I just had an awful experience... I'm in tears. I went in to get one acrylic nail fixed because it just broke, there was nobody in the store, customer wise. The lady approached me and said she couldn't do my nail and I asked her if she could just fix the acrylic part. she attached finally agreed and then painted it while being crooked and now none of the nails match. Then she asked why I didn't have cash and I told her I'm sorry I only have a card and she charged me $7.50 to fix a nail that is crooked and looks like cr@p. Wow.

I did not like the technician’s customer service it was rude and disrespectful. I went to get a full set of nail tips and after day 3 they started falling off then I went back and instead of them fixing them without charging me again for the color they re did the nails that fell off and because I changed the color they charged me another $21 for color change which they shouldn’t have charged me anything at all and now the new set is falling off as well after day 3 I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for professional services. I could have went to Walgreens and brought some press on nails that would have looked better and last longer

OMG. I took my daughter for nails and dropped her off. She text me crying because the female doing her nails was so rude to her. She said her design looked like a little kid did them and were smeared. She then told her to go to her regular lady if she didn’t like them. When my wife and i arrived, she changed her tune really quick. Worst nail salon we have been to.

I don't regularly get my nails done, but when I do I come here and have been for the last 5 years. I've never had a problem being a walk-in or having an appt. I called today on a whim and scheduled an 11:30 appt for a pedi. They did a wonderful job as always. I'll be back again. 😸

Lee and Holly are the best nail technicians I’ve ever been to and that’s quite a bit moving every few years with the military. Lee makes my nails look so perfect even though I have a legs nail bed. He’s so meticulous on nails and pedicure and I’m So glad I retired so I can keep coming here
