This location NEVER has any donuts after 4PM! It’s so frustrating. Last night (04.14.2023) was the third time in a week I went and they’re just out of donuts* (*with the honest exception of powdered munchkins). “Donuts” is in your name!!! What are you going to NOT sell for the remaining 5 hours you’re open?!?!

Horrible experience just went at August 30th at 3:05. The guy working the drive thru rushed us to order just said ok the whole time. Then threw the bags at us when he gave us the food. -100 stars. Theirs also hair in my food so nasty

Lobby closed at 10:45 am so went through drive-up window. I tried to order ice cream cake for tomorrow. The store had no cakes to order and no cake makerso I couldn’t place an order. Tried to purchase pralines and cream ice cream and they didn’t have it.

When I order a large coffee, it would be nice if the cup was actually filled up all the way. No whipp cream was added either. For those prices, please fill the cup up all the way.

I was there to get a treat for my two daughters, one of which has an egg allergy. I asked if a particular product was made with eggs, and the manager said "I don't know...ummm probably. I'll say 'yes', 'yes it does'" When I got home I looked up the allergen information and sure enough it was NOT made with any eggs. I'm irritated that the manager was too lazy to look it up and just gave me the 'safe' answer to cover his butt. His laziness resulted in a very disappointed little girl.

I have came numerous times at differently times of the week and they always say " we ran out of donuts " I came ay 3pm , 7pm , 5, pm etc ..various days of the week....I work for a local hospital on night shift and love to bring treats to My co workers. This is very discouraging and frustrating. I personally don't like Krispy Kreme but that will be my go to donut place so my coworkers have donuts to enjoy. This makes me very sad

Be Warned: The drive through is not compliant with city/state/DOT regulations. You will need a two door coup to get through it safely. Additionally drug use seems to be acceptable in DD polices. You know, the sounds of snorting a line then gagging on the drainage. The is what I experienced while talking to the staff. Employee was under the influence, had me waiting for 20 minutes. When I asked if she was there she said they don't open until 5:45 am. When the website states they open at 5. Was was going to have me waiting for 45 minutes without saying something. When I shred my concern I received attitude stating she talked to her regional manage it this is what it is. With abundance of attitude. Got to love the blue states, where everyone hates everyone.

For being a place called dunkin donuts you would think they would have donuts, but every experience I've had with them they are left with a handful of flavors and sadly the donuts aren't any good. I often get an old, stale and dry donut that has a sloppy covering of icing. I would be more understanding if the customer service was a little bit better but unfortunately it was as bad, if not worse, than the donut.

Never really been a fan of the company as a whole. Their coffee is inferior and over priced. The same can be said of the food. Misleading advertising is the way for this company. Their menu will show a picture with more quantity of food than is served. They charge for water. Good for donuts....everything else is just bleh and over priced.

I deliver for DoorDash and I love it except for the fact that I’ve been assigned a delivery from this location THREE separate times and every single time I get there they say “Oh yeah we don’t have anything that person ordered sorry…” and the order is usually as simple as a coffee and one donut. I have to cancel the order and take the negative points on the app because of it everytime. Will no longer be accepting orders from this location. Why stay open if you’re completely out of all food, donuts, and drinks after 2pm everyday? Not to mention the fact that I’m always greeted by a 16 year old that hates his job and laughs at all the upset customers.

I would be nice if the damn lobby was open, at all! Literally every time I’ve come here the lobby is closed. Which makes it difficult to pick out donuts as I can’t see what they have and have to ask and hold up the drive thru line. Absolutely ridiculous!

Had like 3 different donut options out of all the donuts they make. Only bagel they had was cinnamon raisin.. not other bagel.. seriously what kind of operation you running? Close down if you don't have any products.

Always have what I want available I could only ask that a half dozen be 7 items because I always have to leave 1 behind. Hahaha really I am a diabetic and should not endure so I share and freeze 2 just so I don't over do it. SO Good my childhood love,and the coffee a must have. Thank you for not being over the top just Perfect!

I usually have no issues with Dunkin’ during the day except it’s a bit of a wait. However, I went today around 6pm before I went into work and it took about 20 minutes to get my order and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The iced coffee I got looked like iced tea even though I did get cream and it did not taste how it normally does.

I came on a busy Friday morning (6:45 am). The line was really long but the employees were great and had the line moving fast. With about 7 cars ahead of me, I was able to get my order within 15 minutes.

everytime i have gone here my order always gets messed up some how. so today i thought ordering on the mobile app would help but when i got there and recieved my order they were missing an item and i had to ask and our drinks didnt taste anything like what i normally ordered and when i requested for pup cups they told me no. then when i got home another item was not put together how i ordered. extremely disappointed in the service and the preparation.

Coffee is great. People are friendly coffee cake muffin is amazing. I love that you can get a big old box of assorted, donut holes and ice cream in the same place as donuts I mean this is genius I love it.
