I received very poor service at this store(st lukes) several days before!!!!!!It was the worst service I've never received!!!!! The staff there talked to me very rudely and always ask me to go other stores even I bought the gift there before and only want change the size at that time . They knew nothing when I asked them questions, and always said' I dont know!' Your company has been known to provide good services but I saw nothing and would never go there again!!!!!

Watch out for their ridiculous 5 day click and collect policy. I have never shopped with a business who cancels an order after such a short time period, I ordered from out of town not realising this was the case. The staff we totally unwilling to help resolve it when I tried to pick it up on day 7 and forced me to repurchase at full price, an item I had bought on sale. Safe to say you have lost me as a customer Pandora.

It was OK, I am not lucky with the retail assistants at Pandora. I ask them to show me the products and they are very protective to show, it gives the impression that they think I will take the product and run away. I ask questions about the product and it seems that I am asking too much. The retail assistant had a leather "necklace", I asked the size, she did not want to respond, I then asked again, she then saud that in fact it was a [double] bracelet that she was using as a necklace... It seems to me they don't want to sell. The big trays with lots of small pendants, or necklaces... Better use small trays so less risk.

Absolutely awful customer service with the blonde, curly haired lady named Rita. Definitely needs more training on their products and really needs to up her customer service skills. Won’t be coming here anymore. If you are going to work at a store at least show some passion on the products you offer, which leads to customers enjoying their experience and wanting to come back.Definitely will be going the Sylvia park store only

The customer service is super poor at St Luke Outlet. They make people for click n collect serve at the end. And the stagg keep packing the stuff and made me wait almost 20 mins to have my click n collect in an empty store. This Store Manager needs to be taught some time mgr skills. Not my store to come again 🙁☹️🙁☹️

I just had the worst experience at this St Lukes store. I walked in and stood there for A WHILE waiting for the lady to show me what I was after. There was only one other customer in the store. This sales lady middle aged probably the manager gave me a weird look and continued doing her work. This was such a horrible feeling. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life where I felt like I didnt deserve to be in there. I have bought a lot of things from Pandora in the past but after this experience I have decided to boycott the brand altogether.

These guys are a scam. Disgusted by the indifference and complete BS when trying to do a simple swap on things. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Bad customer service. Really appalled that a company like pandora would employ such people. I am a regular customer at that store. Every occasion I buy from there. Today I decided to buy something for myself the lady was reluctant to help or show me anything. When I asked to try on some rings. it was like pulling teeth to get her to show me the rings. After 3 rings she didn't want to show me anymore. Apparently I didn't like the first 3 so I can't see anymore I can only look from a distance! ridiculous. I made it clear that I really wanted to buy 2 rings for 2 fingers but I can't buy it like this she made it impossible. And I was the only customer in the store!!!! Never been treated like this at a jewelry store let alone a big brand like pandora. Very disappointing. Never coming to this store again.

Has a very unpleasant experience with the manager of St Luke branch. She has no customer service skill, inflexible, rude & difficult lady. I won’t come into this branch anymore if she’s still working there

The young lady who served me could not have been more helpful, near the end of a busy week she took her time and nothing was too much trouble, she definitly deserved the five stars.
