This review has nothing to do with the Dr's that work there. I was looking for a new Dr as I had moved back to the area. I don't recommend this place at all. Was looking for a new Dr to enroll with. Reception said I could come in with passport and enroll for $45. That wasn't an issue, I called back to register as a casual visit just to try the place to see if the Dr's was the right fit. Then to find out from the rude receptionist (mature lady) that now I cannot come and enroll, nor come as a casual as the books are closed.

Is a sad day too see that when ever you need a doctor to help you in your time of need you need to book an appointment. As if you can ask your sickness too book an appointment so you can book one with your doctor. What was a service to help the people is now a service to suit the staff and the doctors. Long gone are the day's of the one and only... Great DR PETER KING... A true peoples DR above and beyond... The new doctors here only look at a screen and never really know an individual or their history... Turely sad to see doctors trying to act like they know their patients... 😔 And even worse to see the receptionist shopping online, but is qick to stress out when dealing with people in need of service and then walking out the front door that stays closed and there is a queue outside the door.😔

Absolutely horrible customer service, horrible doctors. Laughed at my mum and told her she was overreacting after her elbow surgery when she told them she had pain in her calves & when my mum pushed and pushed for a blood test the Dr called her that night telling her she had a blood clot in her leg! Has seriously gone down hill since Dr Peter King left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Waste of time, money and patience!

I was offered an appointment the same day with no questions asked and seen by a competent doctor with only a short wait. Then blood tests were done quickly at the same visit. The fees are very low, and I filled my prescription at the pharmacy next door, which meant that the prescription was free. I had slightly complicated circumstances, and the receptionist was rather short with me while I was trying to explain this, but in the end she was very efficient too. I am a doctor myself, so I probably have quite high standards!

This is a Walk In service, which has introduced some ahead of time appointments. They are busy, and always were,before Covid-19. However, they work thoroughly, promptly and prioritise well and manage everyone efficiently. This isn't your typical Medical Centre, and I find a very humbling and grounding experience. They have updated and maintained their site well and overall have definitely improved in the few years I've been with them. They provide reminders for tests, which I've never ever received before and is super handy as life gets busy and such things are on the back burner most of the time. They work incredibly hard, more so then the average medical centre.

The worst reception service, in the morning on the call they were saying that there is no available spot so they will arrange so i can pick up the medicine from pharmacist. Now they called me saying i have to see doctor tomorrow and no availability until tomorrow!!!!

These doctors are ridiculous I explained to Dr Lowe about seeing ONTHER (Private)diebitis specliest which you pay good money for ,he or they nurse went on to say that you no longer need our services,they misinterpreted our emails and opinions for example these diebitis specliest taught me what diebitis distress is mind and body mental health and stress and anxiety which this doctor knew nothing about and how these examples play a part with diabetes.these types of doctors have no right to say about your decision or your situation to explain why you seeing a (private diebitis specliest) when information is being provided 🤔 and to find onther doctor, which my new doctor said was a great misunderstanding with his lack of understanding and knowledge 🧐.see our online web site and service page for info and emails. These doctors are so good they cured my grandad of alzheimers! He claims he never had it but I'm sure he just forgot about it. He's since gone to jail for level 3 tax evasion. The doctors here are lovely and very gentle/ kind. 5 stars
