Allison Mills is phenomenal! Every single provider I’ve seen at SW Gastro has been above and beyond my expectations. The thoroughness, care and love that’s poured into her patients is EVERYTHING. If you are looking for somewhere where your concerns are address, you questions answered and you feel seen and validated as a patient; this is the place to be. I would entrust my children in her capable care. I highly recommend this facility and Allison Mills.

We all know how hard it is to get in to see these guys. Dr. Gonzalez has limited time, but is willing to explain to you what she sees using the diagram and also listens and repeats back what you have said while taking notes. She has a good demeanor. Four stars out of five because of time limitations and having to be a little pushy with what I felt is needed to resolve the issues, but she is willing to listen and is receptive to your thoughts and concerns. She is knowledgeable and I would recommend her.

A top-notch clinic. Staff are friendly, professional, and apt to anticipate patient needs. Providers are kind, skillful, and good communicators. I've been treated by both Dr. Mason and Dr. Taylor. I would recommend both of them without reservation.

Dr. Adam's, is a good listener, she allows you time to ask questions regarding medical issues. She answers all my question in an easy manner to understand. She also has a very pleasant demeanor which makes it easy to have a good discussion. Dr. Adam's alway answers all the questions/concerns that I leave for her on the clinic portal. Overall an excellent office experience!

Dr. Gonzalez is one the best doctors I’ve ever worked with in any specialty. She listens, ask good questions, was prepared for my appointments, very knowledgeable, explains things well and concisely without speaking down to you or making you feel dumb, and very empathetic where you can feel that she truly cares and wants to help. Being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease is not fun but I feel like I’m in good hands moving forward. Grateful she’s my doctor! Front staff and nurses were all kind and helpful as well!

Great doctor. She listened to my concerns, she asked questions, she explained things, she provided guidance and information, and she recommended next steps. Also, the intake medical assistant was excellent, as were the front desk personnel and the check out personnel. I would highly recommend this physician and this medical practice.

Wow. Very high-handed. Waited ≈ 8 months to get in, and they canceled my appointment with relish. Lost my temper with the rude receptionist, so hung up for Thumper’s Rule. I called back to reschedule, the other staff member loved telling me their soonest available is a further 4 months away. I understand specialists are in high demand, but enjoying delayed medical help for my autoimmune disorder put me over the top. Hopefully they’re nicer to other people, and I just got the two flakes.

Dr. Taylor did banding for my internal hemorrhoids. He first explained the procedure to me and did the banding. The whole procedure is no longer than 10 minutes. Dr. Taylor is professional, kind, and the procedure is very smoothing. The staff is also very nice.

As a patient of this clinic for 3 years now, I've received excellent care and attention from SWGA. The staff and physicians are so kind and considerate. I've seen Dr. Gabrielle Adams and Lariza Rosas Valdez (NP), and both are some of the best doctors I've seen. They're extremely thorough and comprehensive in my visits, and I've never felt rushed during my appointments or neglected as a patient. Very prompt to answer my questions and ensure I'm receiving comprehensive care. I recommend SWGA to anyone who needs specialized GI care!

Took a while to get an appointment but I’d prefer to wait and get quality care here than at Lovelace. I saw NP Theresa Castelmain and she was very friendly and polite. She listened to the concerns I had for an issue that’s been ongoing for years. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Lariza Rosas Valdez , Physician assistant at Southwest Gastroenterology. I was impressed that she had actually read by medical record and was so well informed about my issues. She was friendly and kind and answered all my questions. Can't say enough positive about her. This was my first visit with her and would highly recommend her.

It is so very well regulated! From getting your meds, and other things discussed, to your talk with the PA, to going to Quest and having the tests run. You almost feel like you're on a conveyor belt! Don't mean that in a bad way at all!

Very good experience with Theresa Castlemain. Due to my having flu, my visit was changed to teleconference. I was pleased at the ease of managing this procedure. My visit went well, all my issues were covered and given a prescription. I did not feel rushed and believe her concerns as a caregiver were sincere.

Dr. Parker-Ray is always informative and practical. I was a little ill for today's appointment and when I called to reschedule the staff suggested we do a Zoom appointment. Perfect! So I got to go over what we needed to go over, and my questions were answered. I'm a happy camper!
