    So dry and burnt and cold and missing onions on my burger. This why we dont eat here. Really, these look like wow💩 18 month old that eats everything said nope! If i ever eat here again im ordering items non salted so you have to render services properly.

    Decent dining area. Hot coffee. People were typical McDonald’s people with barely enough customer service to take. The bar is low. The facilities are clean and expecting less but getting a hair more is always a nice result. Don’t overdeliver too much and they will expect it every time. The main purpose of this post is that when I when to get a sausage buscuit, I noticed it was 1.89, and the sausage with CHEESE was 1.69. I am a business owner in the North Texas area and though I would be kind and advise the manager of this error. He was not appreciative. He basically walked away. If I ever treated my clients like this I would immediately be caned to the streets.

    No diaper changing stations not kid friendly take your kids to a place that actually cares about their ability to have their but changed in a bathroom and not in vision of everyone and on camera. Gross to have to change your baby on a table people eat at. Not friendly to families with small children go somewhere else if you have kids

    Staff in the late late night which they come in at 10 has that energy of not wanted to be there which o can get but you work in a fast food industry where your dealing with customers thru your shift. Your smile goes along way try to put one on. Staff tho thought out the rest of the day is great, even security is super nice.

    I've giving them 3 stars because the dinner shift(after 5pm) was super nice and did a great job, as well as the previous shift did pretty well. However the problem was they left plastic on my quarter pounder, like the cheese separator thing and it was cut in the shape of a hexagon. There was also a hair between the plastic and the cheese. We called after seeing that, right after shift change and they remade the whole order no issue on top of the fact that the front lady personally inspected and bagged all the food. We found out that, that was the 4th time THAT DAY(07/24/22) this issue had happened

    They really need to teach people running the drive through how to do their job right at least put the lid on right and wipe your damn drinks down how hard is that?? I swear and the guy gave me a small drink saying it was a medium like sir I think I know I've gotten medium drinks before from here I'm not stupid. I swear that guy was an idiot!!!!

    At what point will you just close your drive through? I haven't gotten my food at the window for quite sometime. 1 big Mac, wait In a spot. 1 cheeseburger wait in a spot. You need to be better.

    No diaper changing stations not diaper friendly. Oh and the family bathroom is employees only so I couldn't even see if there was a station in there I had to change my babys poopy diaper in the middle of the restaurant with cameras and other people on a table that people eat at because I wasn't going to change him on the floor my son should have the same rights to a bathroom as anyone else and this includes accommodations such as baby changing stations

    Came here to get something quick to eat and came home to find out my mc rib was missing and my medium fry look like a small and are cold .

    Our first time being at this location since we're traveling and it was the absolute worse. Service was horrible and food was not good at all. Definitely don’t recommend eating here. They had me waiting for 10 minutes at least just to ask for bags so we can take our food to go

    7/28/23 at 10pm Not allowed to order without being in car. Closed the lobby at least and hour early with zero signage. Refused to allow anyone to order from drive through without being in a vehicle despite there being no line at all. When asked why, the shift manager just said they won’t allow it. Came back in my car that was parked at the motel next door.
