The Manager was very helpful to Our needs. She is a mother figure to her staff, she is very protected of them as if she is there mother, I LOVE that. But the area is very BAD so your company needs to appreciate this MANAGER!!!! We are from another state, this was Our 1st time here and this Lady went above and beyond.

there was glass in my coffee. their drive thru window was shattered so i don’t know if that has anything to do with it but a few pieces were in my coffee and they cut the insides of my mouth a bit. messed up my drinks and forgot my food so went back and messed it up a second time. all i wanted was black coffee and they somehow messed that up. awful service and extremely disappointed about the glass in my coffee. would not recommend going here.

Lately the Dunkin' I frequen* (*Coors/La Orilla) has failed to have my desired donuts (or any donuts at all). I went to this location half-expecting to experience the same disappointment, BUT I did not. The friendly gal working the drive-thru went back into the store after mentioning she had to substitute; she went back and found my "missing" donuts. I really appreciated that extra effort. It may have been noticeable on my face the initial disappointment and she could have just given me the donuts, but she went back and got the requested ones. I like that. Kudos.

Good only for drive thru. This place is always out of at least two items from their menu. Shady people around the place. Not to safe.

Lobby was closed and I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes only to discover the speaker was broken. This nonsense has to stop. Warn people ahead of time so we can decide whether we would like to commit to an all day affair.

Unfortunately, due to warehouse cost, we are unable utilize our dunkin refreshers for any type of frozen beverages to which we politely explained yesterday. we did however accommodate your request, and apologize for your negative employment experience.

Literally, the only Dunkin Donuts on this side of Albuquerque to not have any of the 3 donuts I asked and to only have regular glaze donuts? How do you stay in business... at least Krispy Kreme was able to fulfill our cravings so thanks for reminding us to not go to any of the DDs.

Great place to have coffee, chat, and of course, eat some amazing donuts! The lobby is closed to a max of 10 people, but once you're in, the atmosphere is great for catching up with friends. The employees were very nice and welcoming.

I asked for decaf coffee, due to a health condition I can no longer enjoy one of my favorites. DD coffee is one thing I couldn't live without. We ordered meals and coffee one regular (for my husband) and one decaf for myself. I was so disappointed with the old, bitter cup of coffee that I dumped it. We have traveled from the east coast to the west coast and only used DD. I am very, very disappointed with the many stores that sold old, bitter coffee to its customers!! If it has been over a couple hours, please remake it. We (decaf) drinkers still want that same DD coffee that we fell in love with. It was a very disappointing experience for me!

It was later in the afternoon and I went to get a dozen donuts with my daughter. For the most part it was ok. They did not have some of the donuts we requested but we made do. The staff was very polite, which made up for not having my favorite Donut lol 😁.

Horrible service!! My order was not what I asked for. There is no number to call!!! I did a order on doordash and there is no number to call dunking donuts on this location!!!

I work down the street from there and I usually stop quite often although I always am disappointed with the service and ask myself why I return ? Convenience always gets me 🤦🏽‍♀️… the women are rude taking orders they sound like they don’t want to be there , I ordered a meal this morning they were cheddar tots with like 5 tots and cheese no bacon and for the price you pay it was half a** literally…I can order the same coffee multiple times and it never comes out good , it’s either too sweet or not at all . These are signature drink I order I would think there is a recipe to them that they should be made the same everytime . I’d like to say this is just a once in a while experience but it’s nearly everytime I go I leave unsatisfied with the service or the food … it’s unfortunate that convenience comes with unsatisfactory.

Ordered a dozen donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Ordered 3 Vanilla Cream in our dozen, they gave us 3 lemons instead. Donuts were stale even though we got them around 7am. Worst part, my husbands breakfast sandwich was all egg with one slice of undercooked bacon. Not the crispy bacon advertised. My breakfast croissant tasted odd, like overly Smokey? Or a very dirty grill? Ate it anyways and have been in bathroom all day with food poisoning.

Very slow & the lobby was closed during business hours. Saw a man have to walk up to the drive thru window to get coffee. And they had a very limited selection of doughnuts which isn’t proper for a shop that is supposed to sell doughnuts.

Ordered online and pick up via walk in. Got there 20 minutes after order. Ordered 4 sandwiches. The lobby was closed cause they were washing the outside windows. So I had to drive thru. Waited in long line and sandwiches were not done. Staff inside saw how stressed I was cause I had to catch plane (I told them) when order was finally ready, they laughed at me when I said why did this take 20 minutes. They said they had to make bacon crispy (?), then laughed and said have a nice day. Very disappointing that they took advantage of someone in a hurry. Obviously not going to this dunkin ever again. Was there on 7/8/2023 at 11am.

I don't know what's wrong with the Dunkin donuts in bernalillo. Several times I've gone there and it takes forever for them to take your order. when you get to the window they ask you what your order is again!! I was asked twice by 2 different people!! my coffee was like watered down from the day before!!! McDonald's coffee is better than what they're serving...dang!

Never enough staff, donuts never fresh, drive thru line always long, lobby is often closed & when it is open you have to ring a door bell to get into the lobby & they take long to answer the door. I understand it’s for safety concerns but they should have enough staff to meet the needs of the donut lovers or hire a security guard. (Central & Atrisco)
