Went in for a DOT pre employment drug test first time I went in I was informed I would have to wait 30 minutes but my wife had surgery at 9 am but had to check in early. When I went back the second time I got checked in and did all appropriate computer work then waited for a bit. I went to find out how much more of a wait I had when they told me I informed them I needed to use the restroom right now but they blew me off so with that being said I'm stuck till I get home 4 hours away b4 I can change. They are extremely extremely slow . They SHOULD have a plan in place for people that tell them you can't wait. I wouldn't have even given a one star but did. The only good thing about this place was the people were kinda nice.

Have had three different appointments at three different locations & have to say each employee & doctor I have met treated me well. Very friendly staff, attentive & try to get you in and out as fast as possible..

Great medical care and staff! The wait - two hours - seemed long for Urgent Care but I don’t have recent New Mexico comparison data. Last two UC visits were in Virginia and longest wait was 45 minutes.

Awe the desk people were a little weird! But the guy who helped me in the back was friggen awesome and I feel so bad I don’t remember his name! I even asked again for his name to do this survey specifically! But his personality was top notch! It was for a UA and though I know I’m good it’s still nerve racking and awkward to do business in a cup! He made me relaxed and oddly made it fun because he was just hilarious! Best UA I have ever done for a job 🤣 weird survey but he deserves 5 stars, a coffee, and a raise!

The wait was short and the assistance was very quick. The gentleman that assisted with the drug test made it easy. A plus he was also funny and engaging.

I expected the worse on arrival from past experiences from other locations. I was humbled really quick. Everyone there were awesome. My medical assistant Mike was amazing. They need more just like him.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. I was having a difficult time with the test and members were concerned. One member helped with giving me hot tea and another, Latifa stayed behind to finalize the test with me. I felt concern and kindness when I was stressed. Thank you

I went here about a week ago,I was very satisfied with my experience. Walking in a was greeted immediately, the front desk was clean, quick and through with instructions. I had to complete just a urine drug screen for employment and my medical assistant was Andrew, I believe that was his name! He’s been with the company over 10 years and he was great with customer service and explaining from start to finish regarding how the appointment would go. I really appreciate his professionalism and his interpersonal skills. Overall, I was seen in less than 15-20 mins and was very impressed and satisfied with my visit. Thank you again to Andrew and the other staff that assisted in my care.

I’m a vet with VA healthcare. Everyone was professional and helpful. I don’t think they work with VA much because they did my intake, diagnosed my problem but gave me incomplete paperwork with minimal information for me OR my primary Doctor.

Nobody likes to have to take a urine sample, and I had 3 that day. I forget the guys name that administered it, but dude had a GREAT attitude about the whole thing. The wait wasn't long and the visit was short.

I have a real good experience with Concentra they were fast and efficient they help me with all my concerns and paperwork they are so kind and have good customer skills

When I arrived the first time on 3/27 the lady at reception seemed annoyed that I got there late and told me she doesn't know if the doctor will see me because it's already almost 5 which I arrived at 4:28pm. I was seen and when the doctor was evaluating me she seemed in a rush and would slam the door every time she walked out and I heard the nurses say she was mad because she had to stay late. I felt like I was not wanted there and rushed out. My follow up appointment was a better experience and the doctor who seen me on 3/30 at 12pm made me feel welcomed. So overall 3 out of 10 for my first time and 10 out of 10 for the second visit.

I've been going to physical therapy and check in appointments after my injury at work. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and empathetic of their patients from my observation. I do have to question why they would be open on a federal holiday though? Especially Juneteenth. I feel concentra should be just as compassionate for their employees and medical staff as they are for their patients. Just saying 🤷‍♀️🙄

Place is super super busy. Even after arriving a few minutes after they opened the lobby was full. The staff at the desk have zero organizational skills and nearly lost my paperwork. The testing individuals are fast and friendly and that's the best thing about this location.

I was greatful for the excellent care. I was also grateful for the great R & B music in the testing room. But more than that I didn't get pushed out the door waiting for my Sun Van , transportation home. It was hot that day. 10 stars and a (Smile).

Very efficient and streamlined process with check-in and drug testing procedure. My wait time from start to finish was no longer than 20 minutes, even with a full waiting area. Thanks for the easy visit!

Staff was really attentive and professional. I was there for a pre employment drug screening, I was checked in and brought back for screening in a matter of minutes.

Was my first time being there at that location for a drug screening for work. Staff was polite and helpful. Was in and out in 30 min from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left.

Going here was worse than doing nothing. I didn’t receive complete care or service for my injury. The provider refused to refer out for services they were unable to bill for directly. I received generic physical therapy in house, but was billed, and then nearly sent to collections because the provider was unable to file a basic workers comp claim. The provider left before I was approved for coverage, at which point any attempts I made to receive follow up care were ignored until I gave up.

I waited 3 hours in the morning and I had to leave for an appointment. I went back in the afternoon. They should be another three hours.. the receptionist said if I go back in the morning I wouldn’t have to wait so long so I went back the next day waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen by a Doctor Who gave me two minutes of her time and then gave me a false physical stated I had pain in an area which I never mentioned. I had a call back the next day speak to her again to change the report because it was going to jeopardize my job. I’ve never had an experience like this.

The Physical Therapy department is awesome and respectful but the female Dr was very short and rude. I had a fall at work and I asked her if I can get an MRI schedule and she said no and was a little rude about it. An X-RAY only shows bone but something feels wrong with my back so an MRI would be nice to rule out any damage to my back.

I had a really good experience with Concentra the gentlemen that took me through the process was cool, funny and outgoing. He really made the whole process fun, and to think I was nervous about the whole thing. I hope this really helps someone along in their own process.
