    AVOID. They consistently get order wrong for simple stuff. We keep going back as it’s convenient and have no problem dealing with dumb little things. But now they don’t even know the difference between meat and chicken. Two… completely…. Different foods… tried to call to complain, and no one answers, probably to avoid complaints. Made my double cheeseburger with a mcchicken… 🤮🤮🤮

    It's not open 24 hours. Showed up at 4:55 am and there was no one around. 9/22/23. Should have given the 1 star all the way down!! Boo on lying about being open 24 hours

    Don't use their app at this location! 3x now, I've pulled up a code from their app and I'm told it's invalid. Against my better judgment I followed the wrong advice from employees and "refreshed" the code only to end up not being able to redeem my points/rewards. They don't know what their doing here. Even worse! They claim they cannot regulate the amount of ice we get in our cups, so forget ordering "light ice" here. I don't buy it and have never been told that anywhere. So kids cup gets the same amount of ice as a large?

    It's called an Act of Kindness people lol ya'll know this McDonalds charges for an ice water now? Asked for a courtesy water last minute thinking they'd be kind enough to give me one free of charge, but that is not the world we live in anymore. Didn't have the $.65 cents but thank goodness did have a card on me and Oh and a Buck twenty nine if ya want the large. The actual water didn't taste that great lol but when you're thirsty --you're thirsty! One star today.

    Last few times we got food from here, it has been messed up every time. If we use the app, they are out of everything we order, including fries and sodas. If we order at the window, they don’t listen or pay attention to what is actually ordered, even though the screen reflects our correct order, we get wrong burgers, wrong sizes or modified orders we didn’t ask for. Every time we hope they have improved and then we get home disappointed. You are better off paying slightly more at a fast food chain close by than ordering here. Food is decent, but if you don’t get what you ordered, it doesn’t really matter.

    Spend 30 mins in the drive thru or wait inside for 30 minutes to order! This McDonald's sucks. I've even had them hide onions between the burgers when I asked for no onions.

    It's a very busy place but you still try to do the best I can to hurry up and get your food to you. Most of the employees there a very helpful and polite.

    Going during slower hours doesn't help. Food isn't always fresh. I've gotten cold fries and burgers more than once. Workers are so rushed that they forget things regularly, such as straws and napkins at drive thru. Also, they get frustrated when they make a mistake taking your order and have to correct it. It doesn't feel like an employee issue, rather management or logistics because they're being pushed to rush too fast.

    I stopped by the other afternoon taking food to my family in the hospital. I asked for the bundle and she didn't they didn't have it...so I paid more for everything. The frickin picture is on the building for the bundle...your employees should know what is being sold. Then on pickup I had to remind them of my drink's and she didn't even know our order I had to give my receipt.. absolutely ridiculous

    CLOSED ON THANKSGIVING. It’s one thing to actually be closed. There’s a robot that asks if you’re using mobile app. If you say no, you’re left sitting there. There’s no way to order on the mobile app because the mobile app says THEY’RE CLOSED. If you’re closed TURN OFF your AI robot and stop wasting people’s time
