My sister and I have been coming here for over a year and I've noticed the staff are constantly changing and I feel my treatments lately are being impacted by that. I've had about 4 different girls for treatments in the last 6 months all but Devan are gone, I had a consultation with a girl about micro needling a month ago who I've been told is gone. I don't feel my appointments are being managed properly with all the changes.

Horrible communication. Always overturning staff - a new nurse every time. My experience with the first nurse was great, no headaches, smooth process. But then she resigned and the nurses from then on (some still being at the Caci school??) I was left with bad headaches for a week. When inquiring about the headaches I was told it was normal. They never sent me an invoice and when I tried to change my membership to be less treatments per year, they wouldn't change it over the phone, or book me in a consultation to change. Told me I had to pay more before I came in. The staff were nice enough when I was giving money but when I asked about the headaches and when I wanted to alter my membership have been nothing but rude and horrible! Never ever going back here. So disrespectful.

I had a great initial consultation and hydradermabrasion facial. I felt pampered but also my skin was glowing and hydrated. The therapist Julia was knowledgeable and easy to have good chat with. I will definitely be back. Plenty of on-site parking for customers. Lovely spacious clinic.

Had my first facial with Devon, she was amazing! Really clear with what she was doing, my skin left glowing! Highly recommend the treatments they offer here. Unfortunately my experience was ruined by the treatment coordinator. She was very judgemental and patronising with my current skin care when I told her I was seeing results and happy with the products I was using. She asked for my age and made comments about getting away with good skin because of my age when she realised she couldn’t sell their products.

Caci has completely changed my skin, and educated me about the importance of looking it along the way. Caci therapists are hugely experienced, professional yet personable and passionate about your skincare journey. My skincare programme has been designed specially for me, and the use of suggested skincare products at home has definitely been the key to success. I 100% credit Caci for my skin, and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to look after their skin!

I've been going to Caci for around 4 years now and between the monthly treatments and the skincare regime recommended, the results have been beyond my expectations...so happy! Pigmentation cleared up, radiance of skin at an all-time-high, minimal skin changes or imbalance...such a treat. Go Caci! x
