These workers are not doing there job at all…. They keep you waiting for thirty minutes before they take your order. The night crew is cheating the people and McDonald’s making money… check your night staff. And today they said cash only. Also, last time the employees were coming in and out, visiting with friends, and when I drove up to the window, they were chilling and eating hot Cheetos.

I went here on 6/27/23, and the bathroom was a mess. No handsoap, and when you ask for soap, they acted like that was too big a job to do. There were I believe 2 management type people (male and female). Everyone seemed rude, and I should have walked out. The drink station was filthy. The lady management was rude for sure. Like they don't want to clean and don't want to tell employees to go do it. My first sandwich (big mac) the bottom crust was hard and dry, so the male management made me another one. It was fresh but made very sloppy. It's just an overall bad experience. Will call corporate .

All the McDonald's companies need to switch up and start going fully organic. You can taste the difference in their meet already since they started. But I still think they could do better. They make billions of dollars every year And a matter of fact, just in America, they make over 9 billion dollars a year

We stopped by to grab breakfast. When ordering, we were told to talk louder, we did, only to hear, F!#*K!! through the speaker. When we pulled up to get the order, it was missing a meal. We asked where the rest of it was, which they said get your receipt. We did and they then said no. When we asked if we could order they said no! Finally someone said pull up, we waited and finally ordered the other half of the first order, and he said give me $5. We did thinking maybe it wasn’t paid for before, they kept the receipt. When they finally brought the food, it was missing the drink!?! We asked about it and for 2 salsas. The guys said no! We finally just left. Poor customer service and rude employees! Not to mention there were sketchy people hanging out everywhere. I’d wish I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars! What a joke!

Bruh... why I ask if they have the blueberry mcgriddle and the lady says the what? I describe it and she says "you mean the mcgriddle" and then asks about what kind I want and I say sausage. Then she asks what drink I tell her orange juice and she says "what" so i repeat myself. Then I wait to drive up to the window and a homeless guy is right next to my window outside the mcdonalds and a cop tells him to leave. I had to park in a drive thru spot to wait for my order. I leave but I open my order and I get a mcgriddle with just sausage, no egg or cheese... and no hash brown. Maybe I'm crazy but I would assume the sandwich comes with egg and cheese unless you don't ask for it ... and if you're asking what drink I want then I would assume you're ringing me up for a combo. idk maybe I'm crazy, but that was just 🙃

This place was really dirty the employees did not even have any uniforms and when I asked about my order they were so rude. After waiting for a while they gave me my order to later find that they mess up my order. Never going back. Don’t go to this place.

On 7/19/23, I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my daughter(drive thru). Asked for fries to be extra crispy, no salt. But instead they gave me chicken nuggets and saggy salty fries. Went into restaurant and the female manager didn't say anything. Told her what I ordered, and never said I'm sorry, I apologize, etc. Nothing. Male manager told the employee to make sure he checks happy meals. The female manager had another employee hand me the happy meal.

I go to this McDonalds pretty often and they are usually pretty efficient and consistent in their service. Today they were doing very well and I was able to get the through the drive through quickly!!
