👍👍 Frybread taco was delicious! They are currently only serving lunch. Can't wait to try their breakfast options once they serve them. Great to have another vegan option in Albuquerque. People often mention good, vegan, bread,

Automatically THE BEST plant-based place in town! Super tasty and nutritional. Can't wait to try everything on the menu. Glad we finally have a place like this in Albuquerque💚

I’d recommend all my vegan friends check this place out. What a cool concept! Albuquerque has needed a place like this. I got the enchilada and fry bread. I preferred the enchilada which had some sautéed veggies inside. The fry bread was tasty but it’d be great to see less beans (it was mostly beans) and more of those vegetables they also have. I’d most closely compare it to the savory waffle at Tia B’s Waffleria but ofc the carb source is different and I do think Tia B’s is more balanced. Worth a try.

Only two tables indoors. Most seating outdoors by the parking lot, no shade provided. Does not accommodate seating for family of 5+. The food is fun, inventive, and tastes good but the prices are quite high for what you get. The $12-15 lunches could cost $10 and still be considered pricey. If you're not worried about that this is a good place to stop by with a friend for a bite. Service is minimal. The best part is the ownership and the food itself.

Lousy (no greeting or acknowledgment), unfriendly (saw me standing at the register after reviewing the menu and did not attempt to help us), and poor customer service. I can’t speak to the food or drink as we walked out after 5 minutes of waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. There was not a single attempt to take our order or offer assistance.

This is a MUST restaurant for vegans! Absolutely delicious and healthy food! Native American Woman owned and amazing New Mexican cuisine. I took my non vegan parents and they loved the food. We had the whole enchilada, the breakfast burrito, the pizza, the Indian taco, the avocado toast and the lentil green chili stew....Yum! We took home the native bread, and biscochitos. My parents ended up going back later and ate again. We will be back for sure!

Do not pass up on this amazing food and atmosphere! All the food is great! Came with a large group and ordered a good portion of the menu to try everything. Quick service. Highly recommend the seasonal Prickly pear cheesecake when available. Healthy plant based food that makes you feel good, no processed “mock meats”. Plus it’s a woman owned Native business, and the 1st Vegan Native/Indigenous restaurant in the nation.

What's not to like? A good sized menu of really fresh healthy food. Everything was delicious! They also make breakfast all day. Easy parking and outdoor dining is available. I'll be back!

I got the OG Nacho Supreme. It was very very good. Very good portion size and very tasty. This was my first time to Itality and I definitely plan on coming back. The person at the front counter was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I love this food. It keeps me full for hours and gives me energy and it tastes so good. It may be a bit spicy for some, but I loved it. My new favorite vegan plant based meal. I'm going to dispute another customer's report about bad customer service because a person in front of us was having trouble coming up with enough money and the cashier showed a lot of patience and compassion to help them get fed a healthy meal. Go to Ras Roddy in Santa Fe when you need a similar meal.

The inside is small, only 2 tables and no where to wait for your food. 5-6 tables available outside. The employee was polite, but not friendly. Food took 15-20 minutes to come out. Chili beans are a little spicy but mostly just taste like onions. Cherry turnover was made with sour cherries so it’s actually bitter and not sweet at all. I was very excited about this place because we need more vegan options but I don’t think I’ll return.

I got the Stew of the day with oven bread, and it was so flavorful! The staff were all so nice and helpful as well. They really knew the menu well and can help you decide if you aren't sure what to get.

DELICIOUS FOOD! I had the tamale plate and I've never had a tamale that tasted so good! The texture was different than the ones I'm used to as well, in a very good way! I also had the Chaco Smoothie and it's fantastic but SUPER THICC, so I diluted it a bit with water, no big deal. Wonderful service as well!

Very cozy spot that serves delicious fresh food that is very unique. I had the Ital NDN Taco and finished off the whole thing. I would definitely go back to try the other tasty options.

I came here at pretty much exactly when they opened today with some co-workers, like 7 of us, and the workers were wonderful. I’m sure it can be a lot to have a big group come in right at opening but they were patient and got the food out surprisingly quick given how many of us there were. I got the breakfast burrito smothered in green Chile and it was great. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m glad I finally got to! I’ll definitely be back because I very much want to try some of the lunch options

We’ve eaten here twice and both times it was delish! Native American plant based food, creative and tasty. They also offer some desserts and bread. There are only a few small tables inside, and a few outside tables. We will keep going to taste all of the dishes!
