I went into your shop and was greeted by John G I needed to have my daughters glasses repaired and he took a look at it so he would see what he could do but it would be around $40. After doing the repair, it was really really unsure of how it would hold up and so there is absolutely zero dollar charge which is unbelievable in today’s economy and society. I just want to say John G you are a real one man and I can’t thank you enough. 07/28/23 So I returned to. Revelation’s to see if they could fix my bracelet. Miss O was absolutely amazing and helping me with looking at options to repair my bracelet not only was she amazing, but she also helped with the pricing and made it just an outstanding day, so that my wife would not get mad at me. If you have not been to Cottonwood Mall and Revelation’s for your jewelry repair watch needs or any other things. You need to stop by Cottonwood Mall revelations and talk to the awesome staff about getting you hooked up with your jewelry and watch nudes.

Richard and Nick did an excellent job! We ended up having another problem with our watch that we didn’t know about, and they fixed it right away leaving our watch good as new! I would recommend this store to anyone who needs their watch repaired, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and we had a great experience!

EDIT: After leaving the jewelry shop another diamond fell out of my ring. I called immediately & she told me to come in & they would fix it. When I came back they wanted to charge me for another repair. The conversation & behavior of the staff just made us uncomfortable & I ended up leaving with my ring instead of leaving it for repair. Absolutely wonderful! The ring I brought in to be repaired needed more work than I initially thought (due to my own wear & tear) and they were fantastic about fixing my ring! Fast and thorough. So friendly too. I will absolutely be back for maintenance and shopping.

I am traveling from NJ and my double rope chain necklace got snagged and broke. It’s a really meaningful piece and I wanted it fixed ASAP. The friends I am staying with mentioned that they had brought in jewelry for repair to Revelations in the past. I went to the Cottonwood Mall on a Thursday evening and the team that was working there could not have been more helpful. They took a look and assured me it would be fixed within an hour. Oriel did an amazing job of soldering it and the chain is back on my neck. Thanks for a great job at an extremely reasonable price!

I do not suggest getting a Crystal watch face replaced here, the one they used to replace my husband’s watch shattered after a week, and they did not guarantee the work, which indicated to me that they do not use good quality Crystal watch faces. The staff is very nice and I have used them for watch batteries before but this time they did not give me good service in my opinion.

I went in for an engraving of a knife. Nash, Nick and Oralia were very kind and helpful. They guided me to pick the perfect font and did a beautiful job. The friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. Prices were very good for the work they did. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this store. Thanks team!

After completely smashing it, they fixed my mom’s wedding ring perfectly! The jeweler is amazing!

The big ring was black with tarnish and the other one was yellowed while the coral was dull. Nick cleaned the big ring while Justin buffed the small one. They were so kind and capable and did it right away. Also sold me the wipes in the photo and explained how to use them. I can't state enough how efficient and knowledgeable they were. All my jewelry cleaning will be done here from now on.

Revelation Jewelry at Cottonwood Mall is my go-to place for jewelry repair and buying vintage pieces. My fiancé and I recently came back from the Dominican Republic where we bought two loose gemstones. We took them to Revelations and their Master jeweler not only made two custom settings but in only two days! Definitely check them out! Great, friendly, professional staff!

I absolutely love this place. You do not know how many times I’ve gone in here with 7 to 8 necklaces all tangled up. It happens every time I go on a trip and I bring it into them and every time they do me right. Nick is taking care of me today. John and Nick were absolutely awesome. I came in with an unusual request to get a sentimental gold chain shortened without cutting off any of the chain. They were ingenious in coming up with a perfect solution and got it situated very quickly. Much recommended. Very pleased with the service I recieved.

An exceptional and artistic jewelry gallery. Some of the custom work is dazzling. I took two old and beloved pieces in for repair. The young woman who assisted me had many ideas and two pieces are returned to wearability. The could not be more pleased. These pieces are 5 decades old. And: such pleasant staff. They enjoy their work, their expertise, their fine pieces.

Justin did an amazing job engraving our antique pocket door locks for the lock ceremony in our upcoming wedding. He had the skill to design a custom font for us and updated us every step of the way to make sure we liked each detail. We love them! We’ll definitely be back with other items for Justin to engrave!
