Simple, small Open Space with a few shaded benches to sit on to have your lunch. There's a bench overlooking a tiny pond. Nice tiles labelling native plants. Garden shows a few traditional planting methods in miniature form. There's an overlook to neighboring agricultural fields. Didn't go inside building; seems to have a children's area that was being remodeled in May, 2021.

Love it! We walked the trail and had a pleasant time. Volunteers were welcoming and capable of answering questions.

I thought it was an "Open" "Space Visitor Center" from the highway sign. 👽 While I admit to some disappointment, I quickly came to appreciate the beautiful setting and wonderful art. Volunteer at the desk was a delightful representative of the facility

I love this place. There are always new art exhibits to see inside. It is a beautiful place to walk around. In the summer there are gardens and shaded beaches to sit at with a beautiful view. In the winter you may get to see geese and Sandhill cranes. There are many amazing programs for children and youth to get to learn and explore. I love the community art seed mandala that is created to fees the birds and celebrate winter! You can also take a short walk to the river from here. I love going back over and over.

Such a neat little place to explore. Went on a weekday afternoon and couldn't find any one who worked there, just kinda wondered around and took photos

A jewel in the crown of ABQ's amenities. Wonderful artwork outside and in, good views of the seasonal birds and outdoor activities when the weather allows.

I was recently there for an interactive dance performance . It is such a peaceful place. They offer a variety of events there including local artist exhibits, nature walks and much more. If you have never been you muct check it out.

Been coming here since it opened! I love the Albuquerque open spaces & I love a good interpretive center. This visitor center hits every criteria I want in an interpretive center. It has great informational displays, informative staff, and a broad variety of learning tools for people of all ages. I'm especially fond of having an icy cold water bottle and hanging out up on the tower -- the views are incredible! I'm also in love with the map of the city in the courtyard: it's a gorgeous piece of art.

Quite by chance, I ended up here to view the eclipse. Parking was tight, but there was a staff member to guide you to an open spot. It was very pleasant to have a restroom, exhibits to see, and trails to walk while we waited for events in the sky to unfold.

Beautiful facility! Great place to take family photos or just go and experience nature. They have a little theater that you can go in and select a short showing to watch about education. Beautiful views, clean, and staff are very welcoming.

This was my first visit here; I arrived for the solar festival on October 14th, but when I arrived, they told me that there were no free glasses left and there was not any parking left. Their website stated otherwise. Not overly disappointed, but it would have been nice to have current information posted on their website so that I did not have to waste a trip.
