my eye. It looks ridiculous - they have no natural curve like normal lashes, just protrude straight out. The glue was low quality as by the end of the day a lot of the lashes had fallen out. So the lashes are barely on, the ones that are stick out straight, and the treatment itself was completed in a way that made it seem like I was inconveniencing them with my business. So on top of the cost of the lashes there, I have to go to another salon to fix the mess they've made. Very odd place. Never going back.

I have been getting nail arts for many years and every time it lasted for more than 3 weeks but this was the worst experience I've every had. I spent more than $100 and after 3 days the gel started cracking later I went back to see what the problem was and they told me it's because my nails are soft then they applied hard gel and charged me more. I went back home and after a couple of days the gel started peeling off, I've went to lots of nail salons and this has never happened before, they told me you peeled off and I said I never did I took Good care off them and I work in a office and they said I did gardening that's why they came off I never did I just had a bit of mascara on under my nail. When I asked for a refund they said put your account number and they only gave me $25 back I called them back but the lady was so rude she kept shouting at me and they didn't give all my money back. a I spent $120 on my nails that didn't even last 3 days. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone Save your money and go spent it on another shop definitely 0 star review.

My eyelashes and skin care treatment are always really well-done. They are professional and provide personalized treatment. Their facial treatment heal my damaged skin and is so relaxing. They use high quality products brand's from France, like Dr Renaud which is quite pricey ( I checked online) and considering this, the charge is actually more than ok.

First time visiting Paradis Beauty, they were able to fit me in last minute which I really appreciated, first time getting SNS nails, they executed exactly what I asked for, so many colour options and the service was incredible. Super affordable for my set of custom nails and my matching pedicure. I am so impressed with my experience! Laura was wonderful as well as Amy helping out when needed. I felt like a princess. Thanks again ladies, I had a great time and will definitely be back to get my nails done again and try out the spa and beauty treatments 💗

I have been a regular client for a number of years. Amy and Laura are the best! It is a real treat to have my nails done at Paradis. I particularly enjoy the foot and hand massages. I also recommend Amy’s facials, my skin always feels so soft and hydrated. Her massages are sensational!!

Amy and Laura are amazing. Service is top class and they take the time to give you a full treatment unlike some other mall nail establishments. There premise is very clean with wonderful comfortable chairs and surrounds. I don’t hesitate in recommending. If your looking for somewhere decent Paradis is the place. Loads of parking and handy to motorways.

The staff at Paradis are very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Amy and Laura really understand my skin. It is very sensitive and the needs change frequently. I receive excellent massages and facials. They are so wonderful, I make sure I can go weekly. I also recommend them to family and friends, all with positive results.

The only place I trust to do my nails! Absolutely love the care they take and the service is always 10/10. Such a lovely, relaxing and clean salon.

This salon was friendly and my eyelashes look good but they have actually pulled the skin off of my eyebrow and when I told them they have just said it is because my skin is sensitive. I can understand it being red but not a scab. They have suggested I put aloe Vera cream on it but that will not help heal the scab on my eye.
