I
really
am
surprised
at
the
positive
reviews
here.
When
I
went
in
the
first
time,
I
was
told
that
someone
would
call
and
check
in
on
me
then
schedule
a
follow
up
appointment
which
never
happened.
I
actually
called
to
schedule
an
appointment
w/o
any
communication
from
the
staff.
Then,
I
was
running
late
and
tried
to
call
for
ten
minutes
straight
but
they
apparently
do
not
have
a
call
waiting
for
receptionist
so
the
line
have
a
busy
signal
and
hung
up
on
me
each
time
I
called.
Then
when
I
got
there
I
had
to
wait
for
five
minutes
because
the
receptionist
was
on
the
phone
and
the
girl
who
came
out
of
the
back
kind
of
just
looked
at
me
and
asked
me
what
I
was
there
for,
totally
lost.
She
looked
very
young
and
pretty
confused.
That
same
girl
ended
up
giving
me
my
shot
and
she
first
gave
me
the
shot
at
an
angle
which
obviously
hurt
pretty
bad
and
bruised
my
arm
and
made
my
arm
bleed
so
much.
She
actually
put
the
Band-Aid
on
so
tightly
that
I
had
to
have
my
boyfriend
scrape
it
off
with
the
bank
card,
and
you
could
see
the
outline
of
the
entire
thing
including
the
foam
area.
I
mean
I
wore
Band-Aids
I
was
a
kid
and
that
never
happened
as
reckless
as
I
was
so
I
have
no
idea
how
she
did
that!
When
I
asked
her
to
weigh
me
she
put
me
on
a
very
old
school
metal
scale
that
it
was
obvious
this
young
girl
had
no
idea
how
to
operate.
She
gave
me
my
weight
incorrectly
as
I
stared
at
the
unbalanced
scale
and
she
gave
me
a
weight
that
was
higher
than
my
normal
weight
and
obviously
incorrect.
When
I
told
her
that
my
weight
is
normally
'this',
she
basically
just
blinked
at
me
and
continued
to
give
me
the
incorrect
weight
side
it
was
obvious
she
had
no
idea
what
she
was
doing.
I
ask
her
if
there
was
another
one
and
she
said
no.
At
that
point
I
just
was
done
with
the
place,
I
was
never
weighed
the
first
visit
either
but
that
was
the
whole
point
and
looks
goal
of
my
establishment
here.
The
receptionist
on
the
phone
told
me
to
scan
a
QR
code
to
get
some
points
or
something
and
when
I
asked
needle
girl
if
there
was
another
QR
code,
her
response
was
"oh
I
didn't
even
know
that
you
guys
scanned
something".
She
then
told
me
that
I
was
"Good
to
go"
so
I
had
to
let
her
know
that
I
actually
needed
to
pay
for
the
services
she
performed
considering
she
was
the
only
person
but
I
talked
to,
I
thought
it
would
be
obvious
that
I
didn't
pay
for
the
shot
she
gave
me.
But
now
apparently
not
to
her.
I
reluctantly
paid
about
$100
at
this
place
just
to
be
severely
disappointed.
The
location
is
also
in
a
really
weird
area
so
you
have
to
get
on
the
on-ramp
Oak
Street
leading
to
the
freeway,
which
is
jam-packed
with
traffic
most
of
the
day
and
the
GPS
is
not
set
to
lead
you
to
the
proper
location.
Then
to
top
it
off
if
you
call
and
they
are
on
the
phone
you
simply
are
screwed
because
no
one
will
answer
or
call
you
to
remind
you
of
your
appointment.
And
they
even
closed
at
4
during
the
week
so
rest
assured
you
will
be
missing
work
just
to
get
an
appointment
here
if
you
work
Monday
through
Friday
like
most
of
us.
They
are
closed
on
the
weekend
and
it's
obvious
that
there
is
not
a
care
in
the
world
for
patient
convenience
here
and
it's
really
stressful
to
interact
until
with
this
company
owner
and
staff
members.
In
addition,
the
girl
who
had
a
needle
in
my
arm
with
obvious
little
to
no
experience;
never
once
told
me
her
name,
her
only
words
to
me
that
made
remotely
any
sense
were
"sorry
I'm
new
so
I'm
still
trying
to
figure
everything
out"
after
completely
botching
her
5-minute
interaction
with
me
just
to
give
me
a
shot
and
check
my
weight.
Basically
I
have
no
idea
who
jammed
a
needle
in
my
arm.
There's
no
way
I
would
recommend
this
place.
