I really didn't like this McDonald's. I don't think its very unprofessional for the manager to be talking to the workers at the drive thru while there are customers paying and picking up their orders Edited: the service is still very bad. People just stand around while I wait at the pick up window. And I ordered a sandwich and got cheese on it and its a small sliver of cheese as can be seen in the photo. The sauce was all on one side and just was not acceptable. Edited 2nd time: we went here to use the restroom for my son who is 6, and they would let him use it. They said it was being cleaned and when you looked down the hall the mop and bucket was leaning on the wall outside the restroom. And there were about 4 workers just standing around talking with each other behind the counter

I did a walk-in order. I ordered a Big Mac with 10 piece nuggets and fries. This was a mobile order. Haven't been here for a while. But I could tell you that the staff was rude. The mobile app gave me a number for them to bring my food 104. Instead they call me out. To pick up my order. Had a yelling speaking in Spanish or Mexican or whatever you want to call it. No thank you for being there customer service sucks there. My food was cold. Chicken nuggets were cold fries and my Big Mac. Seriously this place needs New Management. Ask to go to the restroom or to open the door. The guy I just showed me off to somebody else. No how can I help you. This McDonald's needs help. I would fire the manager. And the assistant manager go down the chain regroup.

This location uses to be good but my husband and I just recently went there cause they are the only one open 24 hrs near our location and they messed our order up not only did they make our order disgustingly sloppy but they messed our order up not once bit twice and it was the manager no less , the manager! We also asked them to remake our order and they rewrapped the same order and gave it to us! This is rediculous and.she should be fired ! They also have drug addicts sitting by the order window nodding out and begging for money

Homeless people are always walking around the parking lot. I feel bad so we always give them something hot to drink since it's cold at night. The employees are rude and seem to just hate life in general.

The Food Was Fresh and the Service Was Good!! They did not have carbonation for the drinks, but communicated it upon ordering and offered an alternative. Hi-C was better then Coke this Visit!!

It's fast food and McDonalds. It's the you get what you pay for kind of food. Not amazing, not terrible. Good quick breakfast and my favorite mango pineapple smoothie good for a quick meal when heading to work. People aren't the best with customer service just trying to get you your food and get you out.

Employees had no idea what they were doing. Which was not even the worst part. Management clearly was having some sort of meeting. While we were ordering, we were doing an act of kindness to a homeless lady and ordered some things for her as well. After we gave her the food she asked for, the mangers called the sheriff on her. She disturbed no one and was clearly struggling. Not kind at all.

Jd was awesome! He should be a manager the parking lot was slammed with customers and he was so patient with me and my mom my daughter took our order with professionalism and courtesy and kindness. Thank you JD
