    I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino. It was very diluted tasting. I don't know why, when there is probably only one "recipe" for making these drinks, that they taste different almost all the time I get them. Usually though they are better than this one was. Very disappointing, and for over $6, even more disappointing! Visiting from a town that doesn't have a Starbucks, I had been looking forward to this drink all day. Maybe because we came towards closing time? Who knows.

    I’m pretty disappointed in this location. We just moved into this neighborhood so naturally it makes sense for me to come to this location. Every single time I’ve ordered my drink has been more like flavored milk than anything. My husbands drinks have all been messed up as well. I usually order an iced shaken espresso with 5 shots and line the cup with Carmel. Their is never any Carmel and you can’t taste the espresso what so ever. Today I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato with 5 shots and I got zero Carmel and flavored milk. I think I’ve given them enough opportunity and I’ve probably now had every barista. We never have this problem at the Eubank and Candelaria store EVER. These drinks are not cheap and to have them constantly not be right is incredibly frustrating. The staff are all super nice but I do feel that they could all use some training in the drink making dept. I gave service 3 stars because as nice as they are, they are making less than mediocre drinks.

    Pick a different Starbucks they are very unorganized and take way too long at this Starbucks. I walked in to pick up my mobile order since the drive through was so long. I told them my name and waited 30 minutes I finally asked someone and they said my order had been sitting by the drive thru window for 20 minutes. Why would they put it there when I came inside to pick up my order? The other thing is the guy said "I still need to make his drink" when I told the lady at the register, so if you knew I was there to pick it up inside why did you put it by the drive thru window after making it?

    Worst location ever. Tried to call the store multiple times to speak with a manager but phone is always off the hook, beeping for hours every time I try to call. Very horrible customer service from employee “primo.” He was very rude, very unprofessional, and had a problem because I went through the drive thru to pick up a delivery order. I deliver for 3rd party services and pick up from this location everyday, I have never had a problem with picking up an order through the drive thru before. He had the audacity to tell me that I can’t go through the drive thru to pick up door dash orders anymore because I’m holding up the line... excuse me.... I’m holding up the line waiting on an order that you guys don’t have ready. Drive thru is actually the faster option at this location because when I do decide to get down that’s when I’m waiting 20 mins for an order to be made, which is why I avoid the lobby. The lobby isn’t a priority at this location. It’s never been a problem to go through the drive thru before and it’s not a problem at any other location. This being said I will never accept another delivery order here again if Primo thinks I’m going to get down and wait 20 mins for a delivery order that isn’t even mine. After this awful experience I will decline every order I get to this location. 😂😂😂

    There is consistently some issue with this facility. Today, I ordered on the app. They made me a grande when I ordered a venti. They charged me for the venti knowing full well they did not have venti cups. It wasn't until I was comfortably back home that I discovered they made a grande. I called them and they said I could come drive back to get another or get a gift card for another drink. They also informed me that they knew when they made the drink that they were out of venti cups, that I would be charged for a venti drink, but would only get a grande. I was not informed of this when I picked up the drink and was left to discover it myself as if they would hope their customers wouldn't notice and just take the hit. It is unacceptable to inconvenience your customers in this way. A little common sense and consideration for the customer's time is greatly needed at this store.

    This location is one of the worst Starbucks in Albuquerque. They never make coffees the correct way. Very diluted. My husband and I have given numerous chances for this location, but no improvement what so ever. Even the Americano was super diluted. (One of the easiest coffees to make) Employees don't care. Management obviously doesn't care either, since this has been going on for quite some time now. We ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew this morning and all i have to say is no more. The barista's response for hardly any cold foam was, "the machine was weak today, so the cold brew settled into your coffee." No, you guys are weak. Byeeee ✌️ Do not go to the Montgomery and Juan Tabo location 👎👎

    i usually have an okay time at this location (service is almost always friendly) but today when i went in and asked to have my drink remade because it was incorrect, the barista behind the counter was literally making fun of my order while i sat and waited for it. it’s really discouraging to hear someone laugh at you for ordering a coffee. do better. :/

    Oct 2nd 23' around 11:45 a.m. Kudos to the patience and compassionate manager on duty. An extremely disruptive mentally unstable person needed attention. And... I couldn't handle unruly unstable folks. Iced pumpkin chai tea... try it with espresso shots. :-) Very nice addition to the menu. Update: 12:30 Thank God the police finally showed up. 2nd Update: 1:25 HE CAME BACK!! lol I need to find another study spot.

    The restrooms are filthy! No paper towels, no soap, dirty, the toilet paper is not on the role and falls on the ground, sink is dirty. They are out of cold brew…. Which I have never experienced and I am at a Starbucks almost every single day. Yeah this is not a Starbucks I will go back to…..please do better.

    Cashier was nice. However, when order was messed up, the other person I dealt with was very unfriendly causing my grandkids to even notice and mention it. When I requested that they fix the order, the person was rude,and the second drink was watered down. There was no ice in the iced coffee. Not a friendly bunch of employees. It was not busy so I am not sure why they messed up the order, and then acted like we were a burden to serve properly.

    barista here! you guys do an awesome job, i commend you for working so close to a high school. the only thing i’d say is please check when things expire!! i got blueberry oatmeal this morning and the blueberries were moldy. luckily i had blueberries at home, but some don’t.

    I ordered a grande Pike Place coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee I received had too much cream in it. I told them it had too much cream and they remade it. The second cup also had too much cream. It was literally half a cup of just cream and the other half coffee. I'm done with Starbucks. If I do go to Starbucks again I'll have to go inside, order the coffee black, and make it myself! Since they can't make the simple order of coffee with cream and sugar.

    Good busy Starbucks. This is the second time I’ve been in here and there were what looked like high-school kids in it each time. Completely well behaved and respectful! Highly recommended Starbucks!

    Where do I begin I’ve been coming to this store for last 2 years and it’s all I can say it’s a hot mess. On Friday you can hear barista yelling on top of there lungs to each other and it wasn’t a type of joke you can clearly hear them going back and forth in the back. The most embarrassing part is I didn’t see no manager helping nor people trying to deescalate the situation. I won’t no longer be coming back.

    Starbucks is awesome. It is dependably the same at every location. That's the really cool thing. If you like it, you can get it anywhere you go and it's always what you expect. If you don't like Starbucks, this is not the place for you.

    I've been to a lot of Starbucks, but this location always has the kindest employees. They're patient, friendly, and welcoming every single time we visit. Coffee is always perfect and the experience is warm, this is now the only location I visit.

    You typical Starbucks. However the internet is slow, it's like their beans: always grinding. (bad dad 👨 joke) Tested speed at 1.65 Down & 1.17 Up.
