Very generous with the servings. The woman that took my order was friendly and helpful. They give you a beeper to alert you when your order is ready, which I liked because it was chilly outside. I only waited about 10 mins after I placed my order. I’m not a big meat eater, but the tacos were good.

What’s better than tacos?? FRIED tacos!! Or Tacos Dorados as we call them in Spanish. You don’t find them at just any taco stand and Vamos Con Gloria specializes in their crunchy goodness. I’ve had the Tacos Dorados Gloria, Tacos Dorados de Asada, And Tacos Dorados de Frijoles. All great!! We liked that you can choose veggies instead of pico de gallo for those that don’t want onion. To top it off, they have glass-bottled sodas- including the classic Mexican coke! Both times I’ve visited service has been amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Took the kid and the lady here after a full day and was not disappointed. My daughter got the small Asada fries and the portion was more than adequate for a small person. The lady got the a gordita that was *chef's kiss*. I got the Asada tacos, and the four I had were enough to make me think that I might only be able to get down 3. I powered through though. The sauces were great. I'm particularly impressed by them. Typically people make sauce that's just hot. Not so here; the sauce had heat yes, but also big flavor. I'd give this food truck 10 stars if I could. If you haven't been go, if you have been go back.

I dream about this food when they are closed on weekends. The crispy tacos, the quuesadilla asada, things that I ordinarily wouldn't have ordered, are so amazing that I get extras to have in the fridge for days. The meats are spicy and delicious so don't go if you're a whiner but the food is amazing! Vamos Con Gloria puts many brick and mortar restaurants to shame.

Loved loved loved this spot! So hard to find Mexican food in ABQ, and this is distinctly Mexican and not New Mexican. Service was super quick, had food in under 10 minutes. Would absolutely recommend.

I love the asada tacos here! I finally decided to try this place when I saw how crowded it would get. I was not disappointed! Best tacos ever! My friends and Family have become regulars. This is my first choice for tacos every time! To be fair, I order tacos every time. I had the French fry potatoes once. They are also delicious! Also, the salsa is just wonderful!

I don’t usually add reviews but this place is so worth giving them one. The tacos were amazing!!!! I’m visiting from Cali and had gone for a dinner at another place that I was so disappointed and then I found this place. The girl that helped me was very friendly and explained their menu to the T….. thank you so much and when I come back to Albuquerque I’ll definitely come by.

Phenomenal Carne Asada fries & Service. The Carne Asada fries are LEGENDARY, man!! I could eat it several times a week! A bit pricy at $12, but it’s probably one of the best dishes I’ve had in Albuquerque. Plus, it’s a large portion, with plenty of meat. Its the kind of food that you’ll get once, then crave next week, and so on, until you’re a regular. 😩

Piping hot and fresh food that taste like heaven. The tacos dorados de birria are to DIE for. Perfectly crispy and overflowing with meat and gooey cheese, ready to be dipped into the spicy stew. They are not stingy at all with their ingredients; the asada fries are piled high with juicy steak and two flavorful sauces. The lady taking orders is incredibly nice and they take card too. Pro tip: bring your own lawn chairs so you can camp out in the parking lot since there aren't any tables in the area.

Best taco truck in town! Everyone is so nice that works there and there food is delicious! If you haven't been you need to go asap!

This is one of the best taco places I've ever been to, I come here so often that I'm broke living on the streets now. I scrounge every possible Penny I can get just so I can get carne asada fries. But all honesty their food is very good and I highly recommend it.

Food is great the only complaint is the business hours.. 4 hours per day? What's the point of opening a restaurant if you only gonna open 4 hours and close on weekends. The food truck had better hours than the new spot.. I would say that I'll go back but kinda difficult when your opening hours and days are limited.
