I recommend this sushi restaurant to everyone. It is definitely the best sushi in town! ❤️👍🏼 The service is spectacular, fast and pleasant. It is obvious the sushi chef is most skilled. I understand he has more than 10 years experience. Cutting fish is a most important part of wonderful sushi. The chef has the skills to pay the bills.😻🎁 Thank you so much for your wonderful food and dining environment. Every visit I experience more and more joy! Sunmi- the hostess - is so very pleasant. This place is amazing! I was in the mood for sushi and saw this place was just down the street so we walked over. We ordered our rolls and then sat on the bench to wait while they made them to-go. The staff told us it would be 15 min since we ordered baked rolls. They sat us at a table and brought edamame to eat while we waited. And then they brought us the cutest bear cut from an orange. The service is incredible and the sushi is yummy!

We were driving through and thought to try this place out. It was delicious. It's a cute small place with a small menu, but the prices were good and so was the food. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing and authentic! We had several rolls but we ate them before we could take a decent picture. Service is extremely friendly and the ambiance very fitting. We got that orange guy as a bonus! I look forward to coming back soon!!!

This place deserves more recognition. 3rd time going & NEVER disappoints. I forgot that good sushi actually melts in your mouth. And the ginger is fresh!!!!? It's the little things that make food exceptional. I've been to Dragon Sushi and this place is faster place and a good alternative if you live on the other side of abq. The no rice Orangebucks roll needs MORE hype. How did you think of combining these ingredients and make it taste so amazing? When I took a bite I actually smiled?! It invoked emotion and happiness when I was originally having a bad day. Only twice in my life has someone's food actually did that and this place has done it. They're always so sweet & kind, they really want you to be happy while youre there. Free cute cookies too. Please SUPPORT them and give them a try. They work hard and their food is an actual experience not just to satiate. I actually took my time to eat it and enjoy it. They're artists. The ambience of their restaurant is nice too which tops it all off. We need to support these small businesses, especially ones that actually try and put their heart into it like Sushibucks. Sushibucks has been added to my list of favorite sushi restaurants in Albuquerque. The food was not only delicious but also served quickly. The staff's kindness made the overall experience great, and the restaurant's aesthetics added to its appeal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s a really good place for Korean food and Japanese sushi. The Korean foods are bibimbap and soup or ramen. They give you a good portion. The sushi is really good. The jjamppong is spot on. They even give you a cute orange fruit as dessert. Also, do not take the free miso soup, it has a weird after taste but everything they have is really good.

This is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had in Albuquerque. The price was actually pretty amazing for what we got. They had a special where we were able to order two rolls for the price of one. Very fast and friendly service as well. My wife and I want to return and try out more of their menu items!

I only leave reviews when I'm really impressed. We came here last week and the Lion King Roll was so good we came back for my wife's birthday. The New Mexico Roll was another huge hit along with the bulgogi. The server is fantastic and the kitchen even brought us a dessert on the house! Take my money!

What a quaint sweet little place! Upon arrival we weren’t sure it if was open because the front has metal bar protected doors and windows and there is only a small lit sign that says Sushi. But when you open the door you are greeted with a smiling staff member at the ordering counter. You order there and then they bring items out after you seat yourself. Food was delicious, seating was tight but efficient, and staff was very nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend to others.

Yes! This place exceeded our expectations. We were driving in from out of town and wanted to celebrate a birthday while on the road. So happy we went here! We got several different rolls and they gave my husband extras for his birthday. I would highly recommend this place. We love good, really good sushi, and even though it was nearing closing time, staff was excellent, did not rush us or even mention closing time. We all enjoyed our sushi and every single thing served. From the soup, sushi, to the tea, to the fresh oranges, and ice cream. So good!

The staff here is amazing overall. The food here is delicious & the vegetarian food is more than expected. Definitely coming back again as soon as possible. I recommend anyone who enjoys a small establishment atmosphere with varieties of food to come. It’s worth your time!

Lovely experience! Sushi was so good, miso soup wasn’t vegetarian so I couldn’t try it. Had the veggie & california rolls both were great and an ice cream waffle for desert. They were so nice and even reminded us about the waffle which we had forgotten about. Very happy to support such a cute place.

Yes, please! We just discovered this place April 2023 and we are so pleased that we stopped by. The dishes and sushi here are SO delicious and fresh. We will definitely eat here every time we visit our daughter at UNM!

Some items were excellent. Others were good. So I settled in between with 4 stars. All in all, I will return and I know what I'll order based on this experience. Oh and they don't have fountain drinks which is a big negative for me but still good.

An unexpected new and very cute sushi and Korean food spot. Super friendly and quick service. Tried the protein roll and a shrimp tempura roll. Both were delicious. Loved the rice on the shrimp roll. Came with complimentary miso and a carved orange treat! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Loved this new sushi spot! We ordered the lemon roll & sushibucks roll along with the gyoza & miso soup. Everything was amazing. Staff is very attentive & friendly. Great atmosphere & decor, so cute. Will definitely be back!

This place is such a gem. I absolutely am in love with their sushi. I love the Korean take and the bulgogi roll. Such a unique and charming restaurant and I love the orange bear and presentation as it’s sooo cute! Their lollipop roll is delicious too. I can’t say enough good things. Never had a bad meal here.
