Today I ordered a burger from here and when I took a bite into it I saw that the meat was not fully cooked.. this is disgusting. I don’t usually order from here that much but when I do it’s either very slow, and or I’m missing items to my order/get the wrong thing. This location is in fact the worst location in the city like someone mentioned. Save your money and DONT eat here!

I was just there, and placed my order at the drive thru after waiting 20 min. in line. I paid for my food and pulled up to the next window to pick up my food. I waited 5 min. and the employee gave me our drinks, and told me to pull up because our food wasn't ready. After waiting another 15 min. I see other cars driving up and getting their food. I get out of my car and see an employee walking into the building and tell her that I didn't get my food yet, and she tells me she is going to get somebody. A guy comes out and asks me what I ordered. I tell him what I ordered and he tells me to wait and goes back in. I wait another 5 min. So, I'm furious by now, and finally decide to go around to the front of the store to see if i can talk to a manager. The restaurant lobby is closed. The security guard tells me that they closed the lobby at 2pm. So, i then tell him my situation. He unlocks the lobby door to the restaurant, goes in, and tells the McDonald's employee that i didnt get my order yet. He comes out with our food and hands it to me, and apologizes to me, and stated to me that they are busy in there. So i leave the store with our food. After driving off and checking to see if our order is correct, i realize that they didn't put one of the combination meals in the bag. I was going to turn around to get the missing combination meal, but told myself to forget about it. It's not worth the hassle. This McDonald's is the worst location in the city and should be closed down. DON'T GO TO THIS McDonald's!!!

I will rate this place three but I wish it would be a two and a half star. Workers are great but the place is not good outside. People are always walking up from money but also shooting up drugs right by the drive-thru. Food is good and yes sometimes your order would be wrong but what can you expect at a fast food place. But if I would rate the workers I would rate them as a four star. This McDonald's is ghetto.

If you're hungry it works... But the amount of homeless people that are just hanging around is astonishing... Definitely keep your eyes open when here!

Apparent homeless hangout, was approx 930 when we stopped. Homeless inside screaming and acting like fools. Cussing and swearing and fighting. I realized that's probably the reason the playground was closed. Lord only knows what's happened there. I couldn't imagine living in this area and watching these lost souls 💔 the employees all need a raise they handled it well.

The mcdonald's is good But every time you go to the drive through, you get harassed by somebody. Standing by the drive through window or by the speaker. There's always something crazy going on right next to it. The last time I went. some crazy homeless lady all drugged out threatened my child because we told her no on giving her Money

Went in on Monday at 2:16 PM, they were closed. Circle K cashier let's me know they close at 2. Still gave them 5 stars though. Very easily the worst spot for any business to be in this city. They put up with a lot. Same with the Circle K, y'all the real heroes

The staff will ignore you completely when you stand at the counter to order. I stood there for at least 10 minutes then decided I'll go sit down and just use the app. Guess what happened, then they noticed me as in plugging my phone in cuz it was dead hence why I was trying to order at the counter but as I'm plugging in my phone 2 and I mean 2 make employs come up on me and tell me I can loiter and to leave. I was to astonished to even put up a fight and so I just got up and left.
