    , I went through the drive-through of this McDonald’s early this morning around five when they are open which I’ve gone through this drive-through a few times earlier than that but the lady asked me a couple questions and then when I went to go order after I said, my order I got no answer. I waited for five minutes. I drove up to both windows, because I saw two ladies at one of the registers through the drive-through staring right at me, but when I went up there, they seem to kind of takeoff. I also waited for another five minutes. And then I went back around to try to order again. All the lights were on. There was workers in there they were open and she asked me again what I wanted and then I just got no reply and I wasn’t able to order anything else all this took about 15 minutes 20 minutes at the most. Drivethrew lady’s that work early in the morning did not want to serve me I don’t recommend coming here in the morning at least!

HE WILL WATCH YOU PARK WHERE YOU SHOULDN'T, WAIT FOR YOU TO GO INSIDE MCDONALD'S & PUT A BOOT ON YOUR RIDE!!! ⚠️⚠️INSTEAD OF GIVING YOU A WARNING ⚠️ HE DECIDES ITS BEST TO MESS YOUR DAY UP & MAKE YOU PAY TO GET THE BOOT REMOVED!!!⚠️⚠️ This visit was good the food was hot & delicious 🤤 & the service was good too! But the visit before this wasn't pleasant at all ☹️ I asked employee for a courtesy cup of water for my little 19 year old service dog 🦮 it was really hot 🥵 outside and I didn't have any money. The employee told me they don't give courtesy water that I'd have to pay. I asked to use the bathroom so I could fill up the empty bottle with water and she said the bathroom is for customers only! I asked if she would fill it up for me and she still said no! My poor service dog 🦮 was so thirsty he ended up getting sick 🤢 Later I came back because a kind man was buying my husband and I food so I got a large water to share with my service dog and husband I figured I could get free refills but of course the same employee told me there's no refills not even for water and I'd have to pay for a new drink! I was short almost 50¢ and she didn't let me slide so I had to go outside and ask someone for help. If my 19 year old service dog wasn't thirsty I mean crying and barking at me thirsty I wouldn't have asked anyone. Thank God 🙏 there's still kindhearted ❤️ people that are willing to help because without those people the world🌍 would be worse than what it is. So thank you to the people that helped me and my 19 year old service dog Beef 🦮 we truly appreciate you! To McDonald's you need to train your employees to have compassion towards others in need and help out when you can. That day I was having a hard time... My van was stolen with all my belongings including my purse with my debit card and cash. I was embarrassed that I couldn't even pay for water but having to ask strangers for help was extremely humbling. If I see anyone that's struggling I'm going to help anyway I possibly can even before they ask because we all notice when someone is in need they don't need to ask plus they might feel like I did and be embarrassed to ask. So if you can help please help!

    This location has awful customer service. The goofy security guard they ordered off wish is booting cars while someone smokes crack in the bathroom, said he didn’t care. 🤡🤡🗑️🗑️🐑🐑

    I ordered a deluxe chx meal and asked the manager who was rude to me to remake my order because the establishment got it wrong the first time. So they did just that. I thanked them kindly Just to get home to find a head full of human hair in my fries and chicken sandwich. Why would someone do that to me? This is the 2nd time today I’ve had somebody from an Albuquerque New Mexico restaurants deliberately contaminate my order. I will be giving to health dept a call to report this.

    This location has become increasingly worse as they seek excuses to stop providing simple conveniences that every McDonald's should have. First they took away the self-serve soda fountain, then easily accessible condiments, and finally drink refills altogether. You're lucky if the staff is even willing to answer a request for some ketchup. Yes, they have a vagrant problem, but no other fast-food in the immediately vicinity has taken these steps. On top of all that, the drive-through horrendously slow, leading to overflows onto the street. New management is badly needed

