Absolutely loved this delightful villa. We stayed in a two room unit, there was even a small table on the little veranda area outside our window for a lovely takeaway dinner experience. The rooms were great, bed comfortable, the unit was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Free WIFI and good speed. The owner was welcoming, with very clear communication which was also very welcome and made our stay very easy. It is very close to the rail station, some exceptional eating places, bars, takeaways and of course the park!

Friendly service, clean room, good location. Feels more like a motel / boutique place. We expected a bigger hotel but it was still very nice.

Good location in hip Eden Park, but rooms were a bit away from the busy street. Room was comfortable and sufficient for our one-night stay. WiFi was reliable and not slow.

The best motel I have stayed in quite a while. Manager is a very nice guy helpful & as busy as he was still couldn't do enough to help. Linens were clean & so was the shower toilet etc. If you need a last minute booking he will do his best to help.

Ichi the host is Japanese and a very pleasant person with a lovely manner caters to your every needs and my room was presented beautifully clean and comfortable would recommend staying there you won't regret it 👍 Domo arigatogazaimashita....Kia ora nga mihi

Pretty good place overall. I had a corner room closest to the road - it was small but fine for one or two people. Not much to complain about - wifi could've been faster, and I occasionally heard noise from the train but it wasn't loud enough for it to he a problem. The owner is also super nice.

Good little motel with great self catering rooms. Parking might be cramped so phone ahead to confirm. Train station is across the road with some decent restaurants just a little further up.

We really enjoy the motel. It is clean. The room was spacious. You have free parking. Good wifi. Air conditioning. You have restaurants around. A gas station close by. The owner is very polite and helpful. Basically you have everything that you need. We will go again for sure, and we strongly recomand it. And if you want to go to Eden Park, this motel is the ideal place (on the other side of the street, only 50 meters away).

Small rooms, furniture a bit older, but the rooms are very clean and very well equipped, and the location near the train station is also extremely good. Recommended!

I always stay here when attending events at Eden Park, which is literally just across the road. Rooms are always clean. Owners are friendly and accommodating.
