Really nice drive through worker came by around 9:40 am on Tuesday she was super attentive and just a nice person.

LITERALLY one of the most wonderful experiences of my life! Was having a mediocre day and from the moment we pulled into the drive-up ordering menu the voice that came over was the voice of an Angel! She asked us what we wanted, we weren't even sure and she came up with our order for us after a few quick questions of what we were in the mood for. They were both the most excellent drinks and everything we could have hoped for. When we got to the window the staff were professional, they were kind, they were polite, this was everything that you could ask for in a coffee experience and much more. I will definitely be returning here everyday! Well maybe not every day but almost every day! and the manager Joy, she is exactly what her name says she is, she is a joy. This was such an unexpected delight!

Hands down Ruby is the best at making drinks and her customer service is excellent. I miss her at the location near my house but the drive is worth it just to get a coffee made by her!!!

Best starbucks in Albuquerque. The staff are so friendly and their drinks have been made perfect everytime i've gone! Ruby is always very polite and genuinely cares about the store and its customers.

Lazy people, rude about remaking a drink all they did was scoop off a topping and reput it. And the guy was trying to block the girl who was doing it so I wouldn’t see. Absolutely rude and lazy people at this location

Brand new starbucks... didn't realize it's been open a month! The wonderfully top-notch customer service goes great with the well-prepared mango dragonfruit Refresher! Keep the smiles on while making delicious drinks! Kudos to the newest starbucks in Albuquerque way to go!

The people who work here are so sweet! They were having some technical issues on Sunday morning and handled it very professionally and kindly. Coffee was good too!

We just went to Starbucks where Ruby attended us. We ordered 2 venti hot chai tea lattes, 2 warmed cheese danishes and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Once we got to the window to pay the car declined. We tried 5 different cards and they all declined, it was obviously a problem on their end. She made it seem like it was our issue and hesitated to even give us the drinks even though she had already handed them to us. Ruby’s customer service was horrible. We had to go out of our way to another place for breakfast which was McDonald’s and the card worked just fine. I was starting to go to this Starbucks since it’s near my home and Kylie is always such a sweetheart to me and my fur babies but this encounter completely changed that. If I could give it 0 stars for this horrible service I definitely would.

It was my first time to this New Location and It was Amazing how well they treated me and how fast and precise my order was. The lead supervisor Ruby was super helpful and the staff was clean and well mannered. I will be returning to this location very soon. Honestly If they keep making me feel like a VIP , This might be my regular Starbucks from now on. Good Job STARBUCKS !!! 👍🏼 Woooooo Whooooo 😁

The crew at Starbucks in central and atrisco were more than I expected! They were kind had smiles on thier faces at 730 in the morning with a line down the parking lot, and still managed to make mine and my kids day! Thank you to the ladies this morning

Was sad to hear that this location is closing their dine in part of the store. Its becoming drive through only due to increased crime in the area. Very sad