    If I could give a zero rating I would. Come here at your own risk, and don’t have high expectations for stellar service and a great dining experience, unless you enjoy rude staff, open drug use, and homeless people standing at the drive through order station outside asking for money or food. Or….if you go inside, having them walk up to your table asking for food or money. Need the restroom? Seems the restrooms are permanently broken, but seems to miracously work for staff. Want to order inside, forget about ordering through a live person, because they will ignore you standing at the counter. You can see someone standing at the sandwich shoot on their phone or talking to the drive thru person. You have to practically go behind the counter and stand in their face to get their attention. I totally get not wanting to deal with some homeless person, but at least look to see who is standing at the counter before deciding if you want to deal with that customer or not. It’s worse, when the employee ignoring you is wearing a manager’s shirt. Was eating inside and a homeless man sat. It even six feet away from and started using his drug of choice. Not something I want near me. Packed up my stuff to leave. Went up to the counter to tell them. There was a heavy set, dark-haired manager leaning on the sandwich shoot on her phone. I know she could hear me. I had to yell at her to get her attention, which let the drug using vagrant know what I was doing. To that manager: “You suck at life.” At this point, it will be a blessing if that location shut down. And I used to enjoy stopping there. Not any more. I hate telling people not to eat at any particular restaurant, but I do tell people not to stop here.

    Normally this location is ok at best, but this morning I was in the drive through and it took a long time to get my food when I was waiting at the window. The first bag they have me wasn’t mine, so I gave it back (I think they took it back into the kitchen and just gave it to the next person without remaking it). Then I get home with the second bag and BOTH OF MY ENTREES WERE WRONG. What the heck guys that was not cool

    As usual, I went there for drinks and caramel coffee. They don’t have enough options for vegan and Muslim people except the fish fillets are the only options. they should consider the 1.8 billion Muslims plus billions of vegan people. they should have some menus for us.

    I had the Deluxe McCrispy Meal, and it was ok. There was trash and puddles throughout the restaurant, and there were no customers present. I do not know why someone couldn't wipe a few things down. At 1230 lunchtime on a Saturday, this is a bad look. Simply putting a wet floor sign over a puddle doesn't actually accomplish anything. I understand that the management of this location is in a persistent battle with the local customers, but I was there for nearly an hour, and an employee never attempted to clean anything, and there were no customers.

    If the had a zero star I would have given it. The young kid at the drive thru could not get our order right of a 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries. Order Ranch , sweet and sour sauce. Got 1 ranch in the bag for 20 nuggets and nothing else. If you can't get a basic job of McDonald's, you shouldn't even work. I guess they thought we liked to eat our nuggets dry. But they sure know how to text on their cell phones instead of paying attention to their job. Sorry Service McDonald's.......

    Super douche in the parking preys on even McDonald’s customers. We watched as an older couple parked and one went in to get food but because the other ran next door the guy booted their car for $75. Not only that but Uber eats guys had a pick up at McDonald’s and next door at the pizza place so got a boot for going next door that probably cost him an entire shifts worth of money. We called the company in charge and they just started dropping F-bombs and for some reason the owner of this McDonalds won’t respond. This is extortion on the highest levels to even their own customers. Stay away or the tough guy will show up with his gun and boot your car…

    All the supervisors and some staff are very rude to the customers. A person can be standing in front of the register/pick up counter to place an order, pick up your food order, drink order, ask for condiments or ask to use restroom and they'll leave you standing for a while. When they finally come to help you they'll skip over you to someone else! People will regularly come into McDonald's go through the trash cans and toss the trash everywhere in the restaurant. Some will try to take items from your table or worse throw things at you. I've had glass jars thrown at me and my service dog. Flies are a huge problem in the restaurant. They are everywhere and there's so many! Management and staff don't seem to notice them! It's a disgusting problem they'll land in and around your food, drinks, ice cream ect. This time there were ants all over my napkins and table! (Posted Video Of Ants) I couldn't figure out where they were coming from This location doesn't offer refill on your drinks you must pay for a new drink. Also no courtesy water even if it's very hot outside and they clearly see your overheating they will say NO and make you pay full price! There's issues that need to be addressed and policy needs to change because I'm not the only one that has experienced these issues/problems other customers have and feel the same or worse they were extremely angry because management doesn't care and will be rude about your terrible experience instead of being understanding and try to make your experience better.     The young man who took my order rushed me off the drive thru intercom, then went I got to the window to pay I made sure he heard my order correctly he assured me he did. I get to the pick-up window and..... Yupp, you guessed it, he didn't relay on my order instructions. He was in such a hurry that he didn't care as to making sure the orders were in correctly. I always have people waiting at the drive-thru to ask for change or a cigarette..... it's a nuisance.
