I have ordered from here so many times and never had an issue. Well from now on I will not be eating here again. The chicken I got was cold and uncooked. I ended up with food poisoning. I have tried making a claim online on their website since no phone number is listed. I wonder why.

I was charged for guac, queso, chips, and my drink. My bowl sucked without it, I paid $40 for some rice and a little meat. I called the shop and couldn’t get through to anyone, only an automated machine. Terrible experience all around. You’re better off going to taco bell, quality and service might be better

Saw an advertisement for the Carne Asada. Thought I might order it in the next day or two. Went to the website to see options after they closed. Their terrible website doesn't even allow you to view the menu unless you place an order, and you can't place an order when they're closed. Worst website ever. Nowhere to report complaints. An automated chatbot that doesn't allow open ended comments or questions. A five year old could design a better system. I guess I will not eat at Chipotle ever, and neither should you.

Food wasn't bad, supposedly just made chicken was cold. Asked for guacamole got a whole avocado with the pit included. Girls working behind the counter didn't seem like they wanted to be there and acted like anyone who came in was a bother.

Staff was rude and kept putting stuff on my burrito I didn’t ask for. After taking it off and thinking my order was done, the guy working there undoes the finished burrito while I’m waiting by the cashier and puts guacamole on for no reason. People working here are either dumb, on drugs, or schizophrenic but this is the only chipotle I consistently have problems with.

I had the garlic guajillo steak bowl and it was very tasty. This visit was the first time I tried this protein option and I was not disappointed. This location was not busy and everything was very fresh. I will eat here again when I am in the neighborhood.

Stood in line for 10 mins unnoticed and nobody even apologized or greeted me. Store had one family eating and drive through was empty. All at 7:45pm. Then another customer behind me that walked in got acknowledged and helped. What service.

Sloppily made, over portioned, cold chicken, can't roll burritos(wasn't mine), brought loose lettuce from back and put it on my bowl instead of putting a new pan of lettuce on the line. I'd recommend a different location.
