Worst experience ever. Thought maybe bringing my 2 year old here would be fun as he loves trampolines and hes very energetic. A staff member told me he was allowed to take one of the dodge balls into another area (like the toddler area) and it would be fine. Then another staff member proceeded to come up and say he can’t have them over there and took the balls away. My child just wanted to roll the balls down the slide, this was his fun as he is 2! So now my toddler is upset throwing a fit because he cant play with a dang ball. As a mom this is dissapointing because we are being timed. Then we see a huge cockroach crawling in the children’s play ground area. Staff was rude and I hated the experience here. Dont bring your toddler. Not a friendly place.

This place was horrible!!!!!!!!! They must be under new management or something because we used to go before COVID and this was not the experience! Our kids were harassed by workers from 5:45-7:30 about their wristbands. RIDICULOUS!! They harassed our kids constantly while they played asking to check their wrist bands. I literally had to tell the worker to leave them alone because he kept interrupting them, they couldn’t even enjoy the time they did have to jump. The bald guy (manager) was extremely rude he just started grabbing stuff of our tables saying he needed to clean. It was just a bad a bad experience all around I felt bad because we were there for a birthday and it was so bad. If you’re looking for a birthday jump place We went to a birthday party last month at Fallout in Rio Rancho and it was an amazing experience. We also went to a party at urban air and it was a very pleasant experience. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE !!!

Pretty upset spent almost $250 for a birthday reservation for 5 kids and a extra pizza we didn't get a call that Lazer tag was down highly unprofessional considering what we payed and that's a 1/3rd of the attractions. Pizza was 1/3 crust. This place use to be the go to for all our parties and has drastically dropped standards lost good customers smh. Get it together on your attractions and pizza for your party prices it's just indecent. 9-17-23 $30 for that pizza a a pitcher of coke wow drop prices or make it right. What a sad birthday visit today smh.

Great place to take the kids as well as have a little fun for the adults. If you going as a spectator, make sure you brought good shoes to stand in because most seating areas are full. Overall, this is an inexpensive place full of fun and a way to get your kid off the electronics.

We had my son's birthday party at this establishment, and I couldn't have been happier. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! It's very safe, and all the kids had a great time! Their pizza was delicious!!!! 😋😋😋 We definitely will be having more parties here!

Had a great time. We went early and had the place to ourselves. The staff was awesome too. It had a kid-friendly smaller area, a dodgeball area, basketball hoops, a ninja park, multiple rock walls, as well as food and drinks.

I came here with my 3 year old and she loved it. There are so many different areas to jump climb and many more. We will be back!

Absolutely a great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Customer service was top notch and the manager was extremely pleasant and outstanding. Very clean place and lots of attractions to utilize for a great price! Hands down for the money and experience you get, this is a great place to walk in or host your next birthday party for your little one!

We love this place. My kids are three and seven and they beg to go here. We celebrated a birthday here 10/10 recommend. They let me drop some balloons early, the staff was super attentive and refilled our drinks, asked if we needed more pizza (we did!) and every time we come I mean to leave a five star review because staff is so kind. They have an area for little kids, laser tag, climbing walls and obstacle course. They are always adding new things, like an arcade and the food is not overpriced. Absolutely terrible experience. I was having a good time with my family here. That was until some thug was threatening to fight my 59 year old father. After this thug verbally and almost physically assaulted him he made us leave. No employees or managers were around. Absolute waste of money do not come here!
